What Is Quantum Mechanics? Quantum Physics Defined, Explained | Live ScienceAs you may or may not know, the study of Quantum Mechanics is the branch of physics that focuses on “the very small”. Not necessarily what we would consider being “matter”, but rather the cosmically tiny common subjects such as atoms and quarks that bond & unite energetically to create matter and bring it into physical 3D existence. I use the quantum reference here as it applies to life because there are two very simple and very small, yet VERY significant things you can do to actually guarantee your own happiness…

No, this isn’t some scheme or trick, it’s physics; it’s Universal Law. Everything is energy and reacts to matter it comes across energetically. Magnets are not the only things that repel or attract, but perhaps you could say that we all are just like magnets in that we also repel or attract energetically.

How so? Your feelings, your thoughts, and the action you take (or don’t take) in your life all hold a frequency; they all communicate a certain type of energy and this is why you always hear the great Zen Masters and Gurus speaking about how to always be mindful of your thoughts.

How we feel about things could be considered the “charge” behind the energy. If we feel passionate about writing a book, there is a high, yet strongly grounded energy there which fuels the action to write often and from the heart. It is when we fear moving towards our own desires and dreams that this energy can “turn” on us.

That’s not to say it actually has an agenda against you, but rather it is the Universe’s way of answering the energy you’ve put out by refusing to face your fear and step into your greatness. It will reply, “Oh, you want to continue to live small? Here you go.” And to the person who is unaware of the power of their own thoughts, feelings and intentions can often see this as life being against them in some way and put themselves into a victim mode which only draws in more things to make you feel like a victim.

So, how do we stay in high vibration so we can finally lead a happy life?


#1 – Accept what is without judgment or a need to change things to suit your perceptions/beliefs; be at peace with that which you cannot control or change. The moment you accept something in your heart, you re-form your Source connection to it, and immediately any low energy is released. Now, there can be movement again which is required for healing and growth. It is when we let our negative thoughts keep us in the feelings of fear, doubt, stress, etc. that there can be no movement and life can become stagnant. This is why while we should always take the time to sit with our feelings and find out what they are trying to tell you, we shouldn’t let them run the show or stay in their vibration for extended periods of time (worrying, etc.). We should also be cautious of letting our feelings and emotion put us into a reactive mode rather than allowing ourselves a moment of conscious response.

#2 – Get to a place where you can wake up each morning and find at least 1 thing in your life to be grateful for. Then each day for a week, add 1 more thing. At the end of the week, take a long, hard look at the list you’ve created and look at it again whenever you need a little reminder. Sometimes when we get caught up in those emotions and feelings, it can be hard to be grateful. But this in itself is a test of integrity, and if you can muster up the will each and every day to connect to your heart and for one breath feel nothing but gratitude for your life, those you love, those who’ve tested your patience, those who’ve broken your heart, those whom you’ve taught, etc., happiness will be your ultimate reward for you are giving yourself the freedom to be at peace with all that IS. Be grateful for one thing until you can be grateful for it ALL.

When you are actively practicing both acceptance and gratitude in your life, happiness is INEVITABLE! Why? Because you’ve cleaned off the filters of your “world-view lens” that were previously clouded by your core beliefs and perceptions of the world and those around you; as well as your place in the world and your purpose for even being here. With clear vision comes purposeful action…

The Romantic Side of Electromagnetism

When people talk about love and meeting someone you just cannot get out of your mind, it’s not uncommon to hear phrases such as “there’s just chemistry between us” or “what we feel is electric, almost magnetic!”, but what the heck are these people talking about? Well, just like magnets, people can have an undeniable pull towards one another (when the polarities are a match of course).

Like electromagnetism, the strongest force on planet earth, (no, it’s actually not gravity), love could be considered the strongest force in universal consciousness, as it is what holds humanity together at its core. And I strongly believe that is why they feel so similarly on a cosmic level to which we are innately drawn to describe these types of experiences as feeling magnetic, electric, or energized.

We all know when we’re in love how hard it is to be away from the person we’re in love with. It’s literally like there’s an unseen force that binds your hearts together, and again I believe it is because there truly is. Love, like anything else in the Universe, is energy, and when combined with a dance of heartfelt emotion, again is the strongest, most binding, yet at the same time, most freeing force in all of existence as we know it.

Not even “science” can explain away the amazing things that love can do, or the seemingly unexplained “abilities” that people have obtained in the name of love, such as strength gained by a mother to save a child in duress. Or the knowledge of a wife when a husband is stranded without a way to contact her for help. Beyond the gaps of time and space, love is in and of itself a force that combines electricity and magnetism and if we look closely, we can see this expressed in the heart muscle itself.

The heart produced the strongest electromagnetic field in the body, surpassing that of the brain by many feet. It even has its own “neurons” and what can be considered its very own brain. And it’s curious to take note as to how closely intertwined it is with the neurological system. The heart requires electricity to give it a “jump-start” if it ever stops beating, as it relies on electrical impulses to keep the rhythm we all know as our heartbeats. Image result for electromagnetic love

If we look closer we can see the obvious signs and symbols the heart shares with the vast and grand mysteries of the forces of nature and the Universe, and of creation itself, we know as Electromagnetism. And I don’t think it’s a mistake that the innate feeling of connection to one another (what we feel when there’s soul chemistry) translates to anything other than that, as it makes so much sense that the key to connecting to our hearts, would be found in the door another opens within us.

I think there’s so much to learn from the forces of nature if we just take the time to slow down and acknowledge them. Perhaps that’s the hardest thing for many of us to do these days, but perhaps it’s also one of the most important. For if you find yourself with the least amount of time in your day for joy, then that is the surest indicator of how far you’ve strayed from listening to your own heart. Joy is freeing, not constricting, and once you connect to it, whether in your soulmate or dream job, the Universe lets you know with a little lightning bolt in your heart, a little pull towards your purpose with a shock of sureness. 🙂

How to Ensure that YOU Live in a Parallel Reality That YOU Prefer

We would like to begin this transmission with the idea of navigating the splitting prism of parallel realities. Now as we have said in other transmissions, what you are experiencing on your planet at this time is a juncture, a junction point, a pivot point, especially coming up in your year of 2020, which symbolically represents the idea not only of clear vision forward but also the idea of 20/20 hindsight – and in gathering together all the lessons you have learned, all the information that you need to move forward with clarity in that pivotal year and the years to follow.

You Are Creating Your Own Version of Reality

Even though you may think that you are all sharing one particular reality, you are NOT. You are creating your own version, your own simulation through agreements, telepathically connected agreements with each other, to create what appears to be the same reality, but each of you is creating your own.

And many of you now are beginning to realize, as your society continues forward, that there are many individuals who are choosing different expressions of reality that are not necessarily in alignment with the kind of experience that you prefer to have on your planet. Or again, more precisely: on your planets because there are multiple versions of Earth simultaneously coexisting here.

There Is a Barrier Between Realities – Like a Glass Wall

And the idea is that now the splitting prism has moved forward enough that there are starting to be in between all of these different parallel realities a kind of borderline, a kind of barrier. You can liken it to the idea as we have said of a glass wall. You can see through it to the other realities to the people that are not necessarily choosing things that are vibrationally compatible with the kind of reality experience you prefer, but that doesn’t mean that they can affect you, because they can no longer really reach you with their vibration except by your choice to mirror or mimic what you’re seeing on the other side of the glass. But there is no other effect than that: your choice to believe that you must be affected by them is you creating that effect in your reality, your discrete parallel reality.

As You Harmonize with Those Who Are Vibrationally Compatible and Dis-Harmonize with Those Who Are Not, the Glass Wall Becomes Thicker

So as you move forward recognizing that each of you is in your own reality, literally, and that you can make more and more agreements with those that are more vibrationally compatible with what you prefer to again continue to generate simulations of these realities for yourselves that do harmonize with those that are vibrationally compatible with you and dis-harmonize or become more dis-coherent with those that are not vibrationally compatible with what you prefer – the split becomes wider and wider, the walls of glass become, in a sense, thicker and thicker and thicker.

Follow the Formula to Create the Reality You Prefer

Now the idea of navigating through what’s happening in this splitting is to allow yourself the opportunity to not only follow the formula that we have given you that is representative of the instruction manual of how reality works, which is:
– act on your passion to the best you can
– no assumption, no insistence on the outcome
– and remaining in a positive state no matter how things look in order to extract a beneficial effect

The Language of the Higher Mind and Physical Reality

Along with that that is another element that now becomes more crucial, more important as the days unfold, as the years unfold. Going forward in your sense of time and space.

