Cultivating willpower is about the ability to build circuitry to sustain yourself as the Soulful Self. If you’ve ever started something, a diet, a project, a new year’s resolution, and ran out of steam before completing, you’re not alone.
It’s because you’re living as a compensation for your past if you don’t realize that we all land here in stressful circumstances and dysfunctional family dynamics in some way. Thus we need to learn how to build circuitry.
This happens because we are here to awaken to a greater version of life than we see on the outside. And because we don’t know that, we look to the outside for a sign that “I’m okay.”
The reason we don’t finish our projects—the diet, the changes we desire, the decluttering, is about what we call willpower…and yet there is a Divine will, a higher purpose will we need to tap into.
When you act as an isolated individual, you get exhausted because of the limited resources. And when you get exhausted, your willpower is gone! Forget about it!
So know that you are a stream of consciousness, not a closed system. You are constantly borrowing and exchanging cosmic energy. You are infinite resources, if you let that be the case.
If you lack willpower, there are some things you can do. Can you allow some greater power to run through you? When you central channel breathe, you can start to connect your third chakra with the second, your deep wisdom, and the fourth, your unconditional love. And you create greater stability and sustainability. Which translate into the willpower you need—the Divine power connected to your personal power—that allows your desires to manifest in your life.
Discover how to cultivate more willpower through The Energy Codes® work I teach. Learn how to connect with a universe beyond your separate self that is here in support of you. Change your life from the inside out.
Bring your heart into the mix and the discipline we think we need becomes devotion. And when we central channel breath, we connect to our Divine will, to awaken to our True Self, and our vibration shifts. Suddenly, and with ease, we have the willpower we desire to manifest our life in a different, more sustainable way.
