How to Have Joy, Bliss and a Body that Supports it!

True health: It comes from within. Manifested in the physical life.  Expressed in balance, completeness, connectedness, wholeness, peace, love, joy and bliss.

How do I achieve this?

Within us is the ability to achieve whatever is calling us to be, to have.  The universe calls us and delivers the necessities to create it.  We must be a willing participant.  We feel the call from within and then we allow it to take place.

What do I do?

I write my burning desire. I train my subconscious, as a result my conscious life is a manifestation of what I truly desire.

My subconscious is the seat of my habits, my spiritual life, my instincts.  It is neutral territory and responds to what I impress upon it as reality.  It then affects the way I live, make decisions, take specific directions and the flow of my emotions.  Thus I impress my subconscious and it sets in place a conscious life to my choosing and wishes.  This will supersede my earlier environment, my family dominant traits, my schooling, my relationships.  I can have a complete change if I desire so.  I don’t have to be a product of my past.  Yes, the facts will never change, but the expression can change completely.  Nothing can have reign over me, only what I know to be true and the best for me.

How do I help my body if it lacks energy or is sick?

There is a tonic you can make at home. It is convenient, inexpensive and safe for most all people.  Organic Stinging Nettle can be purchased dried and then steeped over night using pure boiling water.  Drinking this tonic can be used for a “pick me up” or for chronic illnesses.  Stinging Nettle is a very smart plant that supports the lungs, kidneys, adrenals, intestines, arteries, skin and your brain.  It has documented effects with prostate cancer, rheumatic pain, reduction in blood sugar levels, and urinary tract

issues to name a few.   It is extremely anti-inflammatory and thus gives aid to chronic illnesses and heals damaged tissues.

How to Prepare the Tonic

Recipe for Dried Nettle Leaf infusion (Tea):

1 oz. dried organic nettle leaves, 1 qt. water (spring or filtered), 1 qt. jar with a lid

Boil the water.  Put the dried herb into the quart jar and then fill with the boiling water.  Stir with a  wooden spoon and add water until the jar is full to the top.  Place the lid on tightly and set aside to brew at least four hours or overnight.

Strain and squeeze the liquid out of the nettle.  You can drink it right away.  Store any remaining in the fridge right away and consume within two days.

It is delicious over ice, with honey or tamari (soy) sauce.  Experiment to suit your palate.

I buy my organic Nettles from Amazon or Mountain Rose Herbs.
