Many of us are waking up to a world that has a bright and beautiful future.  Learning some new word choices can help your day to day living and support your ascension.

“Ascension is the dramatic, emotional, and spiritual transformation in humans that will cause you to feel, think, and to be different than you were before.”  Maureen J. St. Germain

What is third dimension (3D) and how does it differ from 5D?

The 3D world offers much beauty in nature and in relationships.  We experience it with our five senses and this is satisfying at times and disconcerting at others.    Fifth dimensional (5D) is a physical state, where our thoughts and emotions are of a higher order.  It is a state of being and not an act of doing.  This state of being then affects our doing.  Thus our actions and reactions in the 3D world have a different effect.

Why is the 5th Dimension Important?

The fifth-dimensional experience is essential to the future of humanity. It’s a notion where science merges with philosophy and spirituality. The big wake-up call is that we are deeply connected to our consciousness.  Also, that science, nature, and philosophy are becoming merged into a new way of being— fifth dimensional.  Being in 5D is learning to overcome a conditioned mind that has been trained by religious institutions, family behaviors and education.

Two large effects of ascending to 5D living are these:  Love increases and fear decreases!

Train Your Voice, Your Words for a New Life Experience

Upgrade your vocabulary and expressions.  Using word tools to change your attitude and interaction with others will enhance your daily life.  It’s a choice that will take time and practice, so be patient with yourself.  Use the list below, write it out and use them. See how it makes a difference in your life.

Here is a practice for all of us that are ascending…

As you have a strong desire to live well, choosing the right words takes time and practice. Most of us come from a long history of judgement for ourselves and others.  Again, practice choosing the right words and be patient with yourself.  If you’d like to learn more, I suggest the book: Waking Up in 5D: A Practical Guide to Multidimensional Transformation by Maureen J. St. Germain¹.

Some Words that will Upgrade Your Relational Experiences

3-D Words to Lose

5-D Words to Choose

I won’t, I can’t, I should I choose, I discover, I like
Betrayed I experienced loss, now it’s an opportunity to understand
Right I champion your right to believe that, as long as it pleases you (implied: I claim my right to do the same)
Right vs. wrong I see it as a choice
Wrong This doesn’t please me right now
Like, dislike, hate Decide to like something in the present moment even if it’s a new idea, match/no match
The truth is (whose truth?) What works for me
Good Cool, awesome, stunning, fabulous
Bad timing Not yet, divine timing
Bad experience  Interesting experience
Better Fascinating, interesting, inviting
Why? (narrow) Who did this? How did this happen? When did this happen? I wonder? (open ended) What’s going on? (open ended)
I don’t know It is useful to know, I chose to know, I choose to find out, I can look into that, I believe
Strange Curious, fascinating, interesting, complex, wonderful

My friends, let’s be patient with one another and choose to love.  Develop some great new phrases and thought processes to help you and those around you. Words are powerful and can lead us to a new paradigm.  A bold world that supports many ideas and thoughts.  Love, Julia
