Write or Wrong? The Forgotten Art of Spelling

Related imageMany people are unaware that back in the day, only the nobles were allowed to read and write. So, to understand and to be able to read and write symbols was kind of a big deal. Eventually leading to spoken languages, written symbols have always been a way to represent and give meaning to something; or you could even say to bring life to it. Sounds like manifesting to me, right?

And this is where “spelling” comes into the mix. When we think of spells, we might naturally gravitate towards witchcraft and wizardry. The casting of evil omens or good fortune depending on the kind of myths, legends, and stories we’ve heard and from what sources. We might take a more lax stance on it, not thinking much about it all other than spelling is something we were taught in school as children and if we could remember how to spell long difficult words we could get blue ribbons to show for it.

Or we might take a much more serious stance on spelling if perhaps we have received our stories from ancestors of the past who have always intertwined respectfully with the forces of nature and thus know the powers of symbols, sound, and intentions when it comes to manifesting creations within the mind, psyche, heart, and physical life.

It is perhaps wise to mention that each view tends to look at the other with confusion and melancholy and one is perhaps too serious and one too foolish? But as with the basis of both science and spirituality, comes the bridge of spelling…

For mere communication willed by fleeting emotion, ignorant to the power of words, timing, and direction with spelling with direct intention to work with the forces of nature to compel a certain outcome whether it be rain to flourish crops or energy of vitality and prana called from the heart of the Earth to heal a sick village.

The only difference between the two uses of spelling is simply awareness. With one, we are unconscious of the choices of words and the ultimate effect on the outcome of the situation to the degree to which we do have control over to direct one way or another, and with the other, we are fully present and actually calling upon symbols and phrases most likely passed down from generations long ago. Why? Because they work! Each sound contains a certain frequency, a resonance and in working with the fabrics of creation and conscious will, when we tap into our true nature and power as co-creators, we can literally use spelling to draw balance into our lives.

Now, one does not have to associate oneself with specific labels or groups of any kind to be mindfully using these concepts of intentional direction with words and symbols. Of course, there are various sanctions of practice that may or may not work for you that you are free to join or not join. That is the beauty of free-will, we can learn from whatever resources are available to us, that call to our hearts, and discard the rest. If this means joining a coven, do it. If it means going to church every Sunday, do it. If it means playing with your children more often, DO IT. Let this feeling be your temple, your place of practice, and one never even leave the comforts of the mind to enter this sanctuary of the heart. We merely need to acknowledge the door between them and allow it to open.Image result for spell casting letters

So, there really is no right or wrong way to “spell”. We all do it whether or not you want to believe it. If you write letters, you spell. If you text, you spell. If you are Twittering away on a daily, you spell. And by that, I mean, with every word we put out to the world we are choosing a vibratory expression, as well as a visual extension of ourselves. We are literally spell-casters. This is why sometimes we re-read something we wrote and it just doesn’t “sound right” or when we take out some words from a very lengthy and choppy sentence, we can feel the blocks removed, and now it is a sound that flows from our lips.

This is how we begin to learn spelling mastery and as you become aware of how certain words sound and make you feel, you will also become aware of how they affect those around you. And now that we know that we are always casting spells on each other, so why not starting casting some LOVE spells? <3

5 Super Easy Exercises to Creating a Positive Life!

Positive Thinking Banner

“In order to carry a positive action we must develop here a positive vision.” — Dalai Lama

Stepping Up to the Plate

You’re probably familiar with the saying ‘what you think you create’ but how can you seriously filter every bad thought? There is a way, I promise. But before we delve into the amazing powers each of us possess, we have to get one thing straight…

There’s only one person responsible for what you think and do and that’s YOU.

If the thought of being the creator of your reality scares the willies out of you, then read on…

The Freedom to Be Happy

Can you remember learning how to swim or ride a bike?  Can you see how determined you were to succeed because you knew the pay-off was going to be huge?

You may have started off with water-wings, splashing about aimlessly— gulping in water — or peddling your heart out whilst trying to maintain your balance even with the training wheels on!  But that child never gave up.

Then what came next once the wheels were removed?  Probably scrapes and bruises the first week but did that deter you?  Did you give up then?  Probably not.  You wanted to ride!  You were hell-bent on feeling the wind on your face and the freedom that would bring with it.

Same goes for swimming — gliding about in the water refreshes and frees your body of weight.  You knew that swimming was going to be the biggest trip ever!

Where am I going with this?  Your thoughts need training wheels/water-wings if you want to experience the same freedom from negative thought.  And here’s how you’re going to do it…

Getting Real Right NOW

Here are a few things you can start to do today to become more aware and proactive with your thoughts:

  • Morning Motivation — When you wake up, give yourself 5-10 minutes to think about what how you want to see this day play out.  See if you can catch any worrisome or negative thoughts before they take hold of the exercise.  Put up a STOP sign in your mind and gently kick those blighters to the curb.  Then bring your focus back to visualizing your positive day ahead.  Try to smile and see/feel yourself enjoying this bright new day.  Emotions back your thoughts into manifestation. Read related article: How Good Are You Out of Bed?
  • Mind Mangle Cleanse — During the day (if you are but a mere mortal) you will probably find yourself slipping into worry, blame, anger, despair and an array of other harmful mind banter.  You may even find that your head is throbbing because of all the distorted ‘mind mangling’ that’s going on up there.  Here’s  your chance to hold up that STOP sign again and see if you can look at things from a different perspective.  Most of what we worry about never comes to pass and most judgments/situations when seen from a different angle can evoke empathy instead of anger.  See if you can alchemize your thinking — in other words, find the treasure in the trash. Read related article: 3 Ways to Alchemize Chaos
  • Marrying the Mind — When you start to get a hold on your thought stream and just how much power you DO have over it, you can start to have a better relationship with your thinking.  You are now in control and you can focus your inner dialogue on what serves you instead of calling in all the unwanted experiences.  Start your affirmations off with a strong ‘I am…’.  For example ‘I am going to have a great day today’, ‘I am going to have a safe trip’, etc.  Try avoid the phrases ‘I desire’ or ‘I want’ because it only brings more desiring and wanting for the future.  When you use ‘I am’ it is in the present tense and is happening right now not in some future timeline.
  • Re-Member — We often get lost in ‘doing’ and not ‘being’.  Try to remember all the things that make you happy and bring you joy. When you smile the world smiles with you.  So, remember to feel gratitude for life, nature and the people that make your world spin.  Look at every magnificent dawn or sunset as a blessing, every fragrant flower or birdsong as a gift, every smile or hug as a gesture of love and draw on those experiences when you’re in a negative frame of mind.  See if you can remove yourself from a negative situation and sit under a tree or listen to some soothing music.  Seek out those small but beautiful moments in your life and embrace them.  Hold them close to your chest and bring them out when you need to.  It’s bound to make you smile. You can always alter your reality at any time.  Don’t forget that.  If you choose to stay in the gloom, then just know that ‘this too shall pass’.
  • Over and Out — At the end of the day, review what happened and see if you can pick out any situations that you have turned around in reality.  Did you manage to have a good day?  Did things turn out like you affirmed in the morning?  Or close to?  Or can you do better tomorrow?  Keep trying and if you do see results it’s going to make you more determined — just like that little tike on the bicycle, gearing up for the next day’s practice.  Because you know that practice makes perfect!

“You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.” — Joyce Meyer

You will get a grip on your oh-so-powerful thought stream and you’ll be able to eventually steer those thoughts to benefit your life in ways that will make your head spin — in a good way!

Now it’s up to you to give yourself a reason to smile every day.

Mind to Matter: How Your Brain Creates Material Reality

By Dr. Joseph Mercola | mercola.com

  • While the SARS-CoV-2 infection itself has been shown to be far less lethal than initially suspected, government responses to it have led to an epidemic of fear and stress, which can have serious health consequences
  • When you think a negative thought when you feel fear, your cortisol level starts to rise and chronically high cortisol produces all kinds of ill effects in your body
  • Our brains are hard-wired and evolutionarily adapted to pay attention to potential threats. As a result, most of us need to train our brain to notice the positive and to feel gratitude
  • EcoMeditation, developed by Dawson Church, Ph.D., incorporates several proven techniques shown to induce rapid changes in your brain to increase positivity and well-being
  • EcoMeditation includes tapping, neurofeedback techniques, mindfulness, HeartMath’s quick coherence technique and various breathing techniques. When you do these together, they reinforce each other

Dawson Church,1 Ph.D., is a leader in the energy psychology movement, one of the most common forms being the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which I have promoted for years. Church investigated and built on the EFT techniques developed by Gary Craig2 in the 1990s (which in turn was a derivative of the founder of energy tapping, Roger Callahan’s, work3).

While Craig was not a clinical investigator, Dawson’s work has led to over 100 clinical trials on EFT. In this interview, Church shares insights from his experience, which he has also documented in the books “Mind to Matter: The Astonishing Science of How Your Brain Creates Material Reality” and “Bliss Brain: The Neuroscience of Remodeling Your Brain for Resilience, Creativity and Joy.”

This information is particularly timely in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While the infection itself has been shown to be far less lethal than initially suspected, government responses to it have undoubtedly led to an epidemic of fear and stress, which can have serious health consequences. As explained by Church:

“The stress we feel in our minds and bodies can often do far more harm than pathogens. I’ve done several randomized controlled trials of cortisol.

When you think a negative thought, when you feel stress, when you have a fearful belief, your cortisol level rises within three minutes. Chronically high cortisol produces all kinds of ill effects in your body, including depressed immune function and increased inflammation. The fear will get you even if the virus doesn’t.”

The Importance of Positive Thinking

As noted by Church, our brains are hard-wired and evolutionarily adapted to pay attention to potential threats. Failing to notice a threat can get you killed, whereas there’s no evolutionary reward for failing to notice the good stuff. As a result, most of us need to train our brain to notice the positive, and to feel gratitude.

“We’re subject to a constant barrage of bad news, so it takes meditation, it takes tapping, it takes time in nature,” Church says. “You really have to be deliberate in your efforts to redirect your attention and not have meditation it hijacked by all the bad stuff out there.

What I do in response is to read positive blogs, news and media. That doesn’t mean I never read any bad news, I stay informed, but I make sure I read positive things. I’m reading Marcus Aurelius right now … I meditate for an hour every day. And I anchor myself in what I call in my book ‘Mind to Matter,’ Nonlocal mind.

Tune into nonlocal mind, look out the window and see the roses and the bees and the sunset, and then it’s a lot easier to stay centered when confronted by difficult local events. I also focus on compassion.”

The Benefits of EcoMeditation

In 2008, Church attended a conference where he presented with Roland McCraty,4 head researcher in how the heart and mind interconnect from HeartMath Institute, and Joe Dispenza,5 whose fields include mind-body medicine and brain/heart coherence.

Curious about what would happen if he combined the best evidence-based methods, he came up with what eventually became known as “EcoMeditation” — a conglomerate of techniques proven to rapidly increase positivity and well-being. They include:

  • EFT tapping
  • Neurofeedback (heart rate variability control)
  • Mindfulness
  • HeartMath’s quick coherence technique
  • Self-hypnosis

According to Church, when you do them together, they reinforce each other. “The whole is more than the sum of its parts,” he says. EcoMeditation has now been empirically tested and refined, showing that it can lower baseline cortisol levels by one-third in as little as a week. And, when stress chemicals like cortisol and adrenaline decline, the neurochemicals of repair and rejuvenation such as DHEA, serotonin, and dopamine increase.

In one trial, Church looked at the effects of EcoMeditation on immunoglobulins, antibodies that bind to and neutralize coronaviruses. In just two days, participants who did EcoMeditation had a 27% rise in these antibodies in their mucous membranes.

“You produce a huge shift in your immunity by lowering stress,” Church says. “Meditate, tap, use your favorite methods to lower your stress level. This automatically upregulates your immune system.”

Emotions Are Contagious

The year 2020 has been challenging for most people. The drumbeat of negative news can overwhelm even the most resilient among us. In Chapter 2 of “Mind to Matter,” Church talks about a phenomenon called “emotional contagion.” In a nutshell, researchers have shown that emotions have an impact similar to that of infectious disease. They’re contagious and affect those around us.

He cites one study in which they found that the next-door neighbor of a happy person is 35% more likely to be happy as well, and the neighbor twice removed is 15% more likely to be happy. That person’s neighbor, in turn, who is 3 degrees removed from the happy person is 6% more likely to be happy. The same contagion rule applies when the emotions are negative.

“We’re in the middle of this mass contagion of fear,” Dawson says, “and it is depressing our immune systems, rendering us less resilient, affecting us psychospiritually, making us less able to cope. That’s when we need a bigger dose of positivity, joy and gratitude. We need to do that deliberately. That means meditation, it means consuming positive media. It means not exposing yourself to needless negative emotions.”

The Chemical Effects of Meditation

One of the reasons Dawson recommends meditation is because of the distinct biochemical effects it produces. He explains:

“Mystics describe this experience of oneness with the universe. When they meditate, they lose any sense of as isolated beings. If you look at MRIs of Tibetan monks, you find that the part of the brain that constructs the sense of self — the mid-prefrontal cortex — downregulates. They lose themselves.

Another part of the brain that downregulates is the part of the parietal lobe, the temporal parietal junction that handles ‘proprioception’, the location of our body in space. When they’re in this deep mystical experience, their sense of self has turned off and their brains’ ability to locate their bodies and space is turned off.

At the same time, oxytocin, the love hormone, floods their cells. They experience this ecstatic bliss as anandamide, serotonin and dopamine flood their brains and they’ve lost the sense of who they are and where they are, and they’re literally feeling one with the universe.

Do that each morning using EcoMeditation and you’re one with what I call nonlocal mind. You have that experience of mystical unity. Then, after meditation, you come back into your body, come back to your local mind, your mid prefrontal cortex turns back on, you’re a local self again, your parietal lobe comes back. You know where you are in time and space.

You then bring all the resilience of that contact with nonlocal mind into local reality and you’re then far more effective … Over time, these parts of the brain start to shift into this function as the neurological wiring changes, and then it becomes a trait.”

To show you how effective meditation can be in daily life, Dawson cites a 10-year-long study of high performing people by the McKinsey Consulting Group. It found that those who are able to enter this flow state are five times as productive as ordinary people.

Another study by DARPA described in his book “Bliss Brain” found people who meditate improved their ability to solve complex problems by 490%. “That’s why meditation is a powerful antidote to dealing with all the chaos of the world around us,” Dawson says. These and many other studies can be found on www.eftuniverse.com/research-studies/eft-research.

EcoMeditation Summarized

As mentioned, EcoMeditation incorporates several different techniques, including EFT tapping, breath control, and meditation. To download a free EcoMeditation audio track that guides you through each of the steps, see EcoMeditation.com. Step 1 involves tapping a series of acupuncture meridian endpoints. Dawson explains their relevance:

“Over 100 clinical trials have shown that [tapping] regulates the body. It downregulates your stress. It improves your mood, it decreases anxiety and depression very, very quickly … The research shows that symptoms of trauma, hypervigilance, intrusive negative thoughts, depression — all of these things are regulated by tapping.”

When you’re doing EFT, you first focus on a target problem by formulating a statement. The target problem might be ‘I’m afraid of catching the virus.’ It might be, ‘I’m afraid of dying.’ It might be ‘I’ve lost my job, I don’t know how I will cope.’ However, in EcoMeditation, you tap the points without defining a specific target problem.

“We know that general tapping produces an effect,” Dawson says. It basically regulates your energy system in a general way and helps you enter a space of calm. Next, you add in heart coherent breathing, muscular relaxation, neurofeedback techniques, and meditation on compassion.

“There are several things that move the needle in terms of neuroplasticity in the brain quicker than others,” Dawson says the one that changes the brain the quickest is compassion … a response to the suffering of the world and just a sense of acceptance of people just as they are.

We get people to this compassionate state and then they start to feel really centered, really resilient, really happy. Focus on a person who makes you feel unconditionally loved. That might be a Saint. It might be a historical figure. It might be a childhood hero … Focus on that person and then … expand that compassion to every atom in the universe.

That’s the very general conceptual framework we use to keep people out of trauma. We’ve had to really refine this thing over the years because a lot of people traumatized and it’s very easy to trigger traumatic memories.

If you go into that altered state without adequate preparation, it can be produce what’s called retraumatization. The instructions for EcoMeditation have been very carefully calibrated to avoid the possibility of retraumatization, which of course is the opposite of resilience, which we’re trying to produce.”

Emotional intensity is also important for optimal results, and the emotion of gratitude typically generates this. As such, compassion and gratitude go hand in hand and work very well together. Lastly, you need to recenter in your body. So, at the end of the meditation, open your eyes and take in your surroundings. You feel the weight of your body in the chair or on the cushion as you re-anchor yourself in the here and now.

