Bodybuilding is mainly focused on getting the physique that looks attractive.   • Water Consumption: In winter, we generally drink less water than summer that may be one of the reasons to put on weights. It’s a plus point for you if you start doing lean mass gain in summer. Automatically, you start drinking water more than usual. Consuming more water helps you to enjoy a wide range of health benefits, fat cutting is one of them. It would be more effective if you take them in lukewarm water.
