Acknowledging Ourselves as Our Own Sacred Source

I’d like to start out by saying that I absolutely love people and I adore relationships of all kinds…romantic, friendship, family, work, etc. But that doesn’t mean that it’s always easy relating to other people, am I right? I’ve come to learn, though that even the feisty, difficult, “Oh my freaking God I wanna rip my hair out” kind of relationships hold something dear to be cherished. The lessons we learn from our most trying times provided by our relationships, are what stretch and bend us, set our healthy limits and personal boundaries and no, that’s not a bad thing at all.

When we are being authentic in our personal boundaries, we treat ourselves in such a way that sets the standard for the rest of the world as well. So, there’s simply no room for “Joe Schmoe” to come prancing into your life treating you like a pail of garbage, because you simply don’t allow it into your field of existence. It’s saying something is better or worse than, it’s merely a recognition of a certain desired frequency, and they simply do not match up.

And this leads us to expectations which I’ve written about before and gotten a lot of great feedback for, so I’d like to give it another go, but with a twist. This time, let’s focus more on what we expect from OURSELVES rather than those around us.

In a previous article, What To Expect From You Everyday Expectations, I went into all of the various ways that we put our energy out across the realms of existence that we might not even be aware of. First off, you need to know that there are multiple realms and while interconnected they all “move” and “act” on their own accord; with their own style and uniqueness.

The different realms are physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and etheric and I highly suggest reading that article before continuing on, but even without knowledge of the realms, I bet you’ll find a useful tip or two in the words beyond…

Most often our relationship is bouts of giving and take and usually roles are clearly defined. But if those roles are ever challenged by one party or if something tremendous shifts, etc. then relationships as a whole can be entirely redefined or sadly even end at a whim’s notice. But alas, every relationship serves its purpose, and even those we expect to last until our dying days often fizzle and fade, and in the end, it’s really up to each individual to determine the final destination of where that relationship status lands in their heart once the usual connection is broken.

If two conscious individuals unite in a relationship, chances are much better than if and when the union ends, the departure will not be quite as dramatic as the typical relationship, because with awareness comes an understanding always of a purpose higher than ourselves and our emotional responses to any given moment in time. It also comes with the understanding of desires, motivations, the Ego, the self with a little s .vs a big S, etc., and if you’re lucky a knowing that each person is THEIR OWN SOURCE! Therefore just as the union came together in love, so can each person allow such a respectful and honest, unattached letting goes if and when the time comes to do so.

Sadly, so many relationships begin in a dazed and confused stupor of puppy love infatuation of what we want people to be. We refuse to foresee the flaws we know will eventually show themselves and temporarily convince ourselves these people are unwavering perfection, and we delight in the fact they think the same of us! Oh, what a high! 🙂 But when we instead really see people from the get-go for what they are and not what we want them to be nor what we can tell they’re trying to be, we will understand better that everyone is a mere traveler here, that everyone is still learning and growing and that while technically we all are perfect because we are of Divine Creation, we are here to experience the illusion of imperfection, so that we can expand in third-dimensional reality and live as conscious creators ourselves. So, it’s wise when falling in love to simply not fall with blinders on.

For most of us, though in the dust-storm high of new love, we start to dump our expectations on this new person to fulfill desires and wants in our lives, and if they do we stay the path, but if and when they don’t, especially if they were at first, then we twist our version of who we thought we knew and loved and withdraw, don’t we? And the games begin…

How about we try something new? How about we stop using one another as our source of happiness and realize it’s always been US?

If we teach our children to go within for strength, courage, and ultimately to love themselves enough to trust their instincts, to set healthy boundaries, etc. then perhaps we can raise the next generation to not look to MTV to see what is acceptable to wear or how they should talk. How about we instead raise independent, beautiful, kind-hearted kids that not only love themselves but love each other and bring this into adulthood? Then we will be granted a new generation that knows to go within to find their confidence; to BE their own Source. Remember, they don’t call it SELF-worth for nothing!

That sounds like a great plan right there, humanity…let’s get on it! 🙂 So. Much. Love. <3

Five Powerful Allies for Love, Compassion and Healing

Everything boils down to quality of life.

Life is for living and we can do many things to aid in making our life pleasing.

This can happen in simple moments as enjoying a beautiful sunrise or sunset, rain drops hitting a leaf, the movement of water over rocks or up onto a shore, trees swaying in the wind, a meal spent with family or friends with candlelight and good conversation. A myriad of ways exist for our enjoyment.

Within us, we have all we need. Sometimes though it’s nice to have an ally, a confident, a kindred spirit or one that just knows us and can connect on a higher level.

These allies don’t have to be humans, they can come in many forms. One such form is what some call inanimate, a rock or crystal that was formed so long ago. It may seem that change nor consciousness is apparent. Yet they are conscious! Very different than us, our physical life span is short in comparison and is always changing or being changed.

Would you like more compassion, unconditional love, forgiveness, generosity and healing in your life?

We help others by being the best version of ourself as possible.  So grab a stone or look at pictures of ones and “love up” on yourself.

As we connect with a clean crystal (one discharged of negative energy) we aid not only ourselves but each other. Our consciousness attunes to the crystal and vice versa. It’s a subtle concept, yet enormous in character and potential. Our subtle nature supersedes words. It is this subtlety that heals, completes and shows our wholeness within ourself as well our union with all that is.

Many of the green crystals resonate with the fourth energy system in the body, the heart, which is the seat of emotion and intuition. Let’s focus on a few today. (You will notice I use rock and crystal interchangeably, they are one in the same.)

