After participating in many large and small group intention meetings, my experience has been that intention groups are not only super powerful, but regularly participating in such a group is one of the most rewarding things you can do to enhance your life. Watch the 3-minute video below in which Lynne McTaggart talks about the incredible power of small groups who meet regularly to send intentions to heal each other, as well as intentions for goals they want to achieve. Says Lynne:
