Louise Hay’s life journey taught us by her example that we can, in fact, heal our lives, but we must change our thoughts first.
Louise was an avid believer in the power of affirmations to change life for the better. Affirmations help to retrain our thinking and speaking patterns. Below are some of Louise’s most powerful affirmations that you can say to yourself:
- I am divinely guided at all times.
- All that I seek is already within me.
- I deeply and completely love and accept myself
- I forgive everyone in my past for all perceived wrongs. I release them with love.
- The more gratitude I feel, the more I am aware that the supply is endless.
- My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.
- Abundance flows freely through me.
- Today is going to be a really, really good day.
- I am in perfect health.
- I am pain free and totally in sync with life.
- My heart is open. I allow my love to flow freely. I love myself. I love others and others love me.
- I deserve the best, and I accept it now. All my needs and desires are met before I even ask.
- I choose to feel good about myself each day. Every morning I remind myself that I can make the choice to feel good. This is a new habit for me to cultivate.
- Everything I touch is a success.