Mediate with them, carry them, place them, wear them; for they are endowed with consciousness. Cleanse them with the sun, moon, salt or a powerful cleansing stone. Just like we need baths, so do they. They can absorb negative energy, so it is important to discharge them every so often, dependent upon use.

My rocks, top and clockwise:

Raw Emerald, tumbled Aventurine, Raw Amazonite, Raw Calcite, Raw Unakite, Raw Aventurine, Unakite heart (tumbled by Lake Superior)

The middle stone, the heart shaped Unakite, I picked up in Ontario on the shoreline of Lake Superior. The rainbow rock beach I walked on many times is one of the reasons I began studying crystals. The raw unakite I found on my neighborhood gravel road. Unakite was named after the nearby Unaka Mountains. The rest of the crystals I discovered as I mined with my grandchildren in nearby Thermal City Goldmine.

Here is the short list of how these beautiful stones can be your ally.

Emerald

  1. “Of all gemstones, Emerald is the purest crystalline emanation of the Green Ray, color of the heart chakra. This chakra is at the center of our physical selves and it is our center on many other levels as well. It is the wellspring of the emotions, especially love and compassion.” Robert Simmons
  2. A stone of courage, aiding you to move forward.
  3. Helps one to develop a sense of beauty, harmony and justice.
  4. Offers clarity, wakefulness and a broad vision
  5. Strengthens the heart, heals inflammation and strengthens the immune system (to name a few).

Aventurine

  1. One of the best stones to stabilize and open the heart.
  2. Calms the emotions, encourages a positive outlook, relieves anxiety and fear
  3. Assists one in embracing challenging issues. Take things in stride when dealing with heavy issues, can help with humor or a feeling of lightness when in those challenging times.
  4. Supports the heart and stimulates life giving energy throughout the body.
  5. Naisha Ahsian’s  aventurine affirmation: I move forward with optimism, confidence and renewed vitality.

Amazonite

  1. Powerful heart stone helping to release toxic emotions and is an anti-anxiety meditation crystal.
  2. Brings joy, clarity and an understanding of universal love
  3. Assists in communicating higher truths and higher knowledge
  4. Awakens compassion
  5. Physically helpful in cell regeneration and healing after injury. Excellent for gout, arthritis and thyroid imbalances.

Green Calcite

  1. Clears the heart chakra of stress and other types of low energy debris.
  2. Aids in helping one’s sense of purpose and possibility.
  3. Brings in fresh energy to a room, especially helpful for those affected with seasonal disorders or depression. Can help release buried emotions.
  4. Allows one to desire forgiveness to self and others
  5. Assists with the elimination organs. Helpful for the absorption of calcium as well as dissolves calcification that builds up on broken bones and joints.

Unakite

  1.  Resonates with the frequency of love, compassion and kindness.
  2.  Helps you be in the present moment, let go of painful memories or addictive behaviors
  3. Super charges your spirituality.
  4. Comprised of red Jasper, pink Fledspar and green Epidote; it is solidly bound together and symbolizes growing together. Think of universal harmony.
  5. Physically supports healthy tissues: especially heart, lungs and connective tissues.

This Valentines Day, Be Love

Cynthia Sue Larson

What if we are getting a chance to be in love with everyone and everything around us? What if we are being invited to ‘level up’ to communicating unconditional love?

“Wherever you are,
and whatever you do,
be in love.”
–Rumi

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved Valentines Day. Mostly, I loved the idea of a day to celebrate love—not just romantic love, but feelings of connection and caring that we can have for everyone in our lives. When I was in grade school, I loved the idea of giving Valentine cards to all the students in my class—since I felt this was a wonderful opportunity for each person to feel loved and appreciated. This holiday seemed very special to me, since it Valentine givers had such a rare opportunity to show love and appreciation that was socially condoned and encouraged. We usually got Valentines Day cupcakes and treats, but for me the high point of the day was receiving Valentine cards from all the students. Every Valentines Day, my teacher would ask all of the students in my class to bring Valentine cards to deliver to every student in the class, and gave us time to deliver our Valentines to each student’s Valentine envelope in their mail slot. Most of us handed out tiny little Valentine cards, that our parents purchased for us that typically featured cartoon images, and playful quips and puns. There was not room to write much more on these tiny cards than our names, and sometimes young students forgot to do that important step, leaving recipients wondering who that card came from.

Snoopy Valentine

While it might seem uneventful or not tremendously meaningful to receive a card from each and every student, I remember feeling a sense of wonder and even surprise to see Valentine cards in my envelope from some children I was too shy to talk with, or who I didn’t know very well. This simple exercise invigorated me every year, even long after I knew I’d likely be feeling surprised (again!) to receive Valentine cards from everyone in my class. I loved receiving so many colorful Valentines, and felt in those moments better than if I’d won a prize or contest. Experiencing such loving connection with all the students in the class felt wonderful, and I treasured those moments as some of the very best.