“We don’t want people to bliss out and then not be able to bring it back down to the immediate issues of their lives,” Dawson explains. “We want to have them experience that mystical state, and then come back and be effective in their daily lives.”

Sheltering in Love

When California issued its first round of lockdown orders, Dawson and his wife agreed to use that time of increased togetherness to be extra nice to each other — to literally shelter in love. He explains:

“We realized we would be together a lot more than usual. We said we’re going to use this as a crucible to really be nice to each other. We weren’t not nice to each other before, but we knew we’d have tension.

We used this as a way to shelter in love, get to know each other better … I began to learn things about her. I began to be fascinated by her. We used the crisis to strengthen our relationship. Families are systems. When you change one element of a system, you change the whole system.

That’s why, in a marriage, in a family, not everyone has to change. People think that ‘Oh, my husband has to change. My wife has to change. My kid has to change. My parent has to change.’ Actually … your chances of getting them to change are approximately zero. The only person you have leverage over is yourself …

We know, through that new science of emotional contagion, that your emotions are contagious. So, make that choice to work on yourself, to find your negative emotion, to release it, to be this agent of positive emotional contagion all around you and soon you’ll find it spreads far beyond you.

Be proactive. Do the things it’ll take to shift your mood. When we shift psychology, we shift biology. People don’t realize how dependent their biology is on their psychology. For example, in study of a weekend EcoMeditation, anxiety went down by 26%. Depression went down by 32%. PTSD symptoms went down by 18%. Pain went down 43%. All of these are psychological shifts people are making as they tap and meditate.

Average resting cortisol went down significantly by 29%. The resting heart rate went down by 5% and their immunoglobulins went up by 27%. These are your leverage points and you can decide proactively to meditate to tap and to release all that negative emotion you have.

Fill your mind with positive thoughts. I’m not saying don’t read anything negative. You can’t avoid it. You need to be well informed. But be informed and see it through the lens of that positive being. Tune into nonlocal mind every day. That’s something you can choose to do.

EcoMeditation is about 15 to 20 minutes long. It doesn’t take long and you’re making a powerful declaration that you are choosing to be that agent of positive emotional contagion. You then enter your day after that morning meditation as a resourceful person, a resilient person.

Are there still problems — financial problems, medical problems, family problems? Sure. There might be all those problems. But now you are a resilient person who is facing those problems and bringing five times the problem-solving ability into that situation.”

For me, personally, the COVID-19 pandemic has probably been one of the best things that have ever happened to me. I have never been healthier, I think, in my life as a result of this forced discipline to stay at home and pursue a healthy lifestyle, many of which are detailed in Dawson’s book. It’s a great toolbox.

“Pick the ones that fit your lifestyle and love yourself enough to do that,” Dawson says. “Make a practice of doing them. Be that proactive person and then you’ll find your whole lifestyle to change.

One of the problems that meditators have [is that] we really have to calibrate ourselves when we meet other people because they’re not here, they’re not full of love, joy and laughter. They’re full of anguish, stress and doubt. [So] you listen to people, you hear their grief and pain and sorrow and loss.

Then, by the end of your time with them, they’ve been affected by your positive emotional contagion and we then can change the emotional tone of our whole world. One of the cool things about those studies is that positive emotions travel out to affect those around you. So, do negative ones, but negative ones only affect people 2 degrees of separation out.

Positive ones affect people 3 degrees of separation out. We’re actually more effective as agents of emotional contagion if we’re positive than negative. So, go out there and meet people where they are. Listen to them if they’re suffering, but then bring the power of joy and beauty and all those benefits of nonlocal mind into your local world and be that powerful change agent …

Do things to love your mind and body, and then be that vibrant person who helps those around you shift. A suffering world needs us now more than ever.”

When Being Positive Can Have Negative Effects on Your Life

Many people think that being spiritual means being positive, but being spiritual means | Spirituality, Metaphysical spirituality, PositivityWe’ve all seen the motivational memes and inspirations posters reminding us to “Hang in There!” and “Be Positive!” and I absolutely agree that a state of positive force and direction leads to positive action, growth and change. However, if we are not truly embodying what it means to live a positive life and are instead pushing down emotions, hiding behind our feelings and not being true to ourselves when it comes to how we deal with conflict, going for what we really want, and knowing when it’s right for us whether to say yes or no to opportunities that arise, as well as requests from others, then being “positive” can actually have some negative effects on our lives.

I’ll dive a little deeper and explain what I mean by this a bit more clearly. When we see happiness as something to be obtained, or a state that we’ll eventually reach once certain other things fall into place, we put ourselves in a place of constant distance from it. When we are always in a state of chasing happiness, we fail to realize that happiness is always right here in this moment, just waiting for us to simply tune into it. In other words, happiness is a choice…our choice, always to make. If you believe that your happiness is reliant on material things or even other people, then you always put the responsibility of your emotional state outside of yourself. And then we get annoyed when we feel like things happen “out of our control”.

Life is always seeking a middle ground; balance. Nature shows this to us in its endless array of ecosystems that could only survive with each of their unique alchemy of balance intact. Each participating organism has its role and its place and as long as there remains a communal understanding and willingness to participate, the ecosystem thrives. WE ARE NO DIFFERENT! Consider these “organisms” to be our cells and if you want to get a little cosmic here, stop and consider them to be your thoughts!

If one cell refuses to participate and stops communicating with those in its community, a degeneration of the internal natural balance occurs and we call this cancer. So, if we apply this same concept to our thoughts, we can see just how important maintaining a positive outlook is to stay balanced in life. If our thoughts act to support our inner drive, if they trust our Intuitive voice within and work in harmony with it rather than doubting and judging it (which often manifests as “self-sabotage”), then we eventually come to know our own power. And this is alignment with what I like to call “conscious surrender”. It is allowing yourself the KNOWING that things will turn out, based purely on your intuitive guidance, trust of the Universe and yourself, and unwavering connection to your desires. This is, however, much different than knowing how things will work out. Leave that up to the Universe!

This is like playing a little trick on the ego which strives to maintain control over your life and your choices. It will continually scare you into living small and not believing you are worthy of going after your goals and dreams. But when we surrender consciously, we satisfy that inner need to control by making the CHOICE to trust, to surrender, and to KNOW it will all work out for your highest good.

So, when does “being positive” open doors to what we might call “negative” events in our lives? Well, this happens solely when you use positivity as a crutch and refuse to actually deal with your issues. Some people somehow maintain a smile on their face 24/7 regardless of what they’re truly feeling inside. They are not being honest with their feelings and eventually it is that repression that can arise in a dangerous, emotional fit of rage. And even less dramatic, yet just as painful things can occur when we refuse ourselves the proper time to process our feelings. We can become withdrawn from people we love and our favorite hobbies, or on the flip-side some of us try to lose ourselves completely in these things to avoid dealing with our own emotions. Sort of like living vicariously through someone or basing how you feel always on what’s going on with one particular relationship or interest.

I like to think that most humans are good people at the core and do mean well when it comes to helping friends and family through tough times. We might think we are helping one another when we offer certain advice, but we must always remember that we are speaking from our own experiences, and may not always resonate clearly with what the other person may need to work through this in their own particular way; the way that was meant for them, to help them grow and expand the most they can from where they are, not where we perceive them to be. It’s always important to remember that you are speaking to someone highly clouded in their emotions, so it would serve us best to not let the same happen to us when offering direction and solace.

This is why all the great Masters advise to “go within”. We were ALL born with the wisdom of Divine Guidance within; that is our birthright. But the key will only work when we are in a state of grateful bravery and insightful curiosity as this allows us to face our deepest fears and our darkest shadows. Further fear of these fears and the “unknown” and buried parts of ourselves we deem unworthy, etc. is why many refuse to even go there while we have no problem at all helping others go there. We can much more easily see grace and innocence in others while often being so hard on ourselves. But when we view ourselves as that hurt child that just has held onto confusion and pain for so long, it’s a bit easier to stop judging and to start listening.

The only way to dissolve fear is to literally face it head on; and not stopping there, but to even go so far as to lean into it. Once we push back even slightly in the face of fear, it begins to lose power over us. And where does that courage come from? Why does it appear that some people “have it” and some do not? Well, I hate to break it to you, but courage comes from the same place and we all have a VIP access card. Yep, you guessed, within us. We just need to stop, look and listen! That splinter of time you allow yourself to even entertain the idea of you being brave IS being brave and thus begins to turn the wheel of positive change! And the momentum only grows with each and every fear you face.