We have discussed from time to time the difference in the language between your higher mind, which is non-physical and your physical mind. The higher mind, being non-physical, has a language of energy vibration, resonance. Now all things operate on resonance of energy, but it is from the higher mind purely an energetic transmission.

And when your body receives this, like an antenna, it translates this vibrational language from the higher mind as the physical sensation you call passion, excitement, creativity, love.

But your response cannot only be in energy. It cannot only be in words. The language of physical reality is physical actions. And therefore, this is why it is so crucial to act on your passion. Not just think about it. Not only just meditate on it. Not only just give off loving energy to everyone All these things help, but the physical action seals the deal, completes the circuit, grounds the effect.

And the physical acts you take that are in alignment with the reality you prefer, instead of just wishing or hoping that your reality will shift into more and more of a representation, the physical actions you take will actually start to crystallize that reality much, much more quickly, much more coherently for you.

That’s how you navigate through all of these splitting prisms – taking yourself by acting on your passion, steering that rudder being the vibration of the reality you prefer to experience so you can navigate toward it more and more every day and every way. But along with that it is crucial to really take the physical actions necessary to really home in on that reality, to demonstrate by your actions the reflection that you ultimately will see in that reality.

So for example, we have sometimes been asked questions such as: if I am in my reality and I see something happening that is what I don’t prefer. Should I help? YES! Because it is the action of being of assistance that belongs in the reality you prefer. That’s one of the expressions of the reality that most of you theoretically would prefer – that when one gives off a signal that they might require assistance that you actually take the action of assisting them somehow.

Taking Action Is the KEY to Solidify the Reality of Your Preference

It isn’t that you have to expect a particular outcome from that, but it is the action itself, the offering itself that makes all the difference. And whatever comes to fruition from that will crystalize and solidify the reality of your preference, but the actions are key.

We got another question recently about the idea of: if I’m in my reality and I’m walking along and I see a piece of trash on the ground, should I pick it up? Yes, if you don’t prefer it to be in your reality. You have to demonstrate through your actions what this reality you prefer would actually be like where people would automatically do those kinds of things. You have to be the first, foremost living example of the behaviors that belong in the realities you prefer.

By being that physical example and demonstrating those behaviors, others will see that – others who wish to align with the similar kinds of realities, create those kinds of realities for themselves, will see that and they may realize that those are the kinds of behaviors that are representative of those kinds of realities. And you will have given them an opportunity to see, through you, someone in their preferred reality doing something that represents the kind of reality they prefer.

So you become a living example to them and an example and a solidifier and a crystallizer to yourself by actually undertaking those kinds of actions that are representative of the reality in the way you would also prefer to see others behaving: getting a reflection of that kind of consciousness, of that kind of conscientiousness, of that kind of awareness. And the willingness to take action on it to demonstrate what that reality really looks like and what the people living in that reality would actually, naturally automatically do.

Act on Your Passion the Best You Can

So the idea then is: as you go through life, as you act on your passion best you can, as you let go of the insistence on what the outcome should look like, as you remain by choice in a positive state no matter what happens so that you can derive the benefit from that circumstance – also put yourselves out there by taking the actions that are representative of that passion. Don’t hesitate. Don’t hold back if you

If you need to express yourself through writing – write! If you need to express yourself through painting – paint! If you need to express yourself through acting – act! In some way, shape or form express your creativity. Express who you are through the physical actions on a daily basis, so that others may see through you as a living example what that reality looks like and what the citizens of that reality do.

And it will start to really bleed through. It will start to rub off on others who are even minorly willing to navigate in that direction. So each of you becomes a crystallized nodal point, a magnetic nodal point that starts to attract more and more like-minded people even if their vibration is not exactly aligned. You can act as a magnetic nodal point to give them more opportunity to realize: “Oh this looks more like the reality I prefer. I see the actions of these people here. That looks more like the reality I prefer. And so I myself will also take those actions so that they can see something similar in the reflection that I am to them.”

Share Your Gifts

Don’t hesitate! Remember, please remember if you have a gift to give, that means there has to be someone waiting to receive it. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be excited about having that gift, about expressing yourself that way. So please do not deprive others of the gift that they are waiting to receive from you.

Let go, open up, take the actions every day as best you can, every moment that you can, on the things that give you joy. Don’t just muse about them. Don’t just wish. Don’t just think. Don’t just meditate. These are all wonderful states of being, but the action completes the circuit. It completes the cycle and it allows the higher mind to know that you actually heard the message it sent you through passion because you are speaking in the language of physical reality.

And therefore you are creating a space by taking those actions that allow the higher mind to not only know you heard it, but that you’re willing to handle more opportunities that it could send your way through passion of what it is that is representative of your true self. For if you do not act on the things it’s already sent you, why should it send you any more. It would be pointless.

So the more you act, the more space you make for more opportunities to act on your excitement, to act on your passion. You create this cycle and it expands and expands and expands.

Be Your True Self and Take Actions that are Representative of the Reality You Prefer

So again, even though there may be those that you see through the glass walls into another reality that are behaving vibrationally incompatible with what you prefer, at the very least by being your true self and taking these actions that are representative of the reality the version of Earth you prefer, you are even giving them an opportunity because they can see you too. You are at least giving them an opportunity to know there might be another choice they could make. There might be another path they could take – not that they have to. This is not about insistence. It’s about allowance. It’s about demonstration to show that there are options.

And in that way with those actions and being a living example of that reality through your actions, do you solidify and crystallize for yourself the reality, the version of earth that is truly more vibrationally compatible with the reflection that you would prefer to see. And bit by bit, you take steps more and more everyday toward that reality – waiting a little bit to some degree for some others to catch up but not to the point where it holds you back.

It’s up to you to decide how this works for you, but take the actions that you can.

A ‘Literal’ Step Into the Sacred Circle Symbol

If you follow my work, then you’ve most likely read my previous article entitled, “It’s All 9: The Hidden Code of Our Divine Fractal Universewhere I speak on the awesomeness that the number 9 is literally the fabric of the world we live in!

Now, that may seem far-fetched, however with intrinsic patterns and complex designs found occurring everywhere in nature from snowflakes to the Fibonacci spiral in a head of cabbage or nautilus, we can then see how one could easily conclude and just as easily be dumb-founded by the fact that mathematics lies at the core of creation.

Related imageThe beautiful representations of the sometimes hidden dance of the elements are often laid out in such ways that they demand our attention (have you ever really LOOKED at snowflake patterns??? They are absolutely gorgeous!!!) and thus create within us a desire to explore that newfound spark of our innate curiosity to know more.

And that is something that as a species we could never and can never ignore, for therein lies the keys to understanding the very universe in which we reside; including the vastness that exists within the core of the atoms contained in our cells…And if we are ever able to ignore the sight of what I love to call “cosmic creation” found in this Sacred Geometry, then I believe that is when we have truly lost what it means to make us human.

So what exactly is the tie to the number 9 and the circle? Well, for one if we bisect a circle, we see the number 9 at every single cut! (Below is an excerpt from my previously mentioned article. If you’re curious and haven’t read it yet, I highly suggest you do for more information on Vortex Based Mathematics!)

Let’s take a look…

  • A circle is 360 degrees: 3+6+0=9
  • A circle divided in half is 180 degrees: 1+8+0=9
  • This will be true as well for all reductions including 45-degree angles within a circle as well as 90-degree angles: (45 degrees) 4+5=9, (90 degrees) 9+0=9, (135 degrees) 1+3+5=9, (225 degrees) 2+2+5=9, (270 degrees) 2+7+0=9, (315 degrees) 3+1+5=9
  • It will continue if we add the 30-degree cuts together as well, for example: (60 degrees + 30 degrees) 6+0+3+0=9. Or (210 degrees + 240 degrees) 2+1+0+2+4+0=9

If we look deeper, we may begin to see why the circle is considered such a sacred symbol and we even hear the phrase “sacred circle” to indicate a special sort of group or gathering for a particular shared, meaningful purpose. We choose the circle because it binds, it connects, it is forever…

And what greater symbol for something meaningful than placing it into an eternal existence in your heart, mind, and soul? Where else do we see the circle symbol represented this way? How about wedding rings? Or to represent important cycles such as the “circle of life” which is representative of how all things are inter-connected; how one’s demise always serves another’s birth and vice versa. Chaos serves peace and vice versa. Light serves dark and vice versa. Yes…I said that! And yes I mean it! 

