Recently my life has been quite strange. Not in a way that I’m feeling lost and confused, but rather in a way that I find myself so much lately looking up at the vastness of the sky, just to give a big, fat “THANK YOU!” to the Universe for it has made no small effort to show me over and over again the magic it will bestow upon one’s life when you will just surrender and get the heck out of your own way! #DivineAlignment

If we understand The Force to be the energy that provides life within us all and connects us all within and to the Universe itself, then it would serve us well to see it for the amazing tool that it is. One would be wise to take the time to learn how to use it proficiently as understanding the Force is key to consciously communicating clearly to the Universe what kind of life we’d like to live. Consider the Force to be our cosmic loud speaker or radio and whatever station we choose to broadcast out, the Universe will echo back in physical manifestations in your life accordingly…

There are many reasons we may struggle with the natural flow of life, which believe it or not, is to keep you in a state of peace. The Universe knows nothing else, and as a pond will return a ripple to stillness after a pebble has been tossed, it will continue its natural motion to resettle in “neutral”, to re-center at Zero-point.

Everything is energy; this is not a new concept and is considered to be simple science. But a fundamental certainty we aren’t often taught is that while the energies of the Universe are forever reacting to one another in one shape or form, and the forces behind these interactions are electric and/or magnetic, these forces also exist within each and every one of us and are as much responsible for our individual emotional growth and spiritual awareness as they are for the expansion of the cosmos.

What I’ve come to realize about people and most importantly about myself is that the more we are able to see ourselves through eyes of love, the more we are able to live our lives peacefully, without fear and with full trust that the Universe has got your back. And when we are capable of doing that, we are also more easily able to see that when things don’t work out the way we planned, it’s not that we don’t deserve the things we want. Sometimes the Universe just has a strange way of wrapping the gifts it delivers to you.

For some reason, most of us tend to immediately go to self-blame, wondering if we missed something or did something wrong. Perhaps we go onto to tell ourselves the story that “we didn’t work hard enough” or that “we really don’t deserve it” and that’s why it never showed up. The more we are able to see ourselves through eyes of love, the more we are able to live our lives peacefully, without fear and with full trust that the Universe has got your back.

Meditation is an incredible way to calm the mind and clear away the noise of the day that we all tend to carry well into the late evening. With regular practice, the mind will naturally get into the rhythm of starting to calm down and meditation will get easier for you. It is not about having NO thoughts; it’s about letting those thoughts pass by like clouds in the sky and coming back to your calm center.

While I understand that to “be” something, you must fit the criteria of what “being” that certain something actually means. But when it comes to Spirituality, who got to decide and why do we all just go along with it? I also get it that with increased self-awareness, intuition, centeredness, connection to Source, the Divine, God or whatever name you prefer to use there comes the draw towards certain activities, types of people and even thoughts, as well as the draw away from certain activities, types of people and again…thoughts. But when we start to invest our own perceptual opinions onto something greater than ourselves; something that is meant to encompass everything and be bias to none (see all in love and everything as connected), to me it seems to not only defeat the purpose, but chip away at what it such an incredibly and personally beautiful experience to each and every one of us.
This you tube video shows and explains the orange theory of the shape of the Universe. An orange is a toroid. Watch and read the explanations on the screen. Makes sense…..
