Remove obstacles and put nourishing habits in their place. (To nourish: To educate; to instruct; to bring up; to nurture; to promote the growth of in attainments.)
Obstacles take you away or block your goal. Nourishment aids by making your choices for improvement, habits. Habits change your life.
Don’t beat yourself up if you fall short of your goal, begin again.
Ask for help, we all need each other.
