Astrology Overview for March 25-31, 2019

This week sees Mercury goes direct on Thursday. However it continues to combine closely with Neptune in the sign of Pisces, so there is plenty of potential for situations to seem rather hazy and facts hard to confirm. However Wednesday does see Venus move into Pisces to but unlike Mercury which is in detriment in the sign, Venus is exalted so brings extra magic to bear.

In fact Venus this week forges a sextile with Uranus – first of all on a disassociate basis with Venus in Aquarius, and then exact with Uranus in Taurus from Wednesday onwards. This creates an opportunity to bring some spontaneity and fresh approaches to the way we think about our relationships. If you have been in a very long term tie, this is a chance to try to reinvigorate what may be a comfortable and predictable existence, into a much more exciting one. Solo? A chance conversation or connection could present a real opportunity to spark with someone interesting.

Thursday’s Quarter Moon occurs in the sign of Capricorn, where of course Saturn and Pluto are still located. The Sun in Aries is asking for a much more single-minded and individualistic approach to problem solving where as the Moon, Saturn and Pluto are asking us to be conscious of what our wider responsibilities are or be attuned to existing structures and practices. This can bring us into conflict with authority figures – especially if we are more free-spirited. If you’re ambitious and want to make it all the way to the boardroom, this is definitely a time to follow the company rulebook.

With the ruler of Aries, Mars, relocating on Sunday into the sign of Gemini, an exciting six week period begins. Here Mars asks us to be more forthright, active, and stimulated by the exchange of ideas. A famous person with Mars in Gemini is Sir Alex Ferguson, the British football manager but many journalists, pundits and commentators also possess this planetary dimension.