Perhaps the circle’s most important lesson is that it serves to remind us that we live in a dualistic world of polarity and that it will forever reflect back to us where we are resonating on this scale of extremes by mirroring back what’s going on within our thoughts, feelings, and expressions…and even yes our unexpressed thoughts and feelings.

I am not in any way condoning the “dark side”, only acknowledging that without its existence, we would not have the grace and glory of light. Let’s let light represent choices we make that best serve us life to simplify things and so as to not get so lost in any new-age terminology.

Think back to a time that you felt closure with something that had for a while been bothering you or looming over your mind. What occurred “behind the scenes” in the good ‘ol time-space continuum while you were working out your human dramas? Well, technically…the energy you were holding onto that kept you in a feeling of “stuck”, “this still bugs me” when I think of this it pisses me off”, was simply shifted. That energy simply MOVED.

What caused it to move? Well…the same thing that caused it to stay for every moment before it moved. A belief you tied to it at some point. And once we over-ride one belief with another, we literally hand over the reins. Now, that new belief has power over what thoughts we think, what feelings we feel, and presumably what choices we make and the actions we take or don’t take.

What also occurred is our mental perspective. We could say that we literally turned around in time-space energy and faced our fears. We stopped living in the fear of a 180 “half-life” belief, and turned it around to completion, full-CIRCLE 360 degrees to obtain what? CLOSURE. Starting to make sense?

If we keep little things like this in mind to use as mind cues when things get too stressful or we have trouble letting things go, it will get easier to not only tune in to our own energy but to shift it when it’s keeping us in a place that isn’t perhaps serving us so well. We can then free ourselves from living in a circle of guilt and shame, or whatever the case might be for you, and create a new circle for ourselves; one that is congruent to the authentic angles we are trying to reach in life and that always amounts to peace and happiness…

The Perfect Paradox: Letting Go Is The Key That Opens The Door to Fulfillment

Fourty-one years ago today at 12:34 am I came cruising down the cosmic highway of incarnation in Phoenix, Arizona and was birthed into this world.  I imagine before this lifetime, in my ethereal form, I was super stoked to embark on my next adventure, and knowing myself I had most likely stocked my spiritual stockpile with as many consciousness cliff-notes that I could to best prepare me on my journey.  I picture myself in the Great Hall of Records mapping out my next blueprint filled with a good deal of beautiful moments will that take my breath away, mixed in with some heart-wrenching pain I might not be sure I can handle; and some moments of laughter, confusion, solitude, anxiety to top it off. The scope of experience containing all the ingredients that I felt were best suited to help my growth, expand me out and bring me even closer to love…to Source.

So, there I was…ready to go…”Let’s do this!” I can even envision doing some anti-gravity soul stretches in space, just before I shoot down the rabbit hole of incarnation; destination: Planet Earth. All is well, I’m floating, and it’s warm now. I am aware of new sensations again, the one thing that 3-D can offer that no other place in the Universe can…sensory perception in a material world. I start to focus more and more on these “feelings” and my surroundings…”Wait…what was I doing here again?” And then BAM! …the proverbial “pop of amnesia” that we all experience at birth which forces us to forget who we truly are. It blinds us to our full magnificence and pulls a veil over our newborn eyes. All clear details of the goals and the plans we had made beforehand fade away and we find ourselves literally helpless; now contained to this tiny fragile container that requires constant care and attention. And our vast expanse of consciousness is now so limited and we literally lose our sense of Self.

Welcome to life as a human BE-ing.

For the next 6 years or so, we will pretty much act as sponges soaking up the world around us. What we are told by our environment and the people around us about ourselves, we will subconsciously record and believe for the rest of our lives. And this fact is the underlying cause for most of our “issues” in life; most of what causes us discomfort or unhappiness with ourselves, others or our lives in general. And this is often why it is so hard to identify the root cause of these issues, because it stems from beliefs we did not initially agree to abide by. We simply recorded it as a factual truth, during a growth phase where our physiology can do nothing but take in information about the world around us. And it is scientifically proven that we really do not have a choice at that young of an age. If we are told we are unworthy at 4 years old, we will subconsciously believe it when we are 50, unless we have previously identified it as not being our own belief and have addressed and corrected the issue. However, unless we work extensively with a therapist, or even have the insight to take that route, we may lack the awareness that this has ever even happened to us, nor understand that it still can have such an impact in our lives so many years later.

This simple fact is one of the most empowering things a person can learn about themselves if they are facing continuous struggles in one or more areas of their life, and simply cannot seem to find the solution. Why? Because when we have the awareness of an existing belief that doesn’t actually belong to us, we are free to LET IT GO.

Unless we have super-conscious parents, that had super-conscious parents, that had super-conscious parents…then most likely there is a chain of insecurities, beliefs, false-realities (the stories we tell ourselves), perhaps even prejudices  that have been passed down from generation to generation. And until the chain is broken, until awareness is raised to a level where there is no more instilling of non-serving beliefs into the next generation (either consciously or subconsciously), then this cycle continues.

But the power to question where our beliefs truly come from is within each and every one of us and I find that the more I question my own beliefs, the stronger I become in knowing where the line is actually drawn; between beliefs I’ve formed from the own depth of my heart and those that stem from old recycled beliefs from others. This has helped me tremendously in my own personal growth and is something I often recommend to my Reiki clients.

If you have taken a serious look at a reoccurring issue and have really sat with it, giving yourself time to think it through to find an applicable solution, and yet still nothing comes, then chances are that it stems from a foreign belief. And either way, once we identify the source, we give ourselves the freedom to no longer suffer from its unrelenting grip.

Certain beliefs might lead us to hold so tightly to things that we push it away. In the energy of a need to control, others can feel repelled, not attracted. There is a great lesson here of the difference between coming from fear .vs coming from love in situations like that when dealing with a significant other, child, friend or even money or that new job you want. If we come at things with an unforgiving Kung-Fu grip, the Universe responds to your fear of losing it or not getting it, and most likely you will lose it or not get what you want. You must come from a place of love, from appreciation as if you already have what you want and are not separate from it. Then, you emanate the vibration that will call it into your reality with ease and grace.

We may hold so tightly to a particular belief because it’s all we know, it’s familiar and it’s comforting. Yet, what this does is prevent us from seeing what the river of life has in store for you, which you’ve simply “dammed up” with your more stubborn beliefs. For instance, for years (20 to be exact) I thought that smoking cigarettes was “my vice”; my way to relax, the friend I always hung out with after dinner and right before I went to sleep. The friend I shared a glass of wine with, or always had to run to when I was nervous, sad, had to think something through or simply just had to 5 minutes to kill. I always found a way to justify the act because my beliefs allowed me to.

Now comes the fun part! I quit smoking today. And with that “release” I realized something great about why I had so much trouble ”letting it go” sooner in my life. I would tell myself stories like I simply enjoyed it and I deserved joy, dammit (how did I see joy in doing such harm to myself?), it relaxed me (even though I was and still am an avid meditator), and I wouldn’t be doing it forever (someday, I’ll stop…which translates into “someday I’ll love myself enough”). But I was a hypocrite and I knew it this whole time. And while I do forgive myself, and I have felt through and released the rollercoaster of emotions coming up through this process as well…I know that all we ever have is NOW, this moment. I am a Reiki Master; I help others heal and yet I couldn’t give myself the same love and attention? No more of that nonsense. I deserve better. Only this time…I actually BELIEVE IT!

In just the past few months, I’ve had a tremendous amount of insight into my life, my path and my own light. I’ve let go of SO much and with that have opened doors within myself where Self-Love has literally FLOODED my insides! This has caused a domino effect over the past few weeks where I’ve taken inner leaps and bounds that normally would’ve scared the crap out of me. And perhaps committing to quitting smoking cigarettes was the biggest leap of them all. But I finally jumped and what I landed on was a big fat pile of empowered freedom!

Let’s circle back and see how this how relates to our “proverbial amnesia pop“, upon our incarnation. One must consider that with all that planning our soul bodies do beforehand, it is not all in vain. It remains within us, hidden deep inside and comes out in waves through our creativity, intuition, talents and insight. But what is the reason we forget at all? Why go through all that trouble of making a game plan if we all must go in blind and “wing it”? I think the answer to life itself lies in that question. I have always felt in my heart, that we forget ONLY so we can live each day with a chance to remember who we are. Each day truly is another chance to awaken your greatness, to outgrow and shed these illusions; these beliefs attached to you since childhood. But it is only the brave; those willing to stop looking outside of themselves and instead turn inward that will ever catch a glimpse of their full magnificence (that which sparks our cosmic memory)…because that is the only place it resides. At least, that is where we must see it first, before we can ever see it in our outer world.