According to some historical records, by the middle of the 18th century, it was common for friends and lovers to exchange small tokens of affection. Valentines can be sent to everyone, and this holiday provides us with a lovely occasion to be kind and loving in all our relationships. I hope and wish that maybe at some point, everyone in the world—including adults—would feel inspired to share words, thoughts, and emotions of kindness with everyone else. This would be quite an auspicious moment. It would feel ‘almost like being in love,’ to quote lyrics from the song by that same name in the movie, Brigadoon. And of course we’ll want to ask—and experience the answer to—how good can it get when we are in love? By asking this question, we might be blessed to discover what this can feel like, being experienced by people all around the world:

Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves,
the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God
the energies of love,
and then, for a second time in the history of the world,
man will have discovered fire.
—Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

What if everything happening in the world right now is giving us a chance to be in love with ourselves and everyone and everything around us? What if we are being invited in these somewhat chaotic, challenging times to ‘level up’ to better expressing and communicating pure, unconditional love? How good can it get when we learn to share our dreams, without fear? How good can it get when we learn to be courageously vulnerable emotionally? Humanity now has opportunities to share love, compassion, kindness and respect with everyone—even those we don’t see eye-to-eye with.

6 Questions to Help You Love Yourself More When It Feels Impossible

By Vironika Tugaleva | Tiny Buddha

“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” ~Buddha

In 2012, self-love became the most important thing in my life. After self-loathing and addiction led me to rock bottom, there was nowhere to go but up. When someone asked me last year how long I’d been on the self-love journey, I counted back from 2012. That’s when I thought it began.

In my old journals, however, I recently found something strange and incredible—my self-love journey started long before I thought it had. Years prior to hitting rock bottom, I’d been having the same epiphanies: I need to love myself, I need to stop trying to get other people to love me, I need to be kinder to myself.

Yet those epiphanies wouldn’t last. In fact, I habitually forgot about them as I returned to my “normal” back then—anxiety, depression, self-judgment, social anxiety, and a host of addictive behaviors that helped me escape these uncomfortable states.

Strangely enough, when my suffering was at its worst, few people could have said that self-love was the problem. I had an outward facade of ironclad self-confidence. Most people thought I loved myself too much.

Yet my journals tell another story. It is a story of not only silent suffering but also accidentally ignoring all my attempts to heal that suffering. Even though I was chronically self-sabotaging, I was also trying to help myself along the way.

In a Facebook comment to one of my other posts on Tiny Buddha, someone wrote, “A lot of truth in this, but I’m so tired of the thing about loving yourself. Nobody has ever written about how this happens when you don’t feel that way. It sounds so simplistic—just love yourself first. Great, still no answers!!”

Related Article: 11 Life-Changing Rules of Success (from the “Why” Guy, Simon Sinek)

It might be ironic to give an even more simplistic answer to this, such as “Find the answers within you.” But I think it’s important to note that there is a difference between simplicity and ease. The most important lessons in life really are simple—love yourself, find your own answers, know yourself. Yet implementing these lessons is a lifetime job full of tears, fears, and uncertainty.

The truth is—the answers are within you, just like they were within me. It’s just a matter of discovering them and implementing them consistently.

Your answers are within your experience. But they aren’t filed into neat folders. They’re scattered in every moment between alarm clocks, worries, and errands. They’re also not labelled by which questions they answer. You might get a bad feeling about something and that could be self-love, but it could also be fear.

So, instead of answers, I’d like to provide some questions. Your relationship with yourself is unique and your answers will be unique. And the answers will keep changing. You can ask these questions every day, and that wouldn’t be too much.

1. How can I better understand this experience?

One sentence that I found frequently written in my old journals was, “Why does this always happen to me?” I said this about periods of depression as much as relationship patterns.

When I asked this question, I wasn’t looking for an answer. My biggest mental health breakthrough was learning to genuinely ask that question. No, really, why do I always end up alone when I most need people? Why do I sometimes experience overwhelming periods of depression? Thus, I started to learn important things about myself.

I learned that I had a tendency to never take breaks, strive for perfection, and burn myself into the ground. I also learned that I had a way of pushing people away to “test” if they’d stick around. Seeing these patterns was painful, but much less painful than believing I was broken, unworthy, and doomed to being alone.

When you’re in the middle of criticizing or judging yourself, take a moment to shift your focus toward understanding.

Instead of trying to fix your emotions or your reactions, how can you understand them better? What are your feelings trying to communicate to you? How can you acknowledge these messages?

Instead of beating yourself up for saying or doing something, how can you get a more holistic perspective on your motivations for saying/doing this thing?

When you make a conscious decision to be more curious about your experience, you will naturally stop resisting, judging, and criticizing it. The more you embrace each moment, the more you will be able to embrace yourself.

2. Who am I beyond my behaviors, thoughts, and emotions?

To be able to embrace the ups and downs of life without losing self-love, you must love yourself beyond those ups and downs. This is the difference between self-approval and self-love.

Approval comes and goes. When you make a mistake, you might disapprove of yourself. This is healthy and normal. If you didn’t experience lulls in self-esteem, you might never learn from your mistakes and end up hurting others.

Self-love, on the other hand, is something you need in each moment—especially when your self-esteem is low.

When you don’t approve of your behaviors, ask yourself who you are beyond those behaviors. How can you accept yourself beyond the rollercoaster of day-to-day experience, so that no matter what those experiences are, you continue to think of yourself as worthy of existing?

3. What do I need right now?

Each day, ask yourself what you need. Like this, you can begin to nourish yourself. You can also begin to understand some of the side effects that you experience when you don’t meet your needs. Once you feed your hunger, you’ll better understand your symptoms of starvation. This can lead to profound self-forgiveness.

Especially when you are trying to break bad habits, you can ask which needs you’re trying to meet with those habits.

Every single self-harming action, even if it hurts you deeply, also serves you in some way. Maybe your unhealthy habits make you feel comfort, control, or even help you gain attention. The need behind each behavior is always valid, but some behaviors are more sustainable and healthy than others. By acknowledging your deeper needs, you can make a plan to consciously meet them in a healthier way.

