Have you ever thought about becoming self-employed? People believe that it is safer to work for a company rather than on your own. However, a company can lay you off any day. When you have your OWN clients, you can be sure that you will always have a job.

Starting is always scary since you don’t know what to expect. Here's how your future will look like if you decide to become a self-employed massage therapist:

First of all, your time will fully belong to you. Dealing with clients directly is so much easier. You will be able to create the schedule on your own and stop missing out social events.

Secondly, you will be able to earn more. For example, you can become a mobile massage therapist and ask for more than people usually pay in the massage studio. Having time and money will allow you to enroll in massage therapy courses in order to improve your qualifications.

Some people spend two hours a day to get to work but you can be the one who chooses where to work. You can invite clients to your house or go to them. You can also become a sports massage therapist and travel with a sports team wherever they go.

And last but not least, you will have no boss! You will be able to work and talk to your clients the way you want. More than that, you will have the possibility to work only with people you like.

Below are some of the benefits of becoming a self-employed massage therapist.
