The explosive new energy these days is undeniable, yet sometimes we may not feel it. That is normal, respect it. We are still in process and haven't fully arrived. Thus, it's good to have some positive thoughts to sustain during those darker moments. Below are some things from my journal that resonate with me and I hope they do you too.
Synchronicities
I love my sunlit garden every morning before the physical sun rises. I feel as if I can do anything, be anything. That everything is available to me. Resources abundant and clear. No fear, worries or judgements exist. It's beautiful. I will take this into my everyday life. I will celebrate the synchronicities that are leading me to my highest, best self. I will draw to others that are like minded.
I have nothing to defend because I am complete. I have no one to impress because all is perfect. I have the words within me to write, to complete assignments, to stretch beyond what I have experienced. Fear does not resonate within me, nor will it ever.
Set Your Compass
My compass is set on joy. My heart and eyes are transfixed upon joy.
I am the goal. The goal is not external. I transmit essence to others spontaneously.
I surrender the “figuring it out mind”.
I know who I am, separateness is no longer a reality.
As I grow, my life and work are in continuum. Self evolution is occurring. I transcend my own personal comfort levels.
My most cherished freedom is to do and be my best with others.
While the body is aging, my spirit and vitality are rising.
I am in love with an unknown future, within myself and with in the world!
I am
I am the Truth that has been sought.
I am the Light that has been kindled.
I am the Whole, that was separated.
I am the Love that has been desired.
“I am the Voice, I've been hearing.”
I am perfection in every microbe.
I am complete, perfect, divine, whole and I have a body and a voice to express it all!
Inklings
There is a knowing from within and what we have come to know in the past, will be known to us by glimpses in the present. They are “inklings”; an inner knowing that there is more and a quest to have more understanding and confirmations. It is a drive to expand, to love, to create, to experience true liberty and self expression. It is a desire to draw close to others experiencing the same. The feeling of connectedness is strong and comforting. There is a feeling of relief and profound gratitude.
Belief
What is belief? It is imagination set free to visualize the best for yourself and others. It is an inner direction and affirmation to truth. Truth that resonates in every fiber of your knowing and your being. It is pure and refined, no dross. It is free and unrestricted. It is grateful, living, steady, pure, focused and always looking forward.
