How to Live More in Love and Less in Fear

What is the evidence of a life of love?

Is it not compassion?  Is it abundance of peace, so your thoughts don’t harm, but come to your aid, acknowledging the beautiful being you are?  Is it letting go of judgement, opinions that divide and separate?  Is it seeing value in diversity instead of frustration about an others perspective?  Is it an abundant feeling? Is it lack of fear, because perfect love does overcome fear. Fear tears down. It immobilizes the victim.  Love builds up and bonds self or others in oneness in spite of difficulties, differences, disagreements, disputes or disparages. 

The energy of love

How, you might ask. Is there an opposite to love?  No, because love is pure energy.  Is there an opposite to hate?  The answer is the same. No, because it is pure energy.   

Love is constructive and beautiful. 

Two energies.  New and old.  Not opposite, just as dark and light are not opposite.  The light always overcomes the dark.  They are not opposites. The dark is the absence of light as hate is the absence of love.  

How can you live more in love and less in fear or victimhood?

1. Expect more from within 

2. Recognize innate (the part of you that is listening, has no opinions, yet influences your body)

3. Pursue joy

4. Create satisfaction

5. Believe and then double your belief 

6. Stretch your mind and remove the negative 

7. Look for light 

8. Silence is golden, be ok with that 

9. Go with the flow, the flow of your being, allow present awareness 

10. Trust your own experience, resist comparing 

11. Practice gratitude

Know yourself first.  Being is you. It is the higher part on you that exists always. Welcome your being. Your body houses your being. Honor your body and talk to your being.  Practice these things. Remember it is not so much in doing, but in being. 

Be easy on yourself this is not hard work and only is if you think so.  Live in the present, not the past, not the future.  If you feel stuck, turn toward something you enjoy either mentally or physically.  Breathe deeply.  Be well and be whole my friend.  You’ve got this.  Trust yourself.
