United We Stand. 5 Ways You Can Impact The Now – The Present Moment

The way I view the potential political arena in the USA and many other countries is this: Two candidates are represented on the head and tail of a coin. Toss the coin to put it in a machine and then realize, there is no slot for the coin. The machine, the system is broken and no longer supports this coin; the competitive process of choosing leadership. A whole new paradigm is emerging. As humanity evolves consciously the natural unfolding is cohesion, not conflict. It is unity, not disconnect. It is cooperation, not competition.

In the meanwhile, how can you expedite a more harmonious world?

1. Raise your frequency

Recognize, Remember, Relearn: Everything is Energy. Energy vibrates. Your energetic hygiene is integral to collective forward momentum. An excellent resource to learn how to test and raise your vibration is: The Map of Consciousness Explained; David R. Hawkins, MD, Phd; Oct 2020. This is an excellent source that compiles Dr. Hawkins years of testing and researching on the energy field of consciousness.

2. Embrace your shadow and transcend it

Carl Jung explained the shadow is an aspect of ourself that contains repressed thoughts, feelings and concepts. When these shadow aspects are brought to the conscious level, acknowledged and surrendered, they no longer run us. The shadow self loses power!  One of my favorite songs is Gajumaru by Yaima…here are a few excerpts from her song:  “Free from all old stories I've been told, I walk through the valley of my own shadow. Free to dive into my mind and trust the intuition, smooth as inhalation. My life's work is to honor all the great beauty all around, to be open from the center, redirected to the moment. This is it love, this is it love.”

3. Be a peacemaker

Remind yourself, arguing doesn’t change anything. The answer is not in the debate, but in common ground.  Find this ground and maximize it. Look for ways to support another point of view without compromising your integrity. Develop a habit of compassionate action. Help find solutions instead of seeing problems. Pay it forward with random acts of kindness.

4.  Acknowledge your sovereignty

Don’t be milk toast or indecisive. Believe in truth. Know truth. Love truth. Live truth. Remember, you are the spark of creation and thus a creative being. You are whole, complete, radiant. If you don't feel this, then work on it! This does not mean you are seeking perfection. It does mean you are walking each day empowered, even when you feel weak.

5. Go beyond want and desire

How? By ‘willing' into existence: strength, boldness, goodness, rightness, etc. A brave new world believes in love over fear. This new world knows that love is real and fear is a projection of a weak and limited self. Speak your will out loud and join the creative force of life. For example, instead of saying I want peace in this particular personal situation, say, “I will peace.” Be aware of your use of the word want and use will in its place, consciously.

Be at peace my friends by raising your energy vibration. This is the real Earth, the beautiful plane of existence that can be your Now experience.
