Brian Johnson presents 5 big ideas from the book “You Are Special” by Mister Rogers.

Brian Johnson:

I got this book after watching a wonderful documentary on Mister Rogers called “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” The book is a collection of wisdom gems from the various sources-a quick-reading portal into Mister Rogers’ brain that has an amazingly calming, uplifting effect. (At least it did for me.) Simply reading his words seemed to elevate my consciousness and make me a kinder, more patient person. Big Ideas we explore include:

1) Be the best at whatever you do
2) Our #1 Job in life (hint: Encourage others!!),
3) I Like You (just the way you are)
4) Being a living example
5) The gap (the essence of human creativity).