One thing I’ve discovered that I need is movement. I have so much energy in my body from day to day. I didn’t realize this for a long time because I expended that energy on chronic anxiety.

When I realized that I could use my energy to be physically active, my life changed. My anxiety levels plummeted. I formulated a completely different relationship with my body. I also got a new perspective on my long struggle with eating disorders, smoking, and addiction.

I had a basic need to control my body, to influence my physical state. I still have that need. The only difference is that, now, I’m making conscious choices about how I’m going to meet it.

4. How can I give myself what I need?

Once you discover what your needs are, you can begin to anticipate them and fulfill them.

Simply to acknowledge your desires is half the work (especially if they are different from those of the people around you).

The other half of the work is asking yourself, every day, how you can meet your needs. The key is to foresee your hunger and feed it before you feel starved. This way, you can avoid relapsing into those desperate self-destructive habits.

So Happy It Hurts: Why The Greatest Growth Is Often So Painful

quoteWe tend to find it easier to smile when things seem to be “going right” in our lives. We may have found the prefect mate, landed our dream job, have a supportive and loving family, and find that overall things are pretty smooth sailing. But what about when that perfect mate cheats? Or we get fired? Or that loving family rejects something about you dear to your heart? What does that do to us on a soul level and why is our reaction to it vital in the level of growth we take from it?

Believe it or not, we are not mere victims of circumstance. Yes, environmental factors play a huge role in our overall development, and how we are treated and what we are taught about ourselves and the world around us as children is pretty much what we take into adulthood. However, it doesn’t have to stay that way. We are always free to choose our next step, our next reaction and our next goal.

So, how do we react when life gives us a swift kick where the sun doesn’t shine? Do we get pissed off and curse the Universe or God? Do we take it out on those around us whose lives still seem to be going pretty well? Do we go into hermit mode and recluse ourselves into a month long pity party? Or do we step back and try to see if there’s anything to learn from the situation…anything good that could come of it…any reason the Universe may have “made it all go to shit” perhaps to make way for something even BETTER!?

“Life’s challenges are not supposed to paralyze you; they’re supposed to help you discover who you are.” – Bernice Johnson Reagon

I’ve come to learn that life really is a matter of personal perspective. You can live 90 years with each day incredible and purpose-driven; full of creative ambition. Or you can live the same day over and over for 90 years. It’s really up to you, no matter where you come from, who your parents were, what gender or race you are, or nationality you are born under. Yes, these factors have their own undeniable struggles, but those too are calling to be looked at in an entirely new way. When one sees “short-comings” not as obstacles, but as catalysts for motivation, the world opens up with new possibilities.

If the greatest leaders, peace-makers, speakers, loving-hearts of our time had let themselves be mere victims of circumstance, imagine how the world might feel a little less full without their voices ever being heard; without their presence being known to the world; without the differences they made, ever being made at all. My point is we ALL have that ability within us, to do such incredibly wonderful, great things. The only difference between “us” and “them” is how we choose to see ourselves against the rest of the world.

And with great vision, often comes great growth which can bring one to endure great pain. Why so? Well consider the caterpillar’s journey through metamorphosis. If its vision only stretched as far as becoming the best caterpillar it could be, it would be denying itself of its true purpose, which is to become the spectacular butterfly. The caterpillar must be open to the belief that he is so much more than what he can physically see now and that in time he will naturally grow into his magnificence. He doesn’t need to plan for it, or hope for it, or wish it. But he will go through a complete and utter destruction of his current self and what he knows himself to be in this moment as a caterpillar. And that can be terrifying and is guaranteed to be quite painful.

“How does one become a butterfly? They have to want to learn to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.” – Trina Paulus

And as humans grow, whether intellectually, mentally, spiritually or all of the above, we are not that different from the caterpillar. We often get torn apart, hearts melted, broken and beaten down into an unrecognizable pulp, but in the end we endure as a stronger, wiser version of our former selves. We have become the proverbial butterfly. Only as humans, we get to do this continually throughout our lives as we go through our life lessons and experience what we would perceive as those “painful” times in our lives. Those times that we look back on and whose memory can still make us cry, bring forth anger or sadness, or even guilt and regret.

These experiences stretch us, and can hurt in terrible ways, but if we look at the pain as a measure of strength, we often realize that we are so much more capable of handling life’s trials than we ever imagined. And with this comes an unexpected respect for the pain as you begin to realize that without it, you would not be the person you are today, for it is the pain that pushed you to face your greatness and to pursue your perpetual purpose. It is in the pain that we find appreciation for the little things we take for granted every day. And we are gifted the knowing that without a bit of struggle, we’d never learn how to fully break free of the self-defeating limitations placed upon us by society. Pain challenges us, and it can be our greatest motivator for change; a catalyst for new beginnings and for me personally, perhaps the greatest mentor I’ve ever had.

Canada’s Freedom Convoy Is A Worldwide Political Tsunami

Video Source: RonPaulLibertyReport

Millions of Canadians, led by working-class truckers, have put their foot down on the political class that has kept them hostage for the past two years. The media hacks scream “extremism” but the movement is going worldwide. Also today – Fauci says three jabs for your kids; Malone disagrees – who do you trust? And UK health workers see the end of the vax mandate. Watch today’s Liberty Report (above)

We Are All Canadian Truckers Now! by Ron Paul

Jan 31 – We all remember where we were when the Berlin Wall came down. While it may have seemed that communist rule would go on forever, when the people decided that they had enough suddenly the wall fell. Just like that.