I’ve always understood the concept of “letting go of what no longer serves us”, but when you actually begin to apply it in your own life, magical things begin to happen. It causes a ripple effect in your actions where one is fed from another. You conquer one mountain and the adrenaline rush flows onto the next area of your life. Another part where fear lingers and you know you are again onto something else that needs to be looked at and healed. And when you actually SEE what needs to be let go of, and face that fear of stepping out of your comfort zone, you also see it is just a fear of being left feeling empty inside. But the perfect paradox is that when you finally do let go, keys turn, doors swing wide open and suddenly the Universe’s “abundance hose” you had all twisted up unwinds itself and begins to flow as it was meant to. You regain a connection to your true Self and all it knows and always knew before “the pop”. You begin to remember who you really are and why you are here. You once again know your magnificence and you are fulfilled.

So, how is it the things do manifest? How do you (because it is you doing it – it’s not anybody else doing it), how do you turn your thoughts to things? How do you turn the vibration that you have launched? How do you turn it into a manifestation? How does it become actual? How do you see it, and hear it, and smell it, and taste it, and touch it? What makes it real?

Most people never even think about that. They just look around the world at the things that are already real: this what they consider to be a finite pile of whatever good stuff they want. And then they just squabble over it.

But you are creators. You have come to create your own pile, not to try to find someone else’s and get them to give it to you. They don’t want to do that.

So if you can think just a little bit, we know it’s an odd thing to consider, but how do vibrations turn into reality? How does the manifestation occur? Jerry was going to and we are now with him writing a book, called “Turning Thoughts To Things.” Because it is all about: you’ve launched the vibration. You’ve been listening to us for awhile? So, the creative process is what?

Step one is ask. And asked comes out of the contrast that you’re living. So you ask and launch these rockets of desire.

Step two is source answers that rocket of desire:

  • becomes the vibrational equivalent of it
  • is the vibrational equivalent of it
  • offers a vibration of it
  • stands as the accomplishment, the achievement, the fulfillment of what you’ve asked for

Your inner being stands there as the fulfillment of all of the desires, all of the composite desires, all of the amended desires that you have launched in a vibrational reality.

If you’ve been listening to us for a while, you may have read the book “The Vortex.” That’s what that is – that vibrational reality. We wanted you to feel the synergy of it. We wanted you to feel the calling power of it. We wanted you to realize that this Vortex, this spinning Vortex is calling to its center all things that you’ve asked for.

The question is: are you letting yourself be called to it? Are you in a vibrational place where you are allowing what’s vibrationally accomplished by you to be perceived by you in what you want to call real life experience?

You said to us: “Abraham, I’ll play your silly game, I will accept that I create my own reality. And I will accept that law of attraction manages it. And I will accept that I’ve launched plenty of creations. And I will accept that there is a vibrational version of everything I want waiting for me to achieve vibrational readiness with it. I just want to know, how do I get my money out of the vortex and into the bank? How does the vibration that you’re so sure exists?”

And we are because we see it, we see the fulfillment of what you’ve been asking for. We know who you are. We know what you’re asking for. We know it, we see it. We see where it is. We see where you are in relationship to it. And every word we speak is about helping you to achieve a vibrational stance that allows what you have created to flow easily to you.

It’s already been delivered to you but you have to find the vibrational frequency that allows you to see it in the same way that your tuner has to be tuned to the same frequency of whatever the transmitter is, or you don’t receive the telephone call, or the radio signal, or the television signal. In other words, these signals have to match up.

So, here’s the question. Think about this today and tomorrow and forever more. Does the signal of my desire and the signal of my belief – do they match? Are they matching signals? Because my desire is high-flying. Is my belief? Do I believe that it’s coming or do I need to see it first? Because if you need to see it first, then you’re living that conditional life that we are talking about. And if you need to see it first, then it’s not going to come – not anytime soon.

You slowly and sluggishly watch other people and you see what they do. And maybe it causes your expectation for yourself to morph a little bit, but it’s so slow going. It’s so slow going and it does not need to be. You have created enough and put it into your vibrational reality (into your Vortex of creation) to keep you happily satisfied and busy in terms of action and stuff and things and living your life for 20 or 30 lifetimes. That’s how much is there already for you: ready for you to become a vibrational match to.

So that’s what we talked about here. We’re talking about how you can accomplish a vibrational stance that puts you in the receptive mode so that: first the idea occurs to you and the emotion comes with it. That’s the first manifestation, that’s the first indication. That’s the first turning of it from a thought to a thing.

And once that thought – from a vibration to a thought, from thought to an emotion. There it is. It’s alive and it’s real. And if you can be happy, this is the key. If you can make yourself happy for a little while with the uncondition of the thought and the emotion.

If you can say, ah, I got the best idea and it felt so good to me. It feels so good to me. And I’m so happy with this idea. And not be mad at yourself or at somebody else that the idea hasn’t come to full fruition where you can see it and hear it and smell it and taste it and touch it. Right now, you’re just feeling it, and knowing it, and expecting it, and glad for it.

If you can hold yourself there just for a little while, it is our promise to you, that, that vibration will gain momentum and your ability to perceive it will grow and grow and grow until you’ll be rendezvousing. You’ll find yourself talking to people that know. Doors will be open for you, opening for you, and you will be recognizing it. And you will find yourself this compliant,
cooperative, joyful component of your own creation being guided to the culmination.

But it’s not just the culmination that you’re looking for. It’s that journey all the way along. It’s the new idea coming and the thrill of. It is the recognition that you received it and the thrill of that. It’s watching the universe knocking itself out to provide evidence for you.

Do you know how many clues are there for you in every moment of every day? Because the source within you does know where you stand in relationship to everything you want and is offering study guidance about that. Steady guidance to assist you, to navigate (hear these words) your path of least resistance.

Those words really matter: your path of least resistance. (Esther’s laughing really. She’s climbing over things. She said this is not the path of least resistance that I had envisioned.) Everything’s on wheels, it was not a problem. It was more fun than anything else. But what we want you to understand the obstacles in your path are on wheels, they will move easily out of your way. But you sometimes make them so much more than they need to be.

So, the path of least resistance, we want to stay here just for a moment. The path of least resistance and path of most allowance are the same path, aren’t they? You just hear it a little easier with path of least resistance, because there will always be (we love you so much – you know what’s coming next) – there will always be some resistance on your path because you are Leading Edge creators.

You’re out here in the environment of contrast. You are here where from the contrast, you are giving birth to desires. And as you are giving birth to desires from this contrast, there is always going to be resistance on your path. We want you to understand though, that since your source knows where you want to be, how you want to feel, what you want to have with you, who you want to have with you, every desire is understood completely by your inner being, by your Abraham, by your source. So that means that your source is calling you toward what you are asking for – calling you around and over and under and through that path of least resistance.

A few weeks ago, Esther and her Abraham Hicks team and a lot of you met in Seattle to board a ship to see the beautiful waters of Alaska. And as they got onto the ship, so fun, put everything away once in their cabins. Quite often, when they first get on board, there are a lot of announcements sort of letting them know what’s happening and where to be.

And we wanted to suggest wouldn’t have been interesting since this cruise left from Seattle, and was going to end up in Seattle. Wouldn’t have been interesting if the captain had said, ladies and gentlemen, we’re so glad to have you here. If you will look at your itinerary you will see that we are leaving from the port here in Seattle and a beautiful day it is, and we will be returning to this port. You will disembark from this port. And since we are already here, we would now like you to get off. Your journey has come to its ending place.

And there would be a mutiny we are certain on that ship, because no one got on the ship to get right back off of it. And yet that’s the way you behave sometimes about the desires that you hold. It’s like you gave birth to a desire just to get it over with. And we don’t see any of you eating an ice cream cone like that.

They stopped for ice cream on the way from Boston. Esther tried to make his last so long, it was dripping down her arm. She didn’t want it to ever be over. As soon as they were finished, she wanted to stop and get another one. In other words, you want to savor the things that are delicious. Don’t you? And we want your desires to feel delicious to you. We want you to enjoy the process of turning your vibration to thoughts and your thoughts to things. Because that’s the process that you came here to live.