Once you begin to face your fears and heal those buried core beliefs that you’ve been dragging around, you will no longer feel the need to be positive because you will already be too busy being positive. That’s the gift of mindfulness and the act of sourcing happiness from within so we can thus return to the world a fountain of authentic living! This is what makes certain people just so magnetic! They’ve literally learned to trust themselves and treat themselves with the same love and respect they do all others and send out a resonance that yells “BALANCE!”

SO, yes be happy, be joyous, and be positive! But if your constant “positive-ness” is feeling draining rather than fulfilling then it might be time to take a look at where you are sourcing your happiness from. And at any time if what you are doing to stay positive stirs up emotions of guilt, resentment,  or even anger, do not swallow those emotions and push them down to “save face” and maintain this mental image you have of what it means to be a positive person. Instead, give yourself the time to sit with them, and feel your way through them. When it comes to aligning with your joy and establishing habits of true, positive emotional healing, the only way out is through…

Now You See Me, Now You Don’t – Why We All Wear Masks to Hide Our True Selves

We might think we know who we are as individuals. We might use words ranging from “organized” to “over-thinker” and while these words can come from a myriad of seemingly reliable and convincing places; past traumas, our parents, teachers, friends, society in general, and even our very own track-record of habits, these words do not make us. Nor do the experiences or sources from which they came.

We can name off all of our favorite things, all of the things that might get on our nerves and everything in between, but do our likes and dislikes really define us? How about all of the material possessions we’ve worked so hard to accumulate over the years? Where does “out there” (as in the world around us) end and “in here” (as within ourselves) begin?

Well, I guess that would all depend on who you’re asking as even the answer to that question is based on perception and one’s own level of conscious awareness. But regardless of where you are with that, what remains true is we are NOT what happens to us, we are NOT our opinions or beliefs (and especially NOT the opinions or beliefs of others). Lastly, we are most certainly NOT our possessions.

If anything, these are all mere extensions of an identity we’ve established for ourselves to maintain the facade of safety the ego requires for its survival. And no matter how real it might appear to be, all is illusory except that which cannot be taken from you. One can spend hours pondering exactly what “this” is, but it’s actually quite simple. What remains when we remove all of that “stuff” is your pure, divine, Conscious Awareness…because THAT, my friend…is who YOU really are.

What we’re talking about here is not the self with a little “s”, but the Self with a big “S” or what some might even call the Higher Self. It is your direct link to Source Consciousness, The Universe, God, whatever term you prefer to use. It has no agenda other than to exist as itself and just BE. This could also be considered your intuition or gut feelings; that inner voice that somehow always seems to save your ass at the last minute…if you happen to be so brave to actually listen to it.

Unfortunately, we are not taught this in school. And for most of us, the truth of who we really are begins to be buried under layers and layers of conditioning, the day we are born. We are stamped with a name, nationality, religion, etc. and all of the accompanying assumptions that go along with being either male or female. If we end up growing up to challenge these labels, we are most often considered a rebel or told it’s wrong and we need to conform, be quiet and simply accept “who we are”.

But as we’ve come to learn, these are all masks that hide our true identity. Upon arrival into this world we are literally nameless; without identity, even if our parents have named us months before. When you remove anything “other than”, we are pure, Divine perfection. We are the union of spirit and skin manifest as dual divine light, to learn of and heal what we might even call our very own darkness. I prefer to say it’s those parts of ourselves we simply forgot to love.

Who doesn’t want to be loved and accepted for who they are? But how many of us actually give this give of acceptance to others? Let us start with ourselves by removing the masks (figuratively AND literally), uncovering the layers, and letting the truth of who we are reveal itself and come to the surface. If we can all learn to create a safe space such as this for not only ourselves, but others as well…just imagine what the world could be like.

We’d have less motivation to be offended, and thus less likely to offend others. Sometimes it’s not always about what you’re saying or doing, but who you are saying or doing it to, rather than with. When we create a space for our authentic selves, then we call our authentic audience which is the audience that actually HEARS you (your true intentions).

If we raised children to be confident in self-expression, to always feel loved, and that their opinions, questions and curiosities matter, then we will help to create adults who are confident, more loving, and more capable of seeing love in others. This, I believe, is ultimately how we change the world…by first letting it change us, back into who we were all along.

How to Create What YOU Desire From Your Higher State of Consciousness | Lorie Ladd

Source: Lorie Ladd

Watch this inspirational video in which Lorie Ladd provides a simple, seven step for manifesting what you desire in you life.

Lorie Ladd:

Hello, everyone. Happy Friday. I love you sending you a very big virtual hug wherever you are on the Earth plane in this now moment.

Okay. I have a message for you. How do we create?

How do we step into the next version of us: who we want to be, the relationships we want, the career that we want, the abundance we want – right? How do you create?

So we are all standing in higher states of consciousness now and we will continue to. So the way we used to do things is different. We used to manifest, right? So we would manifest something and we would see it in a future now. And we would make all these steps to get to it, like vision boards. And those are all really great. Those still work.

But when you’re in a higher state of consciousness, you create differently. You start to remember that you’re in a Quantum field, which means that everything is actually right now and when you create something it’s already done. It’s in the now moment with you. So the way you create – any higher dimensional being including yourself – the way we create as Consciousness is through intention and energy.

So you intend to create something: a relationship, a job, a career, behavior, belief systems – whatever it is – you intend it: I’m intending…  And then you hold the energy of it, so you understand the frequency of it.

Just by recognizing that it is a frequency that you’re not yet holding, otherwise, it would be in your now. So that’s all you have to realize: it’s a frequency that you’re not holding yet in your body and that you’ll be holding an another now moment. So intention and energy, okay?

As soon as you speak that intention out loud and understanding that it’s a different frequency than what you’re holding, it forms and it becomes in that now.

And because we live in a time space continuum based on our density, it takes multiple now moments to merge the version of you in a different timeline or frequency and the version of you in this now timeline in this frequency. And we call that merging timelines.

It doesn’t necessarily happen miraculously or instantaneously I should say, not miraculously, instantaneously. The reason it doesn’t happen instantaneously is because we live in time and space. There is a continuum: a now moment, now moment, now moment.

But here is the key when you are intending: It is already now. It’s already done. It’s complete. So there are many versions of you that exist in this now you don’t have to walk towards it. You don’t have to force yourself into it. You don’t even have to do yourself into it. Through intention and energy it becomes a reality in your now moment. That’s it.

And in the quantum field, it’s here. It’s done. So here are ways in which you can start to practice this new way of creating. Okay. I made some steps. Okay?

Step 1: Who are you right now? Just getting clear on who you are: the relationship you have, the career. the job. the money, the limiting beliefs the behavior. Just who are you in this now moment frequency, right? How are you being?

Step 2: What are you creating? I am intending . . .  So it’s almost like somebody has opened the door, and in comes the genie. right? What would you like? And you’re like, I’m intending this, this, this, and this in my next now moment, right? So you get clear on what you are intending.

Step 3: You want to see and feel that version of you above you, within you, or beside you – literally like a hologram. Oh there he or she is in that relationship, or in that job, or in that behavior, or with that abundance. You want to actually literally see that version of you that you just intended with you NOW – not in a future now. When you start trying to create a future now, you’re going to make this a lot more difficult. We don’t live in future. We live in now. We’re Quantum. We’re higher frequency now, so it’s all Quantum. It’s all now. So see that version of you right here. I like to see the version of me sort of standing almost on top of me or standing beside me. I’m wrapping my arm around her. I’m speaking to her. I see her. I feel her. I know that she’s right here.

Step 4: Talk to her him talk to her. She’s real. He’s real. In the quantum, it’s real, it’s now. Remember there’s time space continuum. So it takes time for you to merge with that version of you. But it’s done.

Step 5: Trust and know that it is so. Know that it is done. It is now. It is here. It’s complete. You have to know that with all with 100% certainty. It’s a probability that is right here, right now – not in a future. So don’t push for it. Don’t cross your fingers. God I hope this happens. God I hope, I hope, I hope. No! You intended and you energetically connected. It’s done

Step 6: Remember, remember, remember, remember that you are standing in time and space. And that you are merging now moment by now moment by now moment with that version of you that you intended. It’s a collapsing of the timelines. That’s it. So you have to remember that. There’s nowhere to go. It’s right here. And the more you remember that, the more you relax into that which you intended and which is right in front of you now.