Thus it is after two years of Covid authoritarianism that in Canada the largest truck convoy in history has smashed through the Berlin Wall of tyranny. I have watched as the Canada I once respected as a haven for antiwar Americans in the 1960s turned into one of the most repressive countries on earth. I wondered how a freedom-loving people could allow themselves to be abused by these mini-Stalins without a peep.

But then Canada stood up and showed the rest of the world that freedom can triumph over tyranny if the people demand it. As I say, no army can stop an idea whose time has come.

Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau had been basking in his ability to terrorize the population in the name of fighting a virus. He was so confident in his seemingly unlimited power that he felt he could ridicule any Canadian with different views. The prime minister said in a recent interview that unvaccinated Canadians were “extremists,” “misogynists,” and “racists.”

When the Canadian truckers stood up to his tyranny and began their historic convoy to Ottawa, he thought he could continue ridiculing people. The truckers and their supporters were just a “small fringe minority” who hold “unacceptable views,” he confidently claimed. For Trudeau, love of liberty is just an “unacceptable view.”

Less than a week later, as tens of thousands of trucks began entering the capital with millions of supporters behind them, the “brave” Canadian prime minister had fled the city and shuffled off to an undisclosed location.

As Elon Musk Tweeted, “It would appear that the so-called ‘fringe minority’ is actually the government.”

The Canadian mainstream media is obviously just as obedient to the regime as ours. They ignored the Freedom Convoy for as long as possible. There was almost no reporting. Then, when it became impossible to ignore, they began to attack and ridicule instead of trying to report it accurately. It was disgusting and almost comical to see a “reporter” from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation suggest that the Canadian Freedom Convoy was cooked up by Putin and the Russians!

Thousands of trucks have arrived in Ottawa. They demand an end to covid tyranny. They are backed by millions of citizens, who braved the Canadian winter at night to cheer the truckers on.

This protest is so important because it’s not limited to Canada. The truckers are being supported worldwide, and a similar convoy is being planned from California to Washington, DC. In a US where grocery store shelves are increasingly bare, the truckers have more leverage than the powers-that-be would like to admit.

If I were prime minister of totalitarian Australia or New Zealand – or most anywhere in Europe – I would be getting pretty nervous right now. Just as the Covid tyranny descended across the globe in a seemingly coordinated fashion, now that the Berlin Wall of the tyrants has been breached, it’s just a matter of time before the shockwaves are felt far and wide.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the Canadian truck drivers. Let’s all do whatever we can to help the freedom movement continue to gather steam!

Dr. Roger Hodgkinson: “We are going to fight this to the end whatever it takes–this is an International Movement”

Dr. Roger Hodgkinson who has been very vocal in altstream media warning parents not to vaccinate their children and teens with the COVID gene-modification and heart-attack-inducing injections, has recorded a message to the truckers and to Canada’s failed government figureheads, including a poem from Dr. Francis Christian marking the historic nature of this world moment:

“This is a moment in history. This is a moment when we need to retake our freedoms, that we’ve unfortunately taken for granted for far too long. It’s the future of society, it’s the future for our children.

“And if we don’t put our standard in the ground now, and object vigorously, then I think we’re at a turning point in history here of how politics and how governments rule over us.

“It’s an enormous opportunity. The tables have turned–we have an opportunity here to change the way politics is done. The time is ripe for major pushback. For a major Reset, in our favor this time–so the Great Reset is your story, be careful of what you wish for, for now the tables are turned. We know what you are up to, and we’re gonna retake control ourselves. So you better head for the hills–for we’re comin’ for you. Sorry guys, the gig’s up–We are the people, you are our servants, and we will now start dictating terms to you.

“We want to get back to living, to actually enjoying life, to go out to restaurants, to hug our grandchildren, to travel wherever we want…make the most of every living second, enjoy it to the full, but we can’t do that with government restricting us on X Y and Z-No. No.

“We are going to Ottawa, our Prime Minister of course is hiding under his bed (with his little peapods). These truckers are going to put a cordon around Ottawa–and they’re not going anywhere, they are going to be there until there’s capitulation. This is an international movement — It has gained such incredible momentum over such a short period of time.

“From an idea just a few weeks ago, they’ve had about 7 million dollars in the bank, it’s a convoy that measures 75 km long, 1000s of trucks, this is an unstoppable – an unstoppable demonstration, we are going to fight this to the end whatever it takes. This is the moment for us to turn this around. The Great Resetters are going to get gobsmacked!” — Dr. Roger Hodgkinson

11,000-Truck, 93-Mile-Long ‘Freedom Convoy’ Protests Canada’s Vaccine Mandate, as Government Digs in Heels

As the “Freedom Convoy” of truckers protesting Canada’s vaccine mandates rolled through southeast Alberta, Canadian government officials reiterated support for the policy that requires Canadian and U.S. truckers to show proof of vaccination in order to cross the border.

By David Charbonneau, Ph.D.

As the “Freedom Convoy” of truckers protesting Canada’s vaccine mandates rolled through southeast Alberta, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Monday slammed conservative politicians, accusing them of fear-mongering.

“I regret that the Conservative Party and conservative politicians are fear-mongering to Canadians about the supply chain, but the reality is that vaccination is how we’re going to get through this,” Trudeau told reporters who asked if the mandate policy could disrupt supply chains.

The 11,000-truck, 93-mile long convoy is traveling from the country’s westernmost province, British Columbia, toward Ottawa, the country’s capital, where they will hold a demonstration on Jan. 29. The truckers said they will not leave until the mandates are lifted.

