In this video, Emily Fletcher, one of the world’s leading experts in Meditation, walks us through a breathing exercise and a meditation to increase your sexual energy, present moment awareness, and sensual pleasure.

Emily first talks about relationships. She says that relationships exist for two reasons:

  1. To teach us our lessons
  2. To be an outlet for our fulfillment

You’ve likely had lots of successful relationships, even if you’re not with the same person. Not all relationships are meant to last forever. Each new relationship is like entering a new grade in school. After you learn your lessons for that grade, you get to up-level to a new grade, a new relationship, and new lessons. You just keep attracting more and more beautiful people into your life.

Meditation gives us access to this limitless source of bliss, fulfillment, and adaptation energy. When you have the means to fill yourself up (100% fulfilment happening inside of you), then your relationships become an outlet for that fulfillment. That is a beautiful way to go through your relationship.

Stress robs us from our full performance capabilities – not only in work, but also in bedroom.

Meditation helps us get rid of the stress in our nervous system, which allows us to be fully present when we go into any encounter – including sex. Sex, more than anything, requires present moment awareness.

Emily leads us through a breathing exercise that wakes up the sexual energy in your body, and then a meditation that wakes up your five senses for greater sexual enjoyment.
