Here's the first tip: sensitize your body daily. Take on some kind of practice. Tantra is the fastest way. But really, anything that invigorates, opens your body, helps you to release tension, gives your body more oxygen will work. Ultimately, through all of these kinds of activities, you begin to feel more sensitive. The more sensitive that you are in your body, then the more likely you’ll be able to feel into her body and what it is that she is longing for so you can take her even deeper.
It’s about opening and sensitizing your own body so you can be more present with yourself, and through that she’ll feel your presence more.
Try this: stand up, plant your feet on ground, and shake your upper body like a rag doll. Do this for at least five minutes a day. It will help your body to become more sensitive and will allow you to become a better lover.