The Toronto Star reported the convoy drew “large crowds of supporters from across the region, many holding signs and waving flags.”

As of Jan. 15, the Canadian government required all truck drivers entering Canada from the U.S., regardless of citizenship, to be fully vaccinated against COVID. Any driver who cannot show proof of vaccination will be denied entry and placed in quarantine for two weeks.

The U.S. government implemented the same policy last week on the American side of the border.

“We’re going to end mandates,” convoy co-organizer Chris Barber said.

“It’s not about anti-vaccination — that’s everybody’s personal choice — this is about the mandates,” said Barber.

He added:

“The straw that broke the camel’s back was the U.S.A. border for commercial drivers, and you have to show the COVID passport — a lot of guys are going to lose their jobs over that.”

Barber, a truck driver of 28 years, said he himself is vaccinated, but he wants to support fellow drivers who are not.

“This (COVID-19 vaccination) passport has gone too far,” said Barber. “If we can’t get across the border freely, and we’re being forced to [be vaccinated] by the federal government, we can take a stand or we can’t.”

The Canadian Trucking Alliance and the American Trucking Associations said up to 26,000 of the 160,000 drivers who make regular trips across the Canada-U.S. border are likely to be sidelined by the vaccine mandate.

During a press conference Monday, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe called the mandate “unnecessary” since many truckers are vaccinated and rapid tests are widely available in Canada.

“It’s an unnecessary policy and it’s one that’s going to have, unfortunately, potentially some significant impacts on us accessing essential services, including food that we need in our communities,” said Moe.

A number of Conservative Party politicians joined Moe Monday in expressing concern about the economic impact of the mandate. Parliament member Melissa Lantsman, the party’s transport critic, urged supporters to sign a petition opposing new vaccine requirements.

Lantsman claimed the policy would result in the loss of thousands of jobs and “empty shelves in Canadian retail sectors.”

Neither Trudeau nor his ministers have yet presented a plan to deal with potential supply line disruptions, but Tuesday the government and industry allies made clear they weren’t backing down on the mandate.

In a joint statement, Transport Minister Omar Alghabra, Labour Minister Seamus O’Regan, Employment Minister Carla Qualtrough and Stephen Laskowski, president of the Canadian Trucking Alliance (CTA), said COVID vaccines are the “most effective tool to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and protect public health.”

In an interview with CBC’s Power & Politics, Alghabra said the government is not interested in alternatives like rapid testing for unvaccinated truckers.

He said truckers and the wider industry have had months to prepare for the new regulations and drivers must now get the shot or stop driving over the border.

Industries already affected by a chronic shortage of truckers worry about the economic impact of more driver shortages under the new mandate.

Joel Neuheimer, vice president of the Forest Products Association of Canada, told the Financial Post’s Larysa Harapyn that the trucker vaccine mandate is hurting the fragile lumber supply chain, as prices per 1,000 board feet have topped more than $1,200 from a pre-pandemic average of $300.

“The mandate on Canadian border trips is hurting when our supply chains are extremely fragile,” said Neuheimer.

“We are basically in the Bill Murray classic Groundhog Day,” he added, “where we are continuing to see” the same price cycles and transportation issues repeatedly.

Meanwhile, support along the route seems to be growing with thousands of Canadians gathering on snowy overpasses to cheer on the convoy whose trucks extend an estimated 90 miles past the fog-shrouded horizon.

To date, the GoFundMe page supporting the Freedom Convoy has raised more than $6.1 million to support the fuel needs of the drivers and, potentially, food and lodging.

The GoFundMe page states that all funds go directly to providers of these services for the truckers. However, on Wednesday, GoFundMe put a hold on the funds.

“We require that fundraisers be transparent about the flow of funds and have a clear plan for how those funds will be spent,” Rachel Hollis, GoFundMe’s director of communications said in an email. She said the company is in touch with the organizer.

Daily video documentation of the drive is available at Rebel News.

Dr. Zach Bush is a medical doctor with a comprehensive understanding of the human organism, the natural environment, and the spiritual cosmos. One of the most sought-after experts on holistic health and regenerative agriculture, during his time spent in the ER he was responsible for bringing many patients back to life, giving him a unique vantage point on the nature of death. In the full episode, Aubrey and Zach discuss everything that has happened in 2020 as it relates to human thriving and the optimistic silver lining that the challenges of this year have provided. This is the best podcast on medicine and spirituality I have had the pleasure to be a part of. Check out Dr. Zach Bush on ZachBushMD.com

TRANSCRIPT

Zach Bush: The average human cell has 200 mitochondrion.
Aubrey Marcus: It’s like a bowl of popcorn.
Zach Bush: It’s a bowl of popcorn. It’s stuffed full of them.
Aubrey Marcus: Yeah.
Zach Bush: And a neuron has 2,000 mitochondria in the cytoplasm. And so you’ve got these huge populations that just pack the inside of these cells. So when you talk about a cubic centimeter of tissue, you’re darn near a cubic centimeter of mitochondria. And that cubic centimeter of mitochondria can produce 10,000 times more electromagnetic field energy than a cubic centimeter of the Sun. And so you’ve got this nuclear event going on inside your body that is actually more efficient than nuclear fission. And we actually are doing fusion events and then re-fission events at this molecular level to create this solar event. And so this is one of my favorite things about being alive is the opportunity to give each other hugs. Because what you’re literally doing is bringing yourself into the sunshine of another human being, because that field emanates far beyond the physical body.

