The Truth that Will Liberate You
Recognize, realize, remember who you really are: an intelligent capable human being. One with a discerning intellect and more importantly a heart. When one develops the heart, then truth and higher living beyond the ordinary exists. This is where joy, peace and compassion are experienced.
Then the body and mind are in sync. This is the great human experience. Our birthright and what sages, gurus and Jesus taught and lived.

How Does One Find This?
With heartfelt intention. There are many teachers, yet the truth and the way to it are within you. Mindfulness and meditation became popular because it allowed one to reconnect with the essence of Self. This Self is a high form of one’s soul. It is different than the ego, for it is pure consciousness. In these current days all systems are “go” to connect and benefit by your higher Self. The way has been paved to experience the real You. The path is no longer dirt, rutted nor difficult. Mediations offered by Jeddah Mali are a great place to begin.
What is the Disconnect? Why Don’t I know and Experience this Now?
It’s a simple word with a long reaching impact: conditioning.
Religion, education, family all played a part in how you function and process reality. Some good, some not so good. Any teaching that resulted in a diminished belief system, did not teach truth. Teachings such as, you are: needy, limited, sinful, lowly, etc. The truth is that you were born whole and complete, period.
The Power of Words
Words should empower one, not minimize or keep one inferior. Words should build up and allow one to walk in confidence, not in fear. Knowledge is empowering. Our minds seek what our hearts can teach. Our mind knows some things and this is through eduction. However our hearts know all things and this is by the innate, intuitive nature given to each of us as a living, eternal soul. Does this resonate? It is the crux of the matter.
When we accept and acknowledge this truth, then we will achieve true freedom.
What Do We Really Seek?
Isn’t it the liberation of our mind? Isn’t it the mind that keeps us trapped and not able to reach our full potential? Once we truly grasp the concept that we are not separate from the Creator, we can understand how our mind even affects our biology. Our bodies will be at ease instead of diseased.
Original Words from A Model Prayer
Jesus was asked, “Lord, teach us to pray.” Jesus answered with the words we know as the Lord’s Prayer. Many of us know it by heart. But learning the translation from Jesus’ original language of Aramaic adds to the knowledge that we are not separate, but One. We serve along with, not serve. This can be a huge revelation if you choose. Below is one possible new translation by Neil Douglas-Klotz. Aramaic is a very rich language in meaning and intent.
O Birther! Father-Mother of the Cosmos, Focus your light within us—make it useful:
Create your reign of unity now- Your one desire then acts with ours, as in all light, so in all forms.
Grant what we need each day in bread and insight.
Loose the cords of mistakes binding us, as we release the strands we hold of others’ guilt.
Don’t let surface things delude us,
But free us from what holds us back.¹
Wise Words that Empower
If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you.
If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.

Many of us experience this salvation, “what you bring forth”. Yet for some, “what is within you” lies dormant and powerless. How it “destroys you” is by not being fully connected with your heart and the true knowledge of who you are. This is my simple understanding. We are powerful human beings, not separate from our Creator/Source, but fully connected. Remember, we experience the disconnect by conditioning. Heart knowledge is our teacher. We all have this knowledge and access to it.
Be at peace my friends, for the truth really will set you free. I live this truth everyday and wish the same for you.
