Do you feel things deeply? Does it seem that you’re more sensitive than most? Perhaps you are. And perhaps you’re not. It’s hard to tell, because in general, our culture doesn’t honor emotional openness – especially in business and not for men.

As the energies on our planet keep heightening, we all are getting more deeply in touch with our emotions and need a way to feel ourselves and accept ourselves – and each other – in a space of full, authentic emotional expression and open-heartedness.

Acceptance heals.

Full, acceptance of self and others allows us to live in our true authentic joy, and it’s the cornerstone of Heart IQ work, were we allow ourselves to be see, felt and heard in the presence of others.

In the video above, the founder of Heart IQ, Christian Pankhurst, walks an artistic man through the process of accepting his own sensitivity and allowing it to be expressed in the presence of a large workshop group.

Feel the joy this simple process of allowing creates.
