First things first: Stay in the present moment. You’ve probably heard, take it one day at a time. Don’t look forward or backward. You can also take it one moment at a time. Remaining in the present moment has a powerful effect, because in the present moment you have a sense of what to do or not to do. This *innate sense is available to guide you, teach you and encourage you.
Practice continual gratitude and stay positive. Remember to forgive. Why? The only person that gets hurt by unforgiveness is you. Repeat that to yourself if you find yourself holding a grudge. Learn the lesson and then move on.

No one can do this for you. You have to take charge of your thoughts and actions. You are integral to all that is happening right now. We all are. Do your part. Be courageous and be a visionary for bright and beautiful days ahead.
A practice that can help, is called the Four Directions of Love and is based on indigenous practices of turning toward and honoring the four directions (thank you Becky Parks for adding the Love). The directions are South (Earth/Physical Body), West (Water/Emotional Body), North (Air/Mental Body), East (Fire/Spiritual Body). Recognize you are in the center as the soul, the within.
This is what you say and where you face.
Begin by facing South and say, “I Love Myself”
Turn to the West and say, “I Forgive Myself”
Turn to the North and say, “I Heal Myself”
Turn to the East and say, I Free Myself”
This is how you do it.
Take a deep breath, hold and release before turning to the next direction.
Complete this cycle three times. Do this once a day for a week and then once a week thereafter or as needed.
Listen to quality mystical poetry such as Yaima. The quality of their music, voice and lyrics are exceptional. “An alluring match of music makers, A unique collaboration of Dreamers,
A fine Frequency for the future…Y A I M A
Yaima is a southern Chilean Indian name for ‘That which water runs through- channel- conduit' Our musical Intention is to lead the participants on a journey, through history and the parallels of today as we visualize our collective future! What better way to journey than to follow the water?”
Reflection
Fear slowly sinks, its stride across the floor
If that caught your ear, then you'll want to hear more
It parades around the inner-states of the mind
And feeds on stories that conceal the light
Bright early awakening, the veil will be lifted
For it's in the shadows that fear fools the heart
It hides all our power and rewrites our part
But here in the breakdown the stillness reveals
That each heart is gifted a luminous well
And in this awakening the forest reminds us
Its lessons of cyclical healing can teach us
To move like the water caresses the hillside
It changes quite subtly what years would not deny
Truth deeply rooted in hopes to see clearly
Just what we've been given, and reflect the beauty
And in this awakening the forest reminds us

My friends, we were born for days such as this. Don’t forget that. You are up to the challenge. Much love to you, Julia
*”Innate is the consciousness of the body’s intelligence. It is the smart body and it “knows” information that the brain does not. Innate works in a system with the Human brain, consciousness, and DNA. Innate is very elusive because it is beyond our 3D understanding. Innate lives in a multidimensional space and responds to multidimensional instructions. Some of the ways to communicate with Innate includes energy work, homeopathy, acupuncture, tapping, kinesiology, and affirmations.”
