4 Steps to Transcend the Chaos and Be Peace

I don’t accept everything, neither do I dismiss anything.  I am open. I am pliable. I am strong. I am pure love.

This is the moment to reclaim our humanity!

Are you with me? With the myriad of messages in this day, many are confusing and for good reason.  They have been designed to create havoc, to disturb, disorient and put one in a place of depression, apathy which ultimately means dis-empowerment.

Would you like some excellent tools to transcend this chaos?  The four step process is a model: Aware of the adversary, Claim sovereignty, Be pure love, Embrace your shadow.  The first three are described in detail in a video (location, 42:55) by Magenta Pixie, one of my favorite teachers.

  1. Be aware and understand the adversary, the forces that want to control humanity.  They may be called: Deep State, Illuminati, Cabal, globalists, the elite, the controllers.  Understand the plan, they don’t have your best interest in mind. They seek dominion, not individualization. As you learn and emotions emerge, integrate those feelings.
  2. Claim your sovereignty. When you take this position, you acknowledge no one can have control over you.  Make the claim as a statement of fact, not in hatred revenge or retribution.  Do this energetically.
  3. Unity Consciousness. Be and live pure love. This is not a mental state, but a higher state of consciousness.  We are all One!  Individuals play a part in the polarity. When those you love don’t see/believe what you see or vice versa, view the emotions that arise from a unity conscious position. Think to yourself, I could very well have this same opinion. This is living life on a higher dimension. Love is found through forgiveness and gratitude.
  4. Embrace your shadow. This is the side of yourself that teaches you through heartache, disappointment, fractures, disruptions.  It is reachable through relationships.  Thus, it is not easy to recognize your shadow when no one is around to shine some light. Take comfort, we all have a shadow self.  Often seen as negative qualities or attitudes, it really is our best teacher.  Let go of the stories you have been told and walk through the valley of your own shadow.  Pain will last as long as you desire.  Learn to integrate your shadow! Julie Hoyle published a book in July 2020 that can help integrate your shadow self. Julie's exercise, “Invite the Darkness to Dinner”, is brilliant!

Sage words: You Are Not Powerless. You as a human being are powerful, with a heart that knows all things, beyond the intellect. Get to know your heart and let your shadow teach you. Also, know your enemy and recognize it most likely is NOT a family member, friend or neighbor.  When something triggers and emotions escalate, step back rather than react. Take time to discern the greater truth of these triggers.

As you follow these steps, be peaceful and spread kindness. You can show ruth!  (Ruth is the root of the well-known word, ruthless.  Ruth, noun: pity or compassion; sorrow or grief; self-reproach; contrition; remorse.)