The Momentum Is On Our Side – KEEP GOING! | David Icke 2022

Source: Inspired

Watch this super inspirational video in which David Icke explains what we need to do to get our freedom back, and that more and more people are waking up.

TRANSCRIPT

Stop acquiescing and you’ll get your freedom back. Keep acquiescing and it will go on being taken away until even the last vestiges of it are no longer visible. It’s so simple. But you know, people say to you: What do we do? What’s the solution? In the vast number of cases, what they’re saying to you is: How is someone else going to get us out of this? Not, how am I going to get myself out of this? How are we going to get ourselves out of it? How is someone else going to do it?

So I look at Trump in America, and I look at the Trump supporters. And basically, the Trump supporters are overwhelmingly the great, great majority of the pushbackers in America. And I’ve got respect for the fact that they do that. But they’re still looking at an individual. And they’re saying if Trump gets back in then everything will change. What it didn’t change the first time, did it? Instead of saying never mind Trump, he’s just one bloke. What are WE going to do NOW? Not if Trump gets back. NOW. What are WE gonna do? How do WE sort this out?

What is the cause of the problem? Acquiescence, right? We stop.

And take the power to self rather than handing it away… What are you doing when you hand your power to Trump. Oh, Trump will change it. You’re giving your power away to someone else. Take it back. Impact upon life yourself. And then you’ll realize how much power you really have compared with that much you thought you had, because the whole psychological trick of this cult in all its forms is to persuade us we have no power.

You know, we’ve got a great chance now after these big, big revelations of where the power is to actually change this world for the better, for the first time, and remove this source of manipulation, control, and deviancy. Now it’s put itself on public display. But it’s going to take a lot of courage, a lot of backbone. A lot of people are gonna have to grow a pair, and then we can we can do something about this.

I wouldn’t do what I’ve done. If I thought it was a lost cause. It’s not. But if we go on as we are, it’s a lost cause. But the signs are that people are changing and changing and changing. I understand it when people say, why aren’t more people waking up? Why aren’t more people waking up? Well, they should have been with me in 1990 and 91 and 92 and 93 and 94 and so on. What’s happening now is a dream.

The number of people who are re-evaluating life… They’re re-evaluating self. They’re re-evaluating the nature of who they are. They’re re-evaluating the nature of their own power. They re evaluating how the world’s run, who by, and to what end. It’s amazing what’s happening in terms of the numbers. And people in England who’ve been pushing back need to realize that we’ve made great progress here. Hence, what’s happening at the moment. But this ain’t over. It ain’t nearly over and we’ve got to keep going.

The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible | Charles Eisenstein

“We have to believe in a more beautiful world in order to serve it.” ~ Charles Eisenstein

By Charles Eisenstein

Note to the reader: This is the Foreword to the Croatian translation of my book, The More Beautiful World our Hearts Know is Possible. I’m sharing it here because the book is so relevant in its concepts to the present moment.

Into the Space Between

Foreword to the Croatian Edition of The More Beautiful World

Since the original publication of this book in 2013, a more beautiful world seems further away than ever by any objective criterion. I need not recite the litany of ecological, political, and social horrors that have accelerated since then, even before Covid cast its shadow. And yet, somehow, the flame of hope has not died, but burns all the brighter.

That is no mere coincidence. We are witnessing the crumbling of the familiar world, a world in which many of us felt trapped. As it falls apart, light shines in from the outside, stirring within us the possibility of liberation.

For years, many of us have looked at the coming collapse with a mixture of dread and a secret longing. Prior to Y2K, some part of me was hoping that the dire predictions would come true. The same for 2021, for Peak Oil, for financial collapse, even for climate emergency—anything to free us from stuck patterns. It was a kind of Freudian death wish, a desire to be liberated from a collective self that we have outgrown.

Many of us have outgrown it as individuals too, leaving us feeling trapped in a society misaligned with who we wish to become.

And now the unraveling that we have so long wanted and feared is upon us. However we might hope that things will go back to normal, we know that they never will. The old normal is over. We are entering the realm that this book predicts and describes: the space between stories.

It is not only systems and institutions that are crumbling. It is not only political parties, social patterns, and economic organizations that are in a state of crisis. On a deeper level, we face a crisis of sense, meaning, and identity. More and more of us have lost trust in the authorities we once trusted. We have come to doubt old standards by which to discern true from false. We don’t know what to believe. We don’t know what is real. We aren’t so sure even who we are. Our notions of progress and our faith in the future have been shaken.

That is good. The old normal wasn’t heading toward a more beautiful world anyway. Now that it is broken, we have the opportunity to let in something genuinely new. It is ours for the choosing. There is no guarantee that we will choose a more beautiful world, but at least we are no longer stuck in our patterns.

The collective response to Covid so far has been to deepen our immersion in the old story of Separation, fear, and control. Part of that story is that progress means advancing the human capacity to manage and control everything outside of us. Better security means controlling terrorists and criminals. Better living means controlling bad habits and addictions. Better health means controlling germs and our own bodily processes. At the present writing, it has become obvious that the regime of intensifying control will not bring its promised paradise. Paradise remains ever at the horizon no matter how quickly we race toward it.

Furthermore, for many of us it is no paradise that looms on the horizon. We look with horror upon the totalization of the world of control, the technological totalitarian state where every movement, word, object, and action is labeled, tracked, and monitored. As society moves in that direction, those of us who have glimpsed a future built on a new-and-ancient story of interconnection, trust, synchronicity, and healing feel all the more alienated by the legacy systems that still dominate. We feel no longer at home in this society, we want nothing more of it; and increasingly, it wants nothing more of us.