Step 7: Live in your now with that new version of you until it becomes your reality. Live with them, feel them, see them, hear them, know them now with you – walking, taking showers with you, driving in your car. Whatever you’re doing. It’s with you right now. It doesn’t exist elsewhere.

So again:

  • Step 1: Who are you right now?
  • Step 2: What are you intending? What is it that you want in your next now moment? What are you intending?
  • Step 3: Feel and see that version of you above you, besides you or within you. It’s in the now.
  • Step 4: Talk to her him – right here right now.
  • Step 5: Know that it is a Quantum field that you are in and that it is already created. There’s nowhere to go. There’s nothing to do. It’s done!
  • Step 6: Remember that it’s going to take now moments, because you’re standing in time and space. There’s a continuum. So the the timelines have to merge.
  • Step 7: Live with him or her. Hang out with them. Don’t doubt it. Know that it’s there know that it’s there.

So when we create an intent in time and space in a very dense reality, we create it and then we have to trust the way that now moments flow and that it we are going to bump into it. So it’s not necessarily going to be in our now moment right away.

And we don’t have control over what now moment it will merge. It’s not your job to figure out when that’s going to merge – those two versions of you: the version of you now and the version you intended. When is it going to merge? Who knows? It’s not your job to figure out how time and space work. All you need to do is know that through intention and energy, through seeing and feeling that version of you that’s here right now right on top of you, or right inside of you or right beside you. It’s done.

And all you got to do is trust. All you got to do is trust and surrender. That is how we create in the quantum field. That is how we do it now. That’s how we do it.

And you can write it out write on a piece of paper so it gets more clear for you, if you need to do that. But hold it on an energetic level in the quantum. Hold him or her in the quantum field, meaning it’s right here, right now. It’s right here, right now. It’s right here, right now. It becomes more of a surrendering instead of a doing, a trusting instead of a pushing, a knowingness instead of a doubting.

That’s how we’re designed to be as creator beings, multi-dimensional creator beings in physicality.

Try it out. It works! It’s how I live my life. It’s how I intend every aspect of my next now moment. It’s how I’ve created the life I’m living right now.

I love you. Thank you for being here. Be gentle with yourself and go create.

Undaunting Acceptance: How to Be Okay With Not Being Okay

Image result for acceptanceIf you’re anything like me, you’re often kinder to others than you are to yourself and may have this habit of putting yourself down when you hit a bump in the road on the road towards your current goal.

You may also have trouble asking others for help when you need it, but often assume the role of the giver, listener, healer, and helper for those you love and care about. You may be awesome at giving advice and looking at the issues in the lives of others objectively, but not so great at following that advice or pinpointing clarity when it comes to issues in your own life.

You may love to encourage and uplift those you love and celebrate when they achieve something they’ve set to complete, but you may not even acknowledge your own accomplishments as often as you should…

So, I’ll ask frankly…what’s up with that???

Well, if your anything else like me, then you’re also stubborn as a mule when things don’t go your way. It’s funny because sometimes I swear I can literally hear my inner child kicking and screaming in resentment, throwing herself a fine little pity party! But it is here, within this moment, where we can either go on living as we have been, repeating the same experiences that cause us to get mad at ourselves and our lives and the Universe over and over again, or we can stop, observe and for a moment in time, stop freaking judging ourselves! 🙂 We can stop yelling at the little girl and instead give her a big fat hug.

Because of how we are conditioned from early on in life, we literally tend to be our harshest critics, but personally, I’m a Capricorn and we take that stuff to a whole new level! It’s also always been hardest for me not knowing HOW things were going to work out and in just the last year, that has literally been my signature lesson to learn. More times than I can count I’ve had to trust in the Universe and just KNOW that everything was going to be okay and you know what? Every single time everything DID turn out okay! I’m not saying the struggle disappeared instantaneously, no, but a simple shift in my perception of the experience and the outcome, and the letting go of my need to control every little aspect of it, was in turn, what set me free…the less I focused on the lack, the more value I was able to see in what I had all along…

Sometimes my stubbornness had backed me into a proverbial corner of my own self-sabotaging consequences and it was all for an illusion stemming from a fear of lacking control. See, the stories we tell ourselves can literally make or break us! And if we keep telling ourselves the same old negative story full of fear and lack, eventually we do believe it at a cellular level and that can manifest as sickness or even worse, disease.

In letting go of my need for judgment, I created a space for acceptance that wasn’t there before. And with that came the ability to not feel the fear that exists with not knowing how things will turn out, but still being able to face the day and do the things you need to do with your head up, regardless of the fear you’re feeling. It’s not the repression or denial of fear, but the use of it as a tool for learning and growth. When we can accept was IS, we allow what will be…

What I’ve come to learn is that we all need one another and we all have gifts, talents, and abilities to share with the world. Furthermore, for us to not ask each other for help or to refuse assistance is to deny others their own opportunities for expanding these abilities and denying them a great opportunity for their own soul progressions.

So, while in the midst of the dust storm it’s hard to imagine the beauty of a clear, blue sky…in your heart, you always know it’s there. It’s that level of knowledge you must show up with for yourself and once you begin to do that, you will naturally begin to trust not only in yourself and your decisions but in the Universe as well and while you will never stop hearing from that inner child of yours, at least now she’s more likely to be singing your praises. And you deserve it!

We are all splinters of Divinity, which is perfect. We are not broken, we are “flawed” so our light can get out and shine upon the world. In doing this, the world reflects back to us our illusions of imperfection which we can choose to believe or not. It’s when we forget our Divinity, that we fall victim to our stories and struggles. Let your pain stretch and mold you, but never let it make you hard or bind you. Let it expand your heart, not make it cold. When you accept yourself, you tell the Universe you are willing to let go of your old stories. So, what are you waiting for? As soon as you allow it to be okay, it will all be okay. And you know what? It will always be okay…even when it’s not!

How To Pray Powerful Prayers – Make Your Wish Come True | Gregg Braden

Video Source: Be Aware

Gregg Braden explains how to invoke powerful prayers that make your wish come true. Gregg Braden reveals the secret of praying, which is: the feeling is the prayer. Must watch.

Quantum Prayer: The Art of Empowered Receiving

“Ask for what you want, then be prepared to get it.” – Maya Angelou

Most of us are at least familiar with prayer, even if we may not practice it regularly. And perhaps the “traditional” version of prayer consists of asking for that which appears missing in your life, and often comes from a place of lack and disconnection from “God” or “Divine Source Consciousness”. With traditional prayer, you are holding a belief that there exists a place within time and space where this Consciousness does not exist. And yet this is impossible as Source is everywhere, at all times (omnipresent).

You cannot hold two opposing beliefs within your mind and heart as it will create a deep, inner conflict. You may be telling yourself that you know there is only Oneness and that everything is connected, and yet continue to make choices from a place of fear, rather than empowered trust.

Many people pray for material things such as a house, car or vacation while others pray for good health and happiness. And there are some people who pray only for themselves and some people who pray for not only themselves, but all of humanity. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to pray, and you will know what is right for you, by the way it makes you feel.

If you come from a place of lack (not trusting God, the Universe, etc.), then you will ultimately see the world through fearful eyes and these distorted filters alter our perceptions of the Truth.  You may feel as if you are kind and giving, yet you have built an emotional wall to keep people at a certain distance. And if you are always feeling like life is a struggle and just has to be hard, then no matter how “hard” you pray or how often, your prayers will always seem to go unheard and unanswered.

This isn’t about “punishment” other than that which we impose upon ourselves. The Universe doesn’t judge and is not concerned with “good” or “bad”. It speaks in resonance and will simply bring things to or pull things from depending on the emotional feelings and energy developed around the situation. What you believe about it will ultimately determine what the Universe delivers (or does not deliver) onto your doorstep.

This IS about opening yourself up to receiving Divine guidance, while coming from a place of wholeness. You reach out not to fill a gap or hole within yourself, but rather to take a literal dive into the unknown depths of your consciousness. It’s about opening yourself up to allowing greater opportunities to enter your life; which is determined by how much YOU show up! 😉 If you show the Universe you are serious about wanting to live the life of your dreams, by the things you DO, then the Universe will respond by aligning situations that are congruent with expanding your potential and abilities.

Quantum Prayer is simply the act of empowered receiving. While we are intending to connect with the Divine to receive guidance, we do so knowing we are already complete, already whole and already One with the All. We allow, we make welcome, we trust, we surrender to the flow. We do not simply “ask” and then lay in bed wide awake all night stressing out and worrying if it will come, happen, change, etc. That is the opposite of Quantum Prayer.

