Make These Two Words Your Mantra

Let Go!!

Live in the present moment, love all the time and realize that everyone has a unique offering and experience. It’s all ok and we never arrive. Let go of yesterday, don’t be anxious for tomorrow. Live fully today. I embody this and thus have great peace.

5 Practices to Carry Daily

Shake hands with yourself in peace.

Lose the judgment of yourself and others.

Ask forgiveness and grant it when asked.

Be willing to be vulnerable and ok with being misunderstood.

Make love happen every day.

How to do These Things

Choose! Intend it to be so and then follow through.

Remove obstacles and put nourishing habits in their place. (To nourish: To educate; to instruct; to bring up; to nurture; to promote the growth of in attainments.)

Obstacles take you away or block your goal. Nourishment aids by making your choices for improvement, habits. Habits change your life.

Don’t beat yourself up if you fall short of your goal, begin again.

Ask for help, we all need each other.

Know Your Truth and Live It
