After we complete our double crown, 7-7 Chakra Life Cycle (at age 49), we return to our root chakra. It's a big shift that often leads to huge changes as our energy field makes room for the new and a return to our root chakra.
What's special about this period (from age 51-57) is that, during this time, we REPEAT the same Chakra Life Cycles of the first 7 years of our life. And this creates a gateway to healing those early years.
In this video, I only touch on that (as it's a deep topic), but I go into it in greater detail in my book, Your Roadmap to Life Mastery.
Here's an excerpt from my book about the first two years of this 7-year CLC:
Age 51 – Heal any issues that came up after your first birthday. Uncover any traumas around your sense of belonging and your trust of your father.
Questions to ask yourself:
1) Was your father present and loving?
2) Were you basically safe and provided for?
3) As an adult, do you now feel you can totally provide for yourself, or do you have career and money issues?
Age 52 – Heal any issues that came up during the year you were two years old. Discover any needs regarding your intimacy with your parents (especially your mother).
Questions to ask yourself:
1) Was your relationship with your parents close and joyful?
2) Did your mother embody playful feminine energy and share it with you?
3) Can you now be intimate with and play well with others and do you have healthy one-to-one relationships with yourself and others?