When we use Quantum Prayer, we know we have a role to play in keeping the creative energy flowing in our lives. We must be willing to show up for ourselves as much as we expect our prayers to be answered. When we show ourselves that we can actually count on ourselves, we form a trust that becomes unbreakable. When you trust yourself, your self-confidence soars and you are more easily able to embody and fully live the truth of who you really are. And this is the key to being the catalyst for the Universe to open up some serious doors for you. As I previously mentioned and I cannot drive this home enough; when you show the Universe you are finally serious about living a kick-ass life, it will deliver to you that which you need to kick ass!

Manifestation – Excerpt from Pleiadian Manual for Accelerated Evolution & Ascension

Excerpt from Pleiadian Manual for Accelerated Evolution & Ascension

By Pia Orleane, Ph.D. & Cullen Baird Smith

Chapter 10– Manifestation

We, Laarkmaa, your Pleiadian star brothers and sisters, are continually evaluating how humanity is resolving your evolutionary challenges. There is no judgment in this type of evaluation; we simply look for the places where you are stuck and may need assistance, and we provide another perspective so that you can move forward with more ease. We do this because we love you.

We have based this book on the principals that are contained in Universal energies, as defined in our earlier book Pleiadian-Earth Energy Astrology- Charting the Spirals of Consciousness. We began with the first Universal energy of Initiating and have lead you through, step by step, to the tenth energy of Manifestation because we wish for you to accelerate the manifestation of your own ascension!

There are thirteen Universal energies in the cosmos that build upon each other as they spiral to completion. We have based the steps in this Manual on the first ten of those thirteen energies. You will fully experience the 11th (Illuminating), the 12th (Understanding), and the 13th (Completing and Integrating) upon manifesting your ascension and becoming Cosmic citizens, although those energies are very present in the evolutionary and ascension process you are undergoing now. Below, we summarize the steps we have taken you through for your review and integration.

We began with First Step (Initiation) discussing the importance of Unity Consciousness. We introduced the idea of living by energy, rather than time by using flexibility and flow. We set the tone for you to aim for abundance for all and true freedom.

The Second Step (Duality) was presented in a way to help you move beyond your limited perspectives of Duality, which are ruled by separation, fear, and judgment. You came to Earth to experience duality and its opposites in order to learn how to harmonize them. That is the purpose of duality. Humanity has done a terrible job with that, but now that you more fully understand, you can use the dynamic tension to grow and to find harmony with each other. With your increased understanding, you can finally engage with duality as it has always been designed and intended. In Step Two, we gave you ways to achieve non-judgment by clearing old traumas and learning to be objective.

The Third Step (Creativity) took you through a deeper understanding of what you must create in order to heal. We discussed the ascension process, your liquid crystalline body, and the formation of your Rainbow body.

In Step Four (Foundation) we told you about the changing structures of your reality and some of the changes you are undergoing physically. We talked about time, space, and energy.

The Fifth Step (Change) offered a chance for you to discover more about your consciousness and make appropriate changes to grow and evolve.

The Sixth Step (Flow) realigned you with the Divine Feminine within you, told you about your approach to androgyny, and gave you suggestions for returning to balance. In a more balanced state, the Divine Masculine takes its place beside the Divine Feminine.

In the Seventh Step (Merging) we prepared you for a different world, explaining the ongoing changes in your third-dimensional reality and offering suggestions of how to prepare yourselves for the world you will be entering. We asked you to step beyond what is familiar to you and understand that different does not mean bad.

In the Eighth Step (Connecting), we talked about becoming Authentic Humans, as you move forward to become your true selves. We explained the purpose of your families as spiritual training grounds. We expanded on the symptoms and process of ascension, talking about your Future Selves. We gave you a definition of what love really is, and we addressed the dark.

The Ninth Step (Harmonizing) we warned you about the killing effects of 5G and gave you ways to work with the effects of the Cosmic Weather. We explained the effects of light on your evolving mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of yourselves, and we told you how to work with the light provided by the incoming Cosmic Rays and the increasing Schuman Resonance to bring yourselves to higher vibratory states.

And now in the Tenth Step (Manifestation) we are summarizing the most important things you need to truly manifest a higher vibratory version of yourselves!

You have known for a long time that staying in the present with your consciousness is most important and that thinking, planning for, worrying about, or hoping for the future does not create the future. It just wastes your mental energy thinking about something that may or may not occur. Thinking about, worrying about, or dreaming about the past does the same thing. It keeps you in a place where the energy just does not exist. It’s only a mental exercise. In the true reality, there is only the Now moment.

The reason this is so important now is because you are moving into an enhanced experience of Liquid Time. You may notice that many of you are feeling really, really heavy, really, really slow, and very, very tired without any energy, as if you are struggling just to be. This has to do with the heightened Schuman Resonance. As the Schuman Resonance heightens you also are experiencing more of what we call Liquid Time. That is a continual flow of Now moments.

One reason that we created the Pleiadian-Earth Energy Calendar1 was to help you learn how to let go of time and learn how to experience the Now moment as Liquid Time, so you could become accustomed to moving from one energetic moment into the next energetic moment with flow and grace.

Living your lives in this way creates the future by being present in the Now. Now you are beginning to expand into multidimensionality, and you are experiencing yourselves changing more and more rapidly. This is why we are emphasizing the importance of Liquid Time. You must work with the energies that are present in each Now moment to manifest all the beautiful and essential things we have explained to you.

You are experiencing more changes mentally, physically and emotionally at a faster rate than you ever have before. When the Schuman Resonance goes up over 40, over 60, and into the range of a hundred, you are experiencing so much Light that you are changing at a cellular level moment-by-moment, instant-by-instant. Your energy is changing. The essence of you is changing. You are forgetting things because your mind is not working in the same frequency that you are accustomed to. Your minds are beginning to learn to take orders from your hearts through intuitive, energetic knowing. You cannot fully access your energetic knowing without being fully in the Now moment.

It is more important than ever for you not to feel like you are not accomplishing anything when you simply are too tired to do anything physical.  Remember that your only job at this time is simply to be love and send out light in each Now moment. That’s all that’s important. Focus your attention on being in the Now with trust that if you do everything in a higher vibrational rate, you will be led and guided by the light energies that are here on the planet to show you how to achieve what is necessary for your survival and your evolution. Those energies, light and love, are eternal. They exist forever. They cannot be confined to a past or a future. They cannot be confined to any structure of time. They only can be experienced as abundance and expansion, an ever-growing awareness of more and more and more light and love.

You are moving closer and closer into acknowledging, relating to, and connecting with your light body so that you can meld your light body with your physical form and have a clearer blueprint to create the physical that will support your movement into a Rainbow body. This is a very, very auspicious time, Dear Ones! Liquid Time expresses as wave motion. The Now moment requires letting go of the past and the future and putting all your power into being the absolute best you can be, making the absolute highest choices you can make every moment.

That means if you have a bad day, acknowledge it because you are in the Now moment of experiencing it, but don’t go off track by complaining, by questioning, by thinking, “This is awful; when is it going back to normal?” The answer to those questions, Dear One, is that it is never going back to what you have perceived as normal before. It is moving into a new normal. As you start to adjust, accommodate to this reality, in multidimensionality, you become more at ease and more comfortable with the idea that you are transitioning into a wave form rather than staying in the static, physical body with which you are familiar.

Soon you will look at yourself in the mirror and see a change. You will be looking down at your hands and see a change. Your touch will feel a little lighter. Your voice will be a little less vibrant, and yet at times it will carry forth like a crystal bell because you are incorporating the use of tones rather than the sound of the words. We would like for you not to be distressed by what you are feeling physically, mentally or emotionally. Acknowledge the difficulties, acknowledge the challenges, and then congratulate yourself, because if you are sensitive enough to feel these things, then you are doing something right. It takes slowing down from your habitual fast pace to be able to be in harmonic rhythm with what is occurring on the planet.

The energy that you give to the moment defines who you are– by the way you focus your thoughts, by the way you use your voice, by the way you give out gratitude, by the way that you open to your intuition by listening to your heart and allowing all possibilities to become available to you, and the way that you harmonize with one another.