The resolution of this state of affairs, however, need not be a bifurcation. We are not in the world in order to leave it. We are here to anchor a more beautiful world the present one. How do we do that? Not through force of will alone. We need other people who share our vision, who have seen the same possibility that we have seen. Those people remind us that choices and perceptions that seem crazy in the old story, that seem naive or impractical or irresponsible, are actually both sane and necessary. In other words, enlightenment is a group activity.

May this book be part of the group activity of anchoring this new and ancient story onto Earth. May it remind you that your heart has not been wrong. A more beautiful world is possible.

Be sure to watch this wonderful video by Charles Eisenstein about a more beautiful world, which was posted in February 2015:

FREEDOM | Joe Rogan (MUST SEE, 2-minute video)

SOURCE: Samuel Rivera

Joe Rogan explains why you should be very suspicious of anything that inhibits your freedom in this powerful, 2-minute video.

TRANSCRIPT

As soon as you give politicians power, any kind of power that didn’t exist previously, if they can figure out a way to force you into carrying something that lets you enter businesses, or lets you do this, or lets businesses open –  historically, they are not going to give that power up. They find new reasons to use it. “I’ll be back.” We have to protect those freedoms at all costs, whether you agree with people’s choices or not because it is the foundation that this country was founded on: FREEDOM!

This idea of freedom, there are so many people that think it’s frivolous. It’s not important. It’s not the main thing that we should be focused on. But it is the literal structure that allows this country to be so fucking amazing. Every single country that’s ever existed other than the United States up until 1776, every fucking country that has ever existed was run by dictators – all of them.

This is the first experiment in self-government that actually worked and it created the greatest superpower of the world’s ever known. It created the greatest cultural machine, the greatest machine of art, creativity, and innovation – right fucking here. And how did it do that? It did it through freedom. And as soon as you see something, anything, that comes along and inhibits your freedom, you should be very cautious about that. You should be very suspicious because anything that comes along that can inhibit your freedom is, by definition, anti-American.

Dr Robert Malone: “Our government is out of control and they are lawless… Wake up, folks!” | Video Plus Transcript

Source: Inspired

Dr. Robert Malone, co-inventor of the mRNA technology, says that our government is out of control, lawless, and they completely disregard bioethics. Furthermore, he explains how tens of thousands of physicians & scientists are being canceled simply for questioning the official narrative. He concludes by warning that we are on the verge of becoming just like China, with no free speech, the government tells them what to do and think, and their lives are controlled by a social credit system. Malone concludes with: “Wake up, folks!” Because otherwise, the U.S. will become another China!

This is a short excerpt from the recent interview with Dr. Robert Malone on the Joe Rogan Podcast. ▹ Special thanks to the Joe Rogan Experience: joerogan.com

TRANSCRIPT (Dr. Robert Malone)

Our government is out of control and they are lawless. They completely disregard bioethics. They completely disregard the federal common rule. They have broken all the rules that I know of that, I’ve been trained on for years and years and years. These mandates are explicitly inconsistent with the Nuremberg code. They are explicitly inconsistent with the Belmont report. They are flat-out illegal and they don’t care.

When you see this kind of decoupling of public policy from logic, then it causes thinking people to say what the hell’s going on here. And then we go down the rabbit hole: is at this that or the other thing. One of the things in that spectrum of what’s going on is that the emergency use authorizations are predicated on policy determinations that we’re in a state of emergency. Those are now two years old – they’re expiring.

I’m not saying this is what’s going on in their head, but there is another perverse incentive here to amplify the fear porn and to amplify… If you buy into the hypothesis that for some reason, there are incentives for the government to maintain the state of emergency, that is one explanation given that those declarations are expiring and will have to be re-implemented because if they’re not, then all of this emergency use authorization vanishes like dust.

It’s hard for me to reconcile the behavior of the government and its public health decisions with the data. Is it incompetence? Or is there some ulterior political motive? Or are they just dumb stupid? We’re in an environment in which truth and consequences are fungible. This is modern media management and warfare. The truth is what those that are managing The Trusted News Initiative say it is.

In my case, I’m the president of The International Alliance of Physicians and Scientists. We are over 16,000 people from all over the world – physicians and scientists. And you can find our website at GlobalCovidSummit.org. We are gobsmacked about what’s going on. And we are shut down, censored, demeaned, fill-in-the-blank – all over the world. And they’re taking our licenses because we are speaking about these matters.

And you can label me however you want to label me. I don’t care. I’ve done what I’ve done in my career. I’m at a stage at 62 years old. I’ve got a farm, it’s almost paid off. I raise horses. I love my wife. You know, I’ve been married a long time. My kids are both married. I got grandkids. Man, I don’t need this. This claim I’m doing all this because I seek attention. Trust me, this is not a fun thing to be doing at this stage.

Physicians at FLCCC in senior positions:  Peter McCullough, people at the culmination of exceptional careers. Paul Marik, an exceptional physician by any standards – run out of his hospital, demeaned, destroyed, actively attacked, trying to take his license. People are losing faith in the whole system. They’re losing faith in the scientific enterprise. They’re losing faith in our government.

I like to say when I give rallies: do you remember back a couple of years ago when you felt sorry for the people in the People’s Republic of China because their internet was filtered. They weren’t allowed free speech. Their government told them what to do and think. Now, here we are. And the next thing that we all feel sorry about: their social credit system.

Wake up, folks!
