Oils and tinctures

These two forms are basically liquids and oils. They are imparted with CBD and using a dropper they are placed under the tongue. The oral mucosa is full of tiny vessels that absorb the compounds quickly. This variant is better option for those who are not able to take pills and capsules

Creams and lotions

CBD can also be used to overcome the muscle and joint pain, besides it can also be used to treat some skin conditions, like eczema and psoriasis. CBD cream and lotions are the better solution for these type of patients.

Capsules and pills

CBD capsules and pills are used for systemic treatment of seizure disorders and digestive issues. It is good to be mentioned that, there is one drawback of this variant, which is, it takes time to effect on users.


CBD also can be inhaled via vaporization, like e-cigs for CBD. It is mentioned as one of the fastest way to take CBD and effectiveness is also very faster because the compounds are absorbed directly from the lungs into the bloodstream. Though it has some side effects, because it negatively affects the lungs and it can damage the lungs tissue.

How much should a person take?

Before someone starts using any kind of medicine it is better to have recommendation. We prefer generally start with a low dosage and go slow with increasing. There are many variation of dose therefore, it’s important to start with a low dose until you know how your body will response. An extensive range of CBD dosages has been tested in clinical studies. So always try to maintain the doctor’s recommendation and follow their guide while using CBD.
