Gratitude is a high vibrational emotion. Have you ever been so grateful for something that it nearly brought you to tears? Maybe you just witnessed the birth of your child, just got offered the promotion, or just found the love of your life. So why does gratitude make you happy? Consider the following:

Since commitment-phobes tend to think of all commitment as bad. For this discussion, I’m going to separate the “good” from the “bad” and only talk about commitment to something that is good for your mind, body and/or soul. These kinds of commitments lead to true freedom.
Want to know how to attract abundance? Cherie Roe Dirksen shares a couple of simple tips on how to manifest your dream life.
It’s unconditional prayer, the practice of communicating with the Divine for the more connection, service and surrender. Unconditional prayer is the anti-thesis of “shopping list” praying where we tell the Divine what we want and when we want it.
It’s also admirable to want to be as “spiritually evolved” as you can. But at the risk of sounding impudent, I’m here to say that aiming for ascension is not enough. Not any more. We now need to set our intentions on something I call “bicension.”
Empaths and intuitives often end up being people pleasers! Are you one?
For some reason, most of us tend to immediately go to self-blame, wondering if we missed something or did something wrong. Perhaps we go onto to tell ourselves the story that “we didn’t work hard enough” or that “we really don’t deserve it” and that’s why it never showed up. The more we are able to see ourselves through eyes of love, the more we are able to live our lives peacefully, without fear and with full trust that the Universe has got your back.
If your life is not exciting you, you’re the one forgetting to inject the zest. So why not start the day, as Lewis Carroll so aptly suggested, by thinking of 6 (even 1 will do!) impossible things you could do to explode the old and catalyze the new. After all, the word ‘impossible’ only really spells out ‘I’m Possible’.
Change can be pretty traumatic if you let it get to you! However, there are a lot of reasons to embrace change. Good or bad, pretty or ugly, change has the ability to enhance your life for the better when you choose to get on board with it.
When one is solely focused on the physical world around them, it becomes easy to be governed by the illusion of duality. The veil of thoughts and the five senses pulls the mind outside of ourselves and we get enamored with the endless opposites all around us; everywhere we look and in everything we know and care about. If you’ve ever studied Sacred Geometry, then it is likely that you have come across the manifold structure known as the Torus. A Torus is the 3-dimensional doughnut form which has been used to represent a number of things in our “real” material world as well as our “potential” imaginary one.
When we are spinning off our axis, the Universe usually grounds us somehow in an attempt to make us stop, drop and reflect (take a knee!). Sometimes it comes as a severe blow (emotionally or physically), illness, headaches, accidents or nervous breakdowns. So, if you wanted to make a perfect recipe for disaster, try these steps.
See, the main teachings in the Secret is to put the power of positive belief behind the thoughts surrounding what you most want in your life. To use creative visualizations to keep your subconscious mind focused on being open to accepting these things into your life.
Synchronous moments usually mark major game changes in our individual timelines. It could be that moment when you bump into a friend you haven’t seen in years that you just had a dream about. You get talking and she’s the very person you need to collaborate with. You both go on to start an amazing and successful online enterprise.
So, what’s the point of relationships? Are they really all only a, “you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours” deal? Well, yes…sometimes that’s exactly the sole purpose of a relationship. But all of them? Definitely not.