There is this gap. You’ve launched your desires and source has accomplished them and is holding the steady vibration of them. But there is this gap: a time gap and a vibrational gap between where you are and the fulfillment of your desire. This is the sweet spot of life. This sweet spot between where you are now and the fulfillment of your desire. That’s the sweet spot.

That’s not the discouraging zone. That’s not that it’s never going to happen for me zone. That’s not the why do you get it and I don’t get a zone. This is the sweet spot. This is the vibrational experience. This is the time of your life where you get to actually engage all of the laws and all of the forces of the universe. This is the energy that creates worlds flowing through you and to you so that you may be the creator of anything that you choose. We want you to savor this time.

So when someone says, did you get that thing that you were looking for say to them? No, no, it’s still coming. I’m still licking it. I’m still enjoying. It’s still juicy. It’s still full of the juice of life. It’s still inspiring me. It’s still waking me up in the morning. It’s still making me feel energized. It’s still making me feel frisky. It’s still making me know that I’m alive.

No, I will always have unfulfilled desires. That’s the sweet spot. That’s what we want you to acknowledge. And as you take those two ideas of this unconditional love, this, unconditional clarity, this unconditional alignment, this unconditional state of being that you have the ability to accomplish today, if you will be unconditional in your approach to this never-ending unfolding of magnificent life experience, then you will begin today to live in the way that you intended when you came into this body to begin with.

You are the creator of your own reality, but you are not in it alone, because all that is is aware of you and focused upon you and flowing to you through the path of least resistance.

Sometimes you’re not ready for the solution. You’re not in the vibrational vicinity for the solution, but you are in the vibrational vicinity for a clarifying problem.

And that’s on the path. That’s not wrongheaded. That’s not something gone wrong. That’s like Esther looking for something. She’s looked everywhere, a piece of paper, she really needs it. She remembers seeing it but she’s moved so many things from so many places: from this place and this place, in this suitcase to this desk to this desk to this suitcase. And now she can’t find it. And she’s looking and looking and looking and finally in frustration she gives up. Now we would like you to give up early.

Finally, she gave up, she went to lunch, had a nice afternoon, came back and now is looking for something else that she knows right where it is. And when she went to get that, the paper she was looking for was right there with that.

So what we’re saying to you is: we all know and we’re trying to tell you. Someone might say, why didn’t you, Abraham, just tell Esther? Because when she thinks it’s lost, it can’t be found. And when you think it’s missing, it can’t show up. And when you think there’s not enough, the universe can’t yield to you more abundance, you see. Because your thoughts matter a lot.

We are eager to talk with you about whatever it is that you want to talk about. There is nothing off limits. A wonderful unfolding will happen. Since we know where you are in relationship to what you want. We know with each one of you, we’re not kidding at all, what the path of least resistance is to help you to get where you want to be in terms of understanding and accomplishment. And so we’re going to have a wonderful time here today. What do you want to talk about?

The Multiple Connections From a Single, Conscious Breath

Image result for sacred breathThe average human takes about 20,000 breaths per day, and yet most people don’t really give breathing much thought until perhaps they are coughing from a glass of juice going down the wrong pipe. But this simple act; this sustaining, inescapable wave we ride to survive, and our most intimate way of intermingling with the outside environment, has always fascinated me on so many levels. Because it’s something we either can do consciously or unconsciously, awake or sleeping and we can even purposely stop breathing (hold our breath) if we so choose.

Breathing is one bodily function we have a strange amount of control over and interaction with and I’ve come to find with also studying ancient teachings such as the Vedas (Pranayama), is that the breath is a bridge. With breath-work, we can learn to control other bodily functions such as heart rate and thought-processing. And then we learn to open doors to higher states of consciousness as focused breathing leads to calm connections to your silent center.

When we take even one moment in our day to take a big, deep, focused breath, we are giving ourselves the chance to connect with our body, rather than running on auto-pilot. Focused breath is nourishing to the soul and replenishes the spirit with the pure essence of life. This is why we “sigh” when we are at a loss, irritated, etc. It is an innate response to push our exhaustion out and away from us through our breath and thus then pull back from the ethers a quick re-connection to life-force energy.

Breathing calmly, yet deeply is one of the quickest ways to reduce anxiety and nervousness. And for the same reason, I just mentioned above. It re-centers and re-connects. And to be honest, I feel this is actually the very first step on the actual path of Spirituality. Let me explain…

When someone finally “wakes up” and starts asking questions about themselves, life, the world at large we live in, and the great expanse of the Universe, they may do what I did and feel like they need to learn EVERYTHING…NOW.

I honestly couldn’t tell you when I woke up as I came out of the womb questioning authority and making my own rules, but ever since I can remember I’ve been drawn to every New Age (even though I’m not a fan of this term), Spiritual, Anarchist, Hippie-esque, Eco-Loving, Quantum Physics, Ancient Civilizations, Sacred Geometry, Anti-Orwellian, Hidden Knowledge & History, Hermetic Laws, Pleiadian, Nikola Tesla book I could get my freaking hands on.

But the greatest thing perhaps I’ve ever read was a simple phrase that said, “Everything you ever need to know is already within you.” Reading this quote for the first time literally froze me in time, I’m convinced of that. It stood still, I’d bet my life on it.

You all know that feeling when life hits you with such a realization/revelation, it is like Source itself cracked open your soul and imparted you with a remembrance of who you are. You feel so grounded and at peace, it’s like nothing can touch you because you are in everything. Image result for sacred breath quote

And this comprehension opens the door to understanding that the acts of inhaling and exhaling within biological forms are mere reflections of the grand breath of Source…the pulse of Divine Creation. We are here to learn ONE lesson and ONE lesson only; that we are ONE with everything and everyone. There is NO separation. And we achieve that learning by starting to pay attention to one single breath.

With this single breath, we can see that the inhale is constricting, hard, tense. Everything feels like it’s under pressure and pushing against one another. “Matter” is condensed and space is tight/cold. The exhale is freeing and a release. It is pure expanse and movement; energy/heat. In the breath, we witness the balance that is in all of Nature; the Yin & the Yang.

And this reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend of mine the other night about how the breath of the Universe could be applied to matter .vs antimatter with the former being the inhale (condensed to a single form) and the latter being the exhale (explosion).

To think that “breathing” is how the Universe physically creates is a mind-boggling, humbling, and heart-warming perception. We can actually witness this via Quantum wave-function. (It all starts with a sound, but let’s save that for another article).

Ahhhhhh….It’s great to be alive!

Reality Shifting Top Ten Tips

Reality shifting has really taken off since I first wrote about this topic in the 1990s.  Now that so many people are wondering how to experience reality shifts–including both strategies for success, and also ideas for creating a supportive mindset and environment–here are ten tips for best results.

1. Pay Attention

The world seems full of whatever we focus our attention on.  When you’re thinking of buying a new car, you see the kind of car you’re thinking of almost everywhere you go.  We can definitely start noticing more reality shifts by seeking them out, and noticing even the seemingly smallest shifts when they occur.

2. Appreciate

Feeling grateful for what we have is the best way to receive more of what we most enjoy. Expressing appreciation and thanks feels good and helps us continue to pay attention to what we most love, allowing more good experiences to come our way.

3. Review Scientific Studies

Reproducible, double-blind scientific studies conducted by doctors in real-life hospital situations are now proving that distant healing improves the health of those being prayed for. The wishes and prayers have come from people with a wide range of beliefs, indicating that we are all non-locally connected and can influence physical reality from great distances.  You can read articles or blog posts or RealityShifters, or watch videos I’ve posted that can soothe any left-brain doubts in the reality of reality shifts.

4. Revise Your Assumptions

The old assumptions that we can be objective observers without influencing what we’re watching or having any long-distance effects have been disproved with recent quantum physics experiments. We now know that we can only make predictions in terms of probabilities, and that we can’t disregard consciousness or spirit simply because we can’t measure those things.

5. Energize Yourself

Take a few minutes to reverse the damage stress causes to your body every day. Breathe love in, feeling it in your heart, and recall some of your favorite memories. These feelings of Love will energize you tremendously, which increases the probability that you’ll experience enjoyable reality shifts.

6. Reverse Negative Self-Talk

Our inner self-talk is a running dialogue with the universe. When self-talk consists of put-downs and negativity, it directly interferes with anything good we wish to observe. We can minimize negative self-talk by “flipping” each negative statement around, and making an affirmation out of those reversed statements. Posting these affirmations and reading them every day is a powerful way to remove the destructive interference.