The increased Schuman Resonance can be nothing but good. It is simply higher and higher frequencies pouring into you to change you at a cellular level so that your consciousness can expand so that you can move into your true waveform. It is a wonderful, wonderful thing, and very soon we’ll be congratulating you on achieving your mission and moving on to the next assignment. Practice slowing down and being in this Now moment. Know that we are with you, as are all other being of love and light. We are all with you, around you, supporting you, and loving you through this transition that humanity has never seen before.

The “As-If” Approach to Authentic Manifesting

Podcast #98: Law of Attraction: Is Fear of Criticism Messing with Your Manifesting? - Life Made to OrderAnyone in the Spiritual Community has most likely heard the term, “ascension” a time or two. It is apparently the universal (no pun intended) term for the overall process that humanity is undergoing via this massive wave or shift in consciousness. But what never felt quite right to me with this was the feeling that I think so many of us can relate to; not feeling good enough right now, right here.

And ascension literally encourages a climb, a rise. And while it reflects the raising of one’s frequency that occurs naturally the more wisdom that one acquires and thus also amplitude one can hold when you are attempting to already reach for a goal, it seems to only add to the pressure, and I honestly think that subconsciously holds so many of us back before we even get started.

I like to think of personal growth as more of a linear progression. A space that already exists that you simply step into. This is quite similar to how I approach manifesting in that I use the visualization techniques of living “as-if” you already have that which you desire. In this case, it’s the same thing, but rather instead of this being a calling on the Universe, this is could be considered an answer to a calling from the Universe.

You can do this in a number of ways such as paying attention to all of those synchronicities appearing in your life as symbols and omens and little signs pointing the way to some pretty awesome stuff trying to make it’s way to you.

So often we curse the Universe, Source, God…(whichever label is most comfortable for you) for not delivering our wishes, answering our prayers…etc. but if we really step back and think about it, we are always given exactly what we BELEIVE. We can put out that we want this or that, but if we have a limited belief on what this or that looks like or are very limited on how we will allow it to come to us, then we are literally closing off ways for the Universe to deliver it to us. 👄How to Discover your Authentic Voice... - Manifestation Magic

It would be like placing an order and then calling UPS and being like, “Yeah I know I ordered it, but I’ll only accept it from a man named Brad and he’s gotta bring it on a Tuesday at 3:47 pm wrapped in an orange bow or else forget it.” It makes it nearly impossible to meet your demands. So, manifesting can ONLY work when we put it out there, let it go lovingly and excitedly, and trust it will come back on the best way, at the best time, and in the best form for our highest good.

So, rather than having all of the lag, pressure, and oh-so-lovely self-loathing, guilt, etc. that often accompanies those times you either don’t meet your milestones, catch yourself procrastinating, encounter anxiety or depression, or manifest another pain/illness that distracts you from your purpose path, etc. we can get out of feeling like it’s always an uphill climb and so much work and begin to just realize that there’s nothing to do per se, but there’s simply so much to remember and realize.

And this is stepping into what I call your authentic integrity. Two more hot words in this community that have very key meanings and when coined together, I feel that it bring a new facet to what it means to be true to yourself. When most of us think of integrity, we usually consider what it is that people do for others that would determine them virtuous or not. But this also includes that which we do for ourselves because one of the most precious lessons I’ve ever learned is that if you never learn to show up for yourself, love yourself, and take care of yourself, you simply cannot be fully present in that way for anyone else. At least not authentically. 🙂

Naughty By Nature? A Closer Look at the Human Condition

The human condition is imperfection. And that's how it's ...Nature’s basic rule is everything in balance to maintain harmony. Our bodies and minds are no different and the thoughts we think act energetically just like the food we choose to put into our bodies. Our thoughts can be nourishing and fulfilling or they can be detrimental to our mental health; which in turn eventually affects the health of our physical body as well. Everything is connected.

I’ve heard we humans have 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day! That is quite a lot of opportunities we have to pave the way for how each of our days plays out, regardless of what “happens” to us. There will always be things outside of our control and to best maintain what I’d best describe as a state of neutral being (zero-point), is to first accept that as fact. Second would be to accept those things you cannot control not as things “out to get you”, or stuff that always happens to you (no matter what you do), as these kinds of thoughts and phrases put and keep us in a state of victimhood.

Zero-point is that space in existence where manifestation and creation occur. It is where time does not exist and everything just IS. It’s where the opposing sides of duality meet and conjoin and where the extreme ends of polarity come together in the middle. Some might say zero-point is the silence spoken of in Zen meditation and others might say that enlightenment is merely continual living in zero-point.

I wanted to touch on that a bit more as it gives foundation to how we create our reality through manifestation; whether we are consciously aware of this fact or not. And how close we are living to zero-point can ultimately be used as a reflection of the level of peace and happiness in one’s life. I can say this confidently as the farther we go from our center, the farther we go from our authentic truth, our Divine Self, and we begin to enter the worlds of duality and illusion.

This is where disease and disorder come into play and both can act as reflections of thoughts that do not serve us or miscommunication of the body with the outside world.  By this I mean, if we are continuously telling ourselves that we are not good enough or undeserving of happiness, then we are also communicating this to the cells in our body. Our cells use our perceptions as means of communicating with the world outside; much in the way, they would react by creating a blister after you burn your hand on the stove, or if they react to raise your body temperature if you go outside without a jacket in 30-degree weather.

The 5 senses and organs such as the skin are not the only means for our cells to get outside information. Our thoughts tell them the state of our minds and our minds are a huge part of the creation and manifestation process. The actual process also requires emotions, feelings, and beliefs to be behind the thoughts and takes place in the heart center (in the area of the Anahata or 4th Chakra). And when the thoughts, emotions, feelings, and beliefs come together in the heart center, they are sent out into the Universe as a manifestation in an energetic form of intention. Again, this process occurs in each and every human whether they are consciously aware of it or not. Billy Graham Quote: “Suffering is part of the human condition, and ...

Things that happen that are out of our control can definitely cause stress to the mind and body. The train being late in the morning for example; now this could lead to you starting to have thoughts about how late you’re going to be for work and how mad your boss will get, etc. You could start to get so anxious that you snap at the lady who keeps losing her balance and leaning into you. You could get so heated and lost in your thoughts that you trip and fall off the steps and hurt your ankle. A number of things could happen, but just always remember how like attracts like. That’s the one thing I always go to in a moment I feel like I just might lose it.

That…and I’ve trained myself to not get caught up in other people’s drama. It’s so easy to want to sit and watch a couple argue over something incredibly petty, but why? Why do we feel drawn to that energy? I imagine it’s the same reason Jerry Springer ever lasted on TV so long or why there’s such a thing called rubber-necking when it comes to car accidents. We are FOOLED by our senses; drawn and intrigued by what is OUTSIDE of us and often times losing sight of and forgetting to pay attention to what is going on INSIDE. But the treasure we all seek is within ourselves and that is the greatest discovery any of us will ever make in a single lifetime.

I believe another great discovery would be that we ARE nature and in that, we are to maintain that same balance. And we do with our thoughts and feelings. Emotions are way-showers; they simply let you know that something is definitely there that needs to be looked at and when something no longer annoys you, makes you angry, etc. then, as they say, the lesson is learned.  Emotions are not meant to be clung to and held onto for great lengths of time. To maintain balance, simply flow with them. Sit with and go through your emotions…feel them out, then let them go. This is how we serve them and allow them to serve us in harmony.

When we apply the same principle to our thoughts, we begin to see our lives shift in huge ways. We can now see the difference clearly in situations where we have control and where we do not, and when we do not, we can peacefully surrender the outcome, trusting fully in the Universe. This allows us to stay centered; in zero-point without “losing our cool” (acting from ego), over things we had no chance in affecting the outcome in any way. This is smart self-conservation of energy or as I’d rather describe it, self-love. 🙂

When we apply this filter, we reserve our energy for battles we know are worth fighting. I don’t even like using that word necessarily because there’s nothing to fight when you flow. Yes, you still incur obstacles in life like everyone else, but you retain a sense of trust, not only in the Universe but also yourself that things DO happen for a reason and all it as it is meant to be. This is not a state of surrendering as in giving up, but rather as in giving IN to your innermost knowing.

Not everyone knows that we as humans possess this power over our own thoughts, but I truly believe that more and more of us are waking up to this fact. And as with the theme of this article, the energy spreads, and that can only mean good things from the perspective of expanding consciousness on a global level. As more and more of us start asking the right questions and looking in the right place (within ourselves), as a collective we are starting to change and shift universal imprints over time.

