  3. Sleep properly: your sleep cycle can actively and effectively affect your back pain, so you need to make sure that you are sleeping properly, and having a good quality sleep. It is also imperative to keep an eye on how exactly you are falling asleep, because that in turn guides your sleeping positions once you are no longer awake. A proper posture while sleeping can ease your pain and help you get a lot of relief as well.
