In today’s society, sadly many of us are unaware of the magnificent details of this connection and are most certainly not taught about it in school or from our parents. But some of us, those we call Emotional or Intuitive Empaths, are born with such capabilities that they without effort absorb and pick up on the energies, thoughts and feelings of those around them.

In letting go on my need for judgment, I created a space for acceptance that wasn’t there before. And with that came the ability to not feel the fear that exists with not knowing how things will turn out, but still being able to face the day and do the things you need to do with your head up, regardless of the fear you’re feeling. It’s not the repression or denial of fear, but the using of it as a tool for learning and growth. When we can accept was IS, we allow what will be…

When we choose to be brave enough about how we treat ourselves, it allows us a wider perspective on where we are in our lives in relation to any goals we’ve set forth for ourselves, which could ultimately help us get there a lot faster and more effectively. This leads us to collaboration…with ourselves, with others in your industry, etc.

By nature, humans are selfish creatures whether we know it or not or whether we express it or not and no that’s not a bad thing at all. I’m not talking about the greedy, uncaring, rude type of selfish that comes from acting out of fear-driven emotions. I’m talking about the type of selfishness that is required for you to take care of yourself first and foremost; knowing full well that if you do not, you are not very much use to anyone else because we really cannot serve from an empty cup. The thing with this is, that even though I truly feel we are naturally and innately drawn to do this, we are otherwise taught that selfishness itself just falls into one category of “wrong” or “don’t do it”. When, just like everything, your intention behind it is key.

A key element in enjoying the act of giving is honoring yourself and having the courage to say no to those requests you do not feel connected to in your heart; that you know are not meant for you. Once I began to respect myself and my time, I also started attracting people of a higher caliper, vibration, integrity. And this has always been proof to me that the Universe speaks in resonance…

It is so vital to learning about the Ego and its tricks and how to actually use it to benefit you. If left to its own devices the Ego will convince you that all you know is all you need to know and you must hang on with a Kung Fu grip or else! It does not want you growing, expanding, nor especially changing in a positive way because that means it is threatened. But if we can learn to shift the dynamic with our Egos and learn to work the paradox of having to let go of things to keep them stable and balanced in our life, then the Ego can do amazing things for us.

Fear only has as much power over us as we allow it to. And all fears are dispelled in the same exact way, no matter what they are about and no matter how large or how small. All fears, dissipate when we face them. And that’s not to say that it actually goes away entirely, but when we face the fear it’s POWER over us ceases to exist and therefore the control it had over our lives is no longer.