Shakespeare Human Condition Quotes - Segerios.comAnd this is why it is so important to watch your thoughts with care and to check often your own belief systems to ensure they are truly your own at the core-root. We receive so many imprints and core beliefs as children that are from other people such as our parents, teachers, friends, etc. that stay with us well into adulthood. Some of these beliefs are often the cause of recurring issues in our lives and we never see the connections until we go back and look over certain events in our childhoods to see when and why these beliefs were formed.

Then and only then, can we realize that we are not damaged, we are not broken, that nothing is wrong with us. We can finally know that just like everyone else, we have shadows that just need a little light. And once we take the time to heal and integrate our shadows (with loving acceptance, not as something we need to get rid of), we are free of the weight of carrying around the energy of other people’s belief systems.

That is a good example of energy we can control and shift in our lives, even if we may not know it at the time. And it’s definitely not an easy feat by any means to heal or even discover your own shadows. But once you do, and you start to love yourself in the way that you deserve, you will begin to see a world that loves you back twice as much.

Bend Don’t Break: Revelations of Our Reality & Reflections

T. Harv Eker Quote: “Your outer world is a reflection of your ...I am always flabbergasted by how easily we end up in the same place. And by that I mean, we can literally watch the days go by, our lives changing, our creations and manifestations coming to life, but at the same time, there’s a point you never quite notice that you somehow lose a bit of gratitude for it all. Things that once excited you may now be dull or boring. We may feel “stuck in a rut” or simply so embedded within a routine that we fail to notice we have somehow tuned out and turned on auto-pilot.

And then, when you least expect it, life will always remind you why you always have something to be grateful for in each and every moment, and the second you stop noticing, that is the moment you turn away from who you really are. It’s almost as if you looked into a puddle and choose to live in the reflection rather than look away and come back to reality…Stuck in a sense of comfort with the reflection, waiting to see what it does next. We become temporarily unaware that we ARE the reflection and thus control the exact thing we see and are locked in a gaze with.

When things are going well for us, life can seem easy. We have great things to say, we feel good, our confidence might be high, etc. and while all of these things are of course affected heavily by many different variables as we are all different in habit and choices we make, overall when something “shitty” happens to any of us in the midst of all this goodness, it can honestly feel as if your entire world is crumbling down. And ultimately it becomes the foundation of our focus.

So, why IS it that life can’t be all smiles and rainbows? Believe it or not, this is actually a good thing. As I mentioned, it brings us back from the rippled reflection that can often desensitize us the little things and the immense significance they actually have in creating a real presence in our lives. When we forget to intentionally manifest and instead play a passive role in our lives, life tends to happen to us. However, when we are creating willfully from a place of love and connectedness, our inner world creates our outer world.

In other words, we knowingly create the reflection, but never lose the conscious awareness that it is none other than ourselves we are seeing reflected in our own creations and manifestations.

The true reflection of yo... | Quotes & Writings by Aakriti Saxena ...

I know for me personally, the Universe always has its way of getting my attention and letting me know a big change is coming. First I feel it in my gut, then it seems as if everyone around me has literally lost their marbles or are different people. I simply cannot relate to them as I was once able to before. There has been a literal shift and I can feel myself moving onto something else.

This is not to say that the world has literally lost its marbles, however, my conscious perception of this awkward shift is what allows me to receive this notice from the Universe. This energy and being sensitive to its arrival while not necessarily knowing WHAT changes are coming is often terrifying, but hey we learn to ride the waves or end up staring at those rippled reflections for the rest of our lives. LOL

I’ve come to trust that whenever a change like this occurs, no matter how big, scary and life-altering it might be, no matter how many questions it might bring up or potential anxiety attacks it could trigger, I do my best to keep my cool through meditation and yoga/pranic breathing practices. But ultimately, at the end of the day what keeps peace in my heart is the trust I have in the Universe and in love itself. As long as I never mentally sever my soul connection to Source, nor let the noise of the world try to tell me who I am…I remain and infinite part of it and can manifest consciously with directive intent.

And one the intention is released to the ethers, we don’t necessarily need to make things happen so much as we do to trust and allow things to happen…

Saying "You are not good ... | Quotes & Writings by Swapna ...

For each and every time a huge, terrifying change has brought an end to one thing in my life, there has always been a much more awesome thing to fill its place showing up not too long afterward. And the stronger my trust and the less my worry, the quicker it seems to arrive.

Now, I’m not saying being naive and sit on your ass and expect that new job, soulmate, good health, etc. to just show up and literally knock on your door (but hey, it could happen!), rather I am saying to know in the deepest core of your heart that you deserve happiness and love in your life and that we are all supported on such levels that are beyond our comprehension sometimes.

And when we can find it within ourselves to simply surrender and let go, we find that we are much stronger than we think and that which we thought would break us, merely bends and shapes us into a better version of who we once were.

The ultimate transformative revelation/reflection of reality… 😉

Empathic Expectations and How to Let Them Go

How To Know If You Are An Empath. em·path noun — a person with the ...This week I wanted to write about a topic near and dear to my heart; empathy. It goes without saying that feelings of empathy are what connect the hearts of humanity and are the ties that bind us all throughout the cosmos and across all of time and space. It is what allows us to literally step into the shoes of another and experience their perspective, their view, and even sometimes their thoughts, energy, and feelings as intensely and as vividly as they do themselves.

Most of us are born with an innate sense of empathy and if we see someone or something in pain, we get a tingle in our gut that makes us want to reach out and console or help them. We feel deep down that connection I mentioned earlier, even if we cannot on the surface of our consciousness fully understand why or where these feelings are coming from.

In today’s society, sadly many of us are unaware of the magnificent details of this connection and most are certainly not taught about it in school or from our parents. But some of us, those we call Emotional or Intuitive Empaths, are born with such capabilities that they without effort absorb and pick up on the energies, thoughts, and feelings of those around them and therefore are forced to explore this extra-sensory avenue of our physical capabilities. I, to my blessing and also to my demise, am one of these people.

I haven’t shared this truth about myself with many people as I was growing up as even at the age of 3 I knew I was different and felt like an outcast. I knew things adults around me didn’t and frankly, I found out the hard way that most adults do not appreciate being corrected, especially by a child. I got kicked out of Sunday school for asking too many questions about God that couldn’t be answered and often was asked to leave classrooms for the same reason.

I just couldn’t turn off this endless sense of curiosity and wonderment in my brain about the world around me, and with the constant bombardment of emotions, feelings, thoughts, and energy that was not merely of my own creation, but of those around me, I was always stimulated, energetically triggered, pushed and pulled emotionally and for a kid not knowing what the hell is happening, it can be quite confusing.

Universities even studied my abilities as a child, but for me personally, it was up to me to find out the answers about who I was, what these gifts were, why they were endowed to me, and what purpose they served for me on my path in life. For many years I hated them and just wanted them to go away. I hid them from my friends and just played the role of the friend who always gave good advice and was a good listener. The friend who always knew what you were feeling. I guess I got pretty good at wearing my masks because I became so embedded in my own disguise that in my 20‘s I had no idea who I was and tried to find myself in drugs, alcohol, meaningless sex and unhealthy relationships that only left me feeling used and abused…and rightly so. Being An Empath... — Ashley Boyd

Today, at age 41 I have no regrets and many goals and dreams ahead of me, but I was recently reminded of just how fragile the heart truly is and just how much more growing I have to do. I had thought I knew the scope of my gifts, but I finally know now that I am here to use them for the greater good, not to hide them away in shame. And I feel I’m finally ready to do that. You see when you live for others for your entire life, even the idea of self-love feels foreign to you. It is something that comes riddled with guilt and shame because you are just not used to putting yourself first.

However, I know in my heart of hearts that I must come out of this dark night of the soul rising high with the sun and with pride and remembrance of who I chose to not only be but BECOME in this lifetime. If that can inspire just one person to also have the courage to live their truth and not be afraid of who they are, I will have used my gifts in the way they were intended.

For the majority of my life, I’ve built walls to protect myself and to take care of others. But I realize now and I share this insight with not only other Empaths out there but anyone who feels like they always put themselves out there, just to have their heartbroken over and over again; that we must first LIVE for ourselves so we can LEARN to LOVE for ourselves. Then and only then will we stop breaking our own hearts, and be able to authentically show up in the space that the Universe has carved out just for us. For we are all sparks of divine light, but we must be willing to turn our focus inward because this light resides within our own hearts and can only be seen once we fully embrace our own soul, our own spirit for the perfect imperfection; the sliver of magnificence that it is.