7. Feel Non-Locally Interconnected

Just as quantum particles are found to be intimately interconnected with twin particles located great distances away, we also are non-locally interconnected with everything and everyone we love.  You have support from those you know in daily life, through the internet, and also through angelic support.

8. Visualize What You Desire

Visualize what you most desire to experience in your life — all your favorite, wildest dreams — with the idea in mind that we actually create reality as we observe it.  If visualizing seems challenging or not quite right for you, then you can simply ask my favorite question, “How good can it get?” and help steer reality in directions that you and everyone can best enjoy.

9. Let Go of Wishes

The best way to make our favorite dreams come true after we’ve visualized them is to release them. This gives them the degrees of freedom required to exist unobserved as pure energy waves, before our observation collapses the wave functions and one possibility materializes.

10. Choose Your Attitude

The most important thing to remember when you face challenges or seemingly impossible situations is to remember that reality can shift! You can choose to replace your feelings of stress, fear, or anger and breathe Love. The more you practice this meditation of “thinking with your heart”, the easier it will be, and the more wonderful reality shifts you’ll experience!

Alchemical Secrets to Help Keep You Focused

Image result for alchemist turns all things to loveFor as long as I can remember I’ve been completely fascinated with the elements, the laws of Nature, sacred geometry, energy, and how it all comes together in a sort of fancy cosmic toolbox that we can all learn to use through ancient alchemical processes.

Now, I’m not talking about literally mixing some lyrium with dragonroot under the 3rd phase of the moon to gain +5 mana, but hey…yesterday’s Merlin is today’s Spiritual Alchemist, right?

No, the chemistry, the reactions, the changes I speak of refer to those specific ‘problem’ areas of your life. As cosmic Creator beings, we are all modern-day wizards and witches with more power to control what goes into and comes out of our very own lives than we are ever told, but I’m sure to have continually imagined throughout the years.

I’m referring to power in the Now or what I love to call ‘hacking the Matrix’. If we start to think of all outside events that attempt to bring us out of alignment (away from a feeling of being centered, calm, focused, relaxed, whole, peaceful, etc.) as simple programs running, then it becomes easier to then also recognize that we always have the choice if we want to run those programs or not.

Next time you are attempting to focus on something you are doing and feel continually distracted, you will immediately see a program attempt to run that wants to make you feel impatient and annoyed and trigger you to do the exact opposite thing of what you are trying to do. However,  if you simply recognize that fact, rather than react to it, you take away its INSTALL or RUN options and instead hit CANCEL. What you’re really doing is consciously clearing away that energy via an intention from your heart.

A good motivator to remind you to take a moment to actually choose whether to INSTALL or to CANCEL is remembering why you are doing what you are trying to focus on, to begin with. In meditation, we always come back to the breath, and here we would instead come back to the task at hand. This can be likened to the alchemical process of Calcination.

Calcination is the process in alchemy when matter decomposes. So, in this case, it fits into letting all things but your goal, cause, etc. fall away from the moment so that just your object of focus remains in the ethers of your current reality. It can then more easily reclaim its place within our center sights.

Once we have taken the proverbial reigns of our own awareness and continue to make these conscious choices as to what programs are installed into our reality or not, we are likely to see vast improvements in our self-confidence, judgments, and willingness to show up in life. This can be likened to the alchemical process of Dissolution.

Dissolution is when we start to feel less identified with the programs and more with our inner world. Suddenly we become aware of how our own behavior might affect other people and we actually start paying attention to how we feel and how those around us feel. The key here is learning how to maintain a balance of compassion while not being a pushover. Maintaining a kind and open heart while creating a space where others can feel safe to release triggers, trauma, shadows, etc. is no easy task, but one that inevitably brings you more in tune with abilities to concentrate. This occurs the more we choose rather than react in life.

The less reactive we are, the more forgiving we allow ourselves to be. Where quick judgments are made, no room is left for grace, patience, and humility which must be present to ever heal resentment. We must be willing to let go to receive. This can be likened to the alchemical process of Separation.

Separation is where we isolate all components from the stage of Dissolution, or basically, we take that which we want to focus on in life and leave the rest. We take what works; let it go. And that is pretty much the foundation of forgiveness, no? It’s never about overlooking something that was done but seeing it a new way.

Whatever you are attempting to focus on in life, I am sure you are fighting your inner excuses (basically your ego and all its ways it can come up with you keep you the same, feeling the same, thinking the same, day after day after day…) as well as your outer excuses (whatever else we commit our time to).

Now the key here with our outer excuses is to review which ones are true priorities that expectedly call for your attention, time, and focus (family, friends, commitments, hobbies, etc.) and just more reflections of your ego such as the time we spend complaining, comparing, judging, whining, putting ourselves down, putting others down, etc.

We all have pain and we all have more say in how fast our wounds heal. Some of us just like to keep picking at it. And while old wounds cut deep, they are also some of the best way-showers life has to offer us. We just have to be willing to see. And in the end, the absolute best way to stay focused in my opinion is to simply remember why you looked in the first place. 😉

Joe Dispenza: How to Stop Reliving Your Past and Start Deliberately Creating Your Future

In this incredible interview with Tom Bilyeu of Impact Theory, Dr. Joe Dispenza explains how to stop reliving your past and start deliberately creating your life. There’s also an awesome guided meditation by Dr. Joe below.

Joe Dispenza:
People wake up in the morning. They begin to think about their problems. Those problems are circuits, memories in the brain. Each one of those memories are connected to people and things at certain times and places. And if the brain is a record of the past, the moment they start their day they’re already thinking in the past. Each one of those memories has an emotion. Emotions are the end product of past experiences. So the moment they recall those memories of their problems, they all of a sudden feel unhappy. They feel sad; they feel pain.

Now how you think and how you feel creates your state of being. So the person’s entire state of being when they start their day is in the past. So what does that mean? The familiar past will sooner or later be predictable future.

So if you believe that your thoughts have something to do with your destiny. And you can’t think greater than how you feel, our feelings have become the means of thinking. By the very definition of emotions, you’re thinking in the past. And for the most part you’re going to keep creating the same life.

So then people grab their cell phone. They check their WhatsApp. They check their texts. They check their emails. They check Facebook. They take a picture of their feet. They post it on Facebook. They tweet something. They do Instagram. They check the news and now they feel really connected to everything that’s known in their life.

And then they go through a series of routine behaviors. They get out of bed on the same side. They go to the toilet. They got a cup of coffee. They take a shower. They get dressed. They drive to work the same way. They do the same things. They see the same people that pushed the same emotional buttons. And that becomes the routine, and it becomes like a program. So now they’ve lost their free will to a program. And there’s no unseen hand doing it to them.

So when it comes time to change, the redundancy of that cycle becomes a subconscious program. So now 95% of who we are by the time we’re 35 years old is a memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, beliefs and perceptions that function like a computer program.

So then person can say with their five percent of their conscious mind: “I want to be healthy. I want to be happy. I want to be free.” But the body’s on a whole different program. So then how do you begin to make those changes? Well, you have to get beyond the analytical mind, because what separates the conscious mind from the subconscious mind is the analytical mind.

And that’s where meditation comes in, because you can teach people through practice how to change their brainwaves – slow them down. And when they do that properly they do enter the operating system where they can begin to make some really important changes. So most people then wait for crisis or trauma or disease or diagnosis, you know, they wait for loss – some tragedy to make up their mind to change.

And my message is: why wait? And and you can learn and change in a state of pain and suffering, or you can learn and change in a state of joy and inspiration I think right now the cool thing is that people are waking up.

Most people spend 70% of their life living in survival and living in stress. So they’re always anticipating the worst case scenario based on a past experience. And they’re literally, out of the infinite potentials in the quantum field, they’re selecting the worst possible outcome. And they’re beginning to emotionally embrace it with fear. And they’re conditioning their body into a state of fear. Do that enough times – the body has a panic attack without you. You can’t even predict it because it’s programed subconsciously.

So people become addicted to the rush of those emotions and they use the problems and conditions in their life to reaffirm their limitation. So at least they can feel something.

So now when it comes time to change you say to the person: why are you this way? Well, every time they recall the event, they’re producing the same chemistry in their brain and body as if the event is occurring – firing and wiring the same circuits and sending the same emotional signature to the body.

But what’s the relevance behind that? Well your body is your unconscious mind. In a sense, if you’re sitting down and you start thinking about some future worst case scenario that you’re conjuring up in your mind, and you begin to feel the emotion of that event, your body doesn’t know the difference between the event that’s taking place in your world outer world and what your created by emotion or thought alone.

