11 Ways to Wake Up More Energized

1)  Have something to live for that is greater than yourself. According to Ralph, this is the most powerful way to wake up more energized.

2) Say something positive to yourself when your alarm goes off. If you say, “I’ve got a long hard day ahead of me,” it zaps your energy. Try something positive, like “I’ve got a long, enjoyable day ahead of me.”

3) Stay hydrated. De-hydration literally shrinks your brain tissues. Get enough good, alkaline water so that your brain feels alive and energized.

4) Move your body first thing. Do yoga or stretch or twist. Don’t go directly to your computer or you’ll find yourself sitting there for hours.

5) Have quartz crystals in your bedroom. They will energize you.

6) Put positive images and sayings on your bedroom walls so you wake up to motivational messages that inspire you and make you feel grateful.

7) Eat less in the morning, so you can stay light and be more energized.

8) Create simplicity in your life and you don’t wake up feeling overwhelmed.

9) Have a theme to wake up to. It will inspire you and help you wake up energized.

10) Think of someone you love. Love and gratitude energize you.

11) Open your windows and breathe in beautiful prana.