So most people then they’re constantly reaffirming their emotional states. So when it comes time to give up that emotion, they can say I really want to do it. But really, the body is stronger than the mind because it’s been conditioned that way. So the servant now has become the master. And the person all of a sudden, once they step into that unknown, they’d rather feel guilt and suffering, because at least they can predict it. Being in the unknown is a scary place for most people because the unknown is uncertain.

People say to me: well, I can’t predict my future. I’m in the unknown. And I always say the best way to predict your future is to create it – not from the known, but from the unknown. What thoughts do you want a fire and wire in your brain? What behaviors do you want to demonstrate in one day? The act of rehearsing and mentally closing your eyes and rehearsing the action.

The rehearsing of the action of what you want?

Joe Dispenza:
Yeah the action of what you want by closing your eyes and mentally rehearsing some action. If you’re truly present, the brain does not know the difference between what’s your imaging and what you’re experiencing in 3D World. So then you begin to install the neurological hardware in your brain to look like the event has already occurred. Now your brain is no longer a record of the past. Now, it’s a map to the future.

And if you keep doing it, priming it that way, the hardware becomes a software program and who knows you just may start acting like a happy person. And then I think the hardest part is to teach our body emotionally what the future will feel like ahead of the actual experience. So what does that mean? You can’t wait for your success to feel empowered. You can’t wait for your wealth to feel abundant. You can’t wait for your your new relationship to feel loved or you’re healing to feel whole.

I mean, that’s the old model of reality of cause and effect, you know, waiting for something outside of us to change how we feel inside of us. And when we feel better inside of us, we pay attention to whoever or whatever caused it. But what that means then is that from the Newtonian world hat most people spend their whole life living in lack waiting for something to change out there.

Tom Bilyeu:
What do you mean the Newtonian world?

Joe Dispenza:
Newtonian world is all about too predictable. It’s all about predicting the future. But the quantum model of reality is is about causing an effect. The moment you start feeling abundant and worthy, you are generating wealth. The moment you’re empowered and feel it, you’re beginning to step towards your success. The moment you start feeling whole, your healing begins. And when you love yourself, and you love all of life, you will create an equal. And now you’re causing an effect.

And I think that’s the difference between living as a victim in your world saying I am this way because of this person or that thing or this experience. They made me think and feel this way. When you switch that around you become a creator of your world and you start saying my thinking and my feeling is changing an outcome in my life. And now that’s a whole different game and we start believing more that we’re creators of reality.

And most people, when they have a thought they just think that that’s the truth. And I think one of my greatest realizations in my own journey was: just because you have a thought that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true.

So if you think 60 to 70,000 thoughts in one day and we do. And 90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts of the day before. And you believe that your thoughts have something to do with your destiny. Your life’s not going to change very much because the same thought leads to the same choice. The same choice leads to the same behavior. The same behavior creates the same experience. And the same experience produces the same emotion.

And so then the act of becoming conscious of this process to to begin to become more aware of how you think, how you act, and how you feel – it’s called metacognition. And so then why is that important? Because the more conscious you become of those unconscious states of mind and body, the less likely you’re going to go unconscious during the day.

And that thought is not going to slip by your awareness unchecked, because it means to know thyself. The word meditation means to become familiar with. So as you become familiar with the thoughts, the behaviors and the emotions of the old self, you’re retiring that old self as you fire and wire new thoughts and condition the body into an emotional state. If you do that enough times, it’ll begin to become familiar to you.

So it’s so important, just like a garden. If you’re planting a garden, you got to get rid of the weeds. You got to take the plants from the past year and you got to pull them out. The rocks that sift to the top that are like our emotional blocks, they have to be removed. The soil has to be tenderized and broken down. We have to make room to plant a new garden.

So primarily we learn the most about ourselves and others when we’re uncomfortable. Because the moment you move into that uncomfortable state, normally a program jumps in. When that program jump in, it’s because a person doesn’t want to be in the present moment and engage it consciously.

It’s you’re not being defined by a vision of the future, then you’re left with the old memories of the past. And you will be predictable in your life. And if you wake up in the morning and you’re not being defined by a vision of future – as you see the same people, and you go to the same places, and you do the exact same thing at the exact same time, it’s no longer that your personality is creating your personal reality. Now, your personal reality is affecting or creating your personality.

Your environment is really controlling how you think and feel unconsciously, because every person, every thing, every place, every experience has a neurological network in your brain.  Every experience that you have with every person produces an emotion. So some people will use their boss to reaffirm their addiction to judgment. They’ll use their enemy to reaffirm their addiction to hatred. They use their friends to reaffirm their addiction to suffering.

So now, they need the outer world to feel something. So to change them is to be greater than your environment – to be greater than the conditions in your world. And the environment is that seductive.

So then, why is meditation the tool? Well, let’s sit down. Let’s close our eyes. Let’s disconnect from your outer environment. So if you’re seeing less things, there is less stimulation going to your brain. If you’re playing soft music or you have earplugs in, there is less sensory information coming to your brain. So you’re disconnecting from your environment.

If you can sit your body down, and tell it to stay like an animal: stay right here. I’m going to feed you when we’re done. You can get up and check your emails. You can do all your text. But right now you’re going to sit there and obey me.

So then, when you do that properly – you’re not eating anything or smelling anything or tasting anything, you’re not up experiencing and feeling anything. You would have to agree with me that you’re being defined by a thought, right?

So when the body wants to go back to its emotional past and you become aware that, your attention is on that emotion. And where you place your attention is where you place your energy. You’re siphoning your energy out of the present moment into the past. And you become aware of that.

And you settle your body back down in the present moment, because it’s saying well, it’s eight o’clock. You normally get upset because you’re in traffic around this time. And here you are sitting and we’re used to feeling anger and your off schedule. Oh, it’s 11 o’clock and usually check your emails and judge everybody. Well, the body is looking for that that predictable chemical state.

Every time you become aware that you’re doing that, and your body is craving those emotions and you settle it back down into the present moment, you’re telling the body: it’s no longer the mind – that you’re the mind. And now your will is getting greater than the program. And if you keep doing this over and over again over and over again over and over again, just like training a stallion or dog, it’s just going to say: I’m going to sit.

And the moment that happens, and the body is no longer the mind – when it finally surrenders there is a liberation of energy. We go from particle to wave, from matter to energy, and we free ourselves from the chains of those emotions that keep us in the familiar past. And we’ve seen this thousands of times. In fact, we can actually predict it now on a brain scan.

Invisible Insight: How to Cross an Emotional Bridge You Cannot See

If anyone knows procrastination, self-sabotage, and making internal excuses it would be me. But what reflecting on each of these things on an intended regular basis has taught me, is the insight into exactly why I delay things, why I put myself down, and why I distract myself from focusing on what I need to in order to make my dreams a reality.

And I wanted to write about these things this week because it seems like we all tend to think about this stuff and do a bit of self-reflecting here and there, but then when we’re no longer feeling the jazz of the moment anymore, it’s almost as if the insight fizzles and we find ourselves right back in the same unmotivated, un-moving, space of confusion as to why nothing is different, nothing is better and although we see the days on the calendar go by, nothing has changed. Well, at least it feels that way sometimes, doesn’t it? So, what gives?

Well for one, it’s because we are living life from a perspective of “being pulled” towards something rather than us being the ones who are pushing outwards on life itself! In order to keep things IN-motion, WE have to BE the power source that is moving things in our lives forward! Instead, we tend to have a “sit back and wait for it” mentality.

But we are not necessarily taught this fact. At least not in the most emotionally empowering way. Sure we are taught, usually quite vaguely or based on the status quo, that we have to earn a living and that nothing comes for free; money doesn’t grow on trees (actually it does, it’s PAPER!), but you get my point. We are not taught that in order to get what we want in life AND feel good about ourselves and have healthy relationships with others is to realize that the hard work lies WITHIN first and foremost. If you skip that, then you seriously should prepare for everything else to be a huge pain in the ass LOL. Welcome to Earth! 😉

All kidding aside, what I really mean here is this…Everything we tend to learn in this world is ASS BACKWARDS!

For example…

To have a healthy level of self-esteem, we gotta love ourselves first and foremost and know that the opinions of others do not define who we are, but rather actually give us more clues into who they are. And regardless of whether we have figured that out or not yet, the fact remains that no matter HOW we feel about ourselves at any given moment, we always deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Why are we so often taught to feel like the opinions of others are the most important? And if you stop and notice, when they are unfavorable opinions, it can be quite damaging to our hearts and feelings, because we have developed expectations of the outside world to determine our emotional state for the most part. Instead of being taught the reality that our emotional state determines that which we experience in the outside world!

This all comes back to magnetism and energy and the recognition that our emotions are a system of energy that is constantly in motion. E-motion…Energy-in-motion. I will never forget the first time I heard someone explain emotions in that way. They know nothing else but to MOVE as this is their essence, what they do, what they are meant to do, and their method of Operandi. If emotions are stuck, they become stagnant energy blocks and will literally manifest as sickness and or issues in your life to get your attention in a more significant way than the emotion itself didn’t grab the first time.

Emotions are awesome and none is better or worse than the other. Every emotion has its job to do and has a certain aspect of healing that it points out for you. We are NOT our emotions and they are also not meant to be taken on as who we are because they are not. They are FEELINGS, and they are FLEETING. They are meant to flow in and out of our existence like rain…but if we grab and hold them, they will fester under our ego’s attempt to control them.

And the ego’s best trick? Convincing you that those feelings you have the most often, or that mood you usually carry around is actually YOU. As if you, I’m talking about Self with a capital S, could ever be contained within one emotion. You are multi-faceted. And the fact you can feel ALL emotions should tell you that you are NOT just one in particular. If you are convinced you are a single emotion, then you have at least identified where to start your journey of healing…

And here is where crossing that good ‘ol invisible bridge comes into play. We get so used to our emotions telling us how to feel, that when we are made aware of the fact they are not us, are not in control of us or our mood and that they are just indicators to our environment, that we almost don’t want to reclaim our power. Why? Because it places an enormous amount of responsibility back into your consciousness. Now that you know, you cannot un-know and you know it! LOL.

We always have a choice as to how to react to our emotions; no matter how strong or intimidating and in your face, the emotion might be. And I realize that for many, this article might trigger a reaction to actually do the complete opposite of what I’m suggesting right now and let this truth piss you off. But that’s okay because the things that piss us off are usually the same things that set us free…

How to Witness More Magic in Your Life!

I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely author, Pam Grout at a workshop she was hosting in Phoenix. If you don’t know who Pam is, she is the author of E Squared and E Cubed. In E Squared, Pam asks you to perform 9 experiments to prove to yourself the existence of what she calls “The Field of Potential” or simply, the FP. It’s a big ‘ol invitation to play with the Universe and the forces within it and boy was it fun!

One of my experiments was to not only get Pam to sign my copy of her book, but to get to meet her in a more personal way at this workshop. Well, upon doing one of the exercises where we were put into groups, ours happened to be a tad small so Pam joined us and sat down right next to me. 🙂

During our pow-wow we got to share ideas, projects we’re all working on, a little about who we are and what excites us and it was just so amazing to get to share in this way with her and all of the wonderful ladies in my group. And it definitely proved that the FP, the magic of the Universe, is right there at your fingertips at all times! And what I learned was a key lesson for me; one so simple, but one I had also forgotten.

I learned that the first and most important step to getting help/assistance in manifesting what you want is you have to ASK for it! I tend to be the type of person to always need to do things on my own, rarely stopping to ask for help. I send many thanks daily to the Universe for all it’s blessings, however I had forgotten how great the Universe is at giving signs not just for the big things, but for the small, day-to-day things as well. Things like finding stuff I had lost or just asking the Universe a question that I had been pondering in my own head for weeks, and getting a sign within minutes to what way I should go with this particular issue.

I also believe the first step to witnessing magic in our lives (such as my getting to meet Pam up close and personal), on a more consistent basis is to not wait for things to happen in our lives, but instead to go out and happen to things! What I mean is make things happen and live from a sense of empowered peace and creative consciousness rather than the auto-pilot mode we so often find ourselves in. We are all walking paths in this life, but instead of looking for who we are in everything that we’re not, how about we look within and simply observe all that we are? It sounds so obvious, yet we are all taught to look outside of ourselves for answers, when we have ALL of them already within us!

Owning your mind, body, soul and spirit in this way would be equivalent to the “taking of the reins” of your own life. And while it comes with a shitload of responsibility, it will also set you free! This and the rest of the E Squared experiments really reconnected me with a part of myself I hadn’t been in touch with for a long time. That part that has full and complete trust in the Universe and is working with its forces, rather than just sitting back and playing the role of being a victim to them. The dance of the ego and Spirit is a long and beautiful one, but also has very dramatic and mournful sections that can often tear at your heart strings. But once we remember that the world of ego is all illusory, we remember our true power and can fully recenter; shift back into the frequency of magic!

The ego’s job is to keep you exactly as you are, playing small in life, while otherwise convincing you that you’re changing or making progress. It is a master manipulator and will do whatever it can to distract you from positive change. This, however, is not a reason to hate or want to kill the ego, because it is still very valuable to our learning and growth in life. Instead I recommend self-study; observe yourself and how you are acting and RE-acting in various situations. Are you creating your life or are you simply just always reacting to things that “happen to you”?

When we learn how to evolve into and hold this kind of relationship with the ego, from a strict sense of non-judgmental observance, we are then and only then allowed seeing beyond the veil of the illusion the ego projects. We can then use the ego for the tool that it is and let it show those things very deep within our Soul that still need to be looked at, healed and integrated; things we were previously unable to see. This in itself can be a “magical” process as you see with new eyes; eyes that can look deeper, see more clearly, and cast loving warmth over anything they happen to gaze upon…

Then you may witness magic everywhere in life, because you are no longer waiting to simply bear witness to it, you are out there…creating your own. <3

Connecting to Your Higher Self Through Inter-Dimensional Travel

In the beginning, there was…

Well, this would depend on whom you’re asking! Personally, I feel that the All came from Nothing (Zero-point, the Void, and what Buddhism calls Sunyata); and thus became everything…ever-expanding. The infinite potential at rest awoke, and once self-aware burst forth splinters of its own consciousness outward. Without movement, there can be no creation…no manifestation.

I further believe that the moment Source Consciousness became aware of itself; the very first sound waves formed and thus began what we could call “divine motion”. Everything that grows needs movement in some form in order to do so. This is a rule of Nature and us humans are included. There is something hard-wired not only in our DNA but in the deepest roots of our hearts that tell us we are here to ultimately grow and expand.

We may think that we simply exist only in this third-dimensional reality, but this is just the playground of creation. We are all here, whether we know it or not, to make a difference in the lives of those we encounter during our time around. And also, to make a difference in our very own lives as this is how we grow inter-dimensionally. While we are traditionally taught to rely on our physical senses, to travel to other realms, you need to be in tune with those senses beyond your physical five. It’s the letting go of our “this world” attachments, which ultimately frees us to rise in frequency to match those “other world” spaces in the cosmos.

We’ve all been there where a certain area of our lives just feels so incredibly stagnant. The energy around it is heavy, dull, and while there is an underlying tone yearning to come forth, you can feel yourself literally holding something back within yourself. If we don’t understand we are actually doing this to ourselves, it can just feel like life is out to get us and no matter what we do, we continue to be “stuck”.

When we are in this kind of space, we are often closed off to inspiration, creativity, and of course the most obvious – action. But like they say that the truth shall set you free, so will a simple thought. A thought that can lead you to action, or to even change your actions from one resonance to another, is one that has tremendous energy behind it. And this is exactly the type of thoughts you want to have if you wish to visit dimensions higher than our 3-D plane.

You may have heard of your “Higher Self” and this could perhaps be the most popular reason that most people decided to “travel”. Your Higher Self is you, yet that part of you that is not attached to this physical realm and is your direct connection to divine guidance. Listening to your Higher Self could be equated to talking with your Spirit, or that inner voice that is always guiding you towards your greatness. The voice that always warns you with “gut feelings” and pulls on your heartstrings.

When we are open to this guidance, we begin to know ourselves as the multi-dimensional beings we are. And just like the first thought of creation, and just like the entire Universe itself (and the parallel ones all around us), we are ever-expanding. And the more we reach outward, by applying what we’ve learned from reaching inward, we begin to learn that everything travels in waves and that nothing is guaranteed except the potential of its existence.  We open a door for ourselves on a conscious level that allows us to remember that first sound, by hearing it within ourselves; the infinite beating of the cosmic drum that connects every single heart across time and space.
