Secret Revealed: Discover the Chakra Cycles That Shape Your Life

Video Source: chakraboosters

In 2012, my guides shared some very powerful info with me — they showed me the natural, cyclical way our spiritual energies develop.

We humans have long understood the biological way we develop, but energy comes BEFORE the physical world. It creates it.

So what are the energies that shape our lives?

Over the coming weeks, I’m sharing the answer to this important secret.

I’m revealing my Chaka Life Cycle System — posting it here on my YouTube Channel — for free. The video above is an introduction to this amazing system. I shot this video tour/course all over the world and it currently sells for $197 in my store. Over the next few months, it’s my free gift to you.

Just make sure you’ve subscribed to my Chakra Boosters YouTube Channel where I’ll be posting one video per week until we cover all 14 weeks of human spiritual development (through age 99).

So if you know anyone who’s interested in chakras, self-growth or being a great parent, please invite them to dive into this series. Parents in particular will have some real “ahas,” as the first three 7-year cycles (womb to age 21) provide great insight into childhood development.

Thanks, love and blessings,

Vicki

Eating To Boost Your Immunity According to Your Main Chakra

By Cyndi Dale

Our immune system is like the Holy Grail for our health and happiness. That’s because about 80 percent of our immune health is linked to our microbiome or the “gut-brain” that operates as our digestive, emotional, and stress center.

You can see why it’s so important to select foods that will boost your digestive system.

But that’s not so easy to do, is it? It seems like there are more diets than there are foods in the grocery stores. It turns out that there is a trick to figuring out which foodstuffs will boost your immune system.

It lies in your chakra system.

Chakras are subtle energy centers along the spine (think yoga) that manage every part of our lives. However, we each have one major chakra through which our true personality expresses.

Every chakra is linked to a specific endocrine gland and requires different foods to be healthy. That means if you stoke that chakra and its related gland with its best-case foods, you’ll aid your immune system—while you’re supporting your inner self.

To help you pinpoint your major chakra, I’ve developed a simple quiz that outlines the traits of each of the seven, in-body chakras. Select the list of traits that best describe you. Next, match your chakra number in the Answer Key. Then read the chakra descriptions and the types of food required for assuring an amazing immune system.

(Quiz)

Select one of the following seven lists that best describes your personality:

a) Emotive. Colorful. Playful. When your feelings are sluggish, so is your health.

b) Romantic. Heart-based. Interactive. Have you noticed? You get sick less often when you’re in love or feeling loveable.

c) Aesthetic. Pictorial. Perceptive. When you feel attractive, you’re naturally healthier.

d) Intellectual. Organized.  Structured. Your health spirals when your schedule is out of control.

e) Devoted. Meditative. Harmonious. When you’re in flow spiritually, you’re hale and hearty.

f) Busy. Active. Productive. You move too fast to get sick—until you’re felled like a tree in the forest. Crash.

g) Thoughtful. Verbal. Musical. If you’ve enough new ideas to ponder, you hardly get sick. Bored? You seem to catch everything.

(Answer Key)

See the answer key below to determine your major chakra and the label best describing the related personality. Then use the tips provided to pep up that immune system.

a) The Second Chakra-Creative. Found in the abdomen, this orange chakra is governed by the ovaries or testes. Maintain hormonal balance by selecting hormone-free and organic foods and food combine, putting together a healthy fat, protein, and carb for every meal. Feeling slothful? Consider cutting out the gluten and cow dairy. Cook with nutritional carbs like quinoa or brown rice and try Greek yogurt with lots of probiotics. Veggies and fruit are your best friends, as well as fatty fish or plant-based proteins like beans and legumes.

b) The Fourth Chakra-Relator. Ahh, love. Your health is directly tied to your heart, the endocrine gland related to this chest-based green chakra. Eat as the Mediterranean as possible. Those good fats, like avocado or olive oil, drizzled on lean proteins and plenty of whole grains. Throw in ample amounts of veggies and fruits and a bit of robust seasoning, and you’re in. As a Realtor, it’s equally important to focus on energies like Faith, Hope, Truth, and Love. A diet of loving emotions improves your immune system.

c) The Sixth Chakra-Visualizer. This brow-based purple center is also called the Third Eye. It operates through the pituitary, known as the master gland. Help your hormones by following a diet replete with fish, eggs, fruits, and nuts. Throw in leafy veggies, and partner carbs with proteins. Consider making breakfast your biggest meal and eating dinner at least three hours before bedtime. A dark chocolate snack aids your inner vision, and you can balance blood sugar with a little apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and fenugreek.

d) The Third Chakra-Thinker. Located in the solar plexus, this yellow chakra is pancreas-based. This supremely sensitive organ rules your blood sugar, making your cravings swing. Stay even with “mini-meals.” Eat several small meals a day, each combining healthy fat, protein, and carb. Refrain from high-fat foods and simple sugars and choose foods like bran, beans, and veggies. Select fruits with digestive enzymes, like papaya and pineapple, and maybe drizzle with probiotic yogurt.

e) The Seventh Chakra-Spiritualist. Pure white radiates from this top-of-the-head chakra, located in the pineal gland. Go for a balanced diet, with fish, poultry, or a vegan alternative paired with complex carbs. Round out with healthy fats, fruits, and veggies, and try tryptophan-rich foods found in turkey and salmon. This amino acid converts to serotonin in the pineal gland. (Think good mood!) Overall, choose alkaline foods, like chives, cucumbers, onions, peppers, and sweet potatoes. And oh. Get sunshine! Otherwise, you’ll be SAD (have Seasonal Affective Disorder).

f) The First Chakra-Manifestor. Those tiny adrenals linked to the hip-based, red first chakra afficiando are sure powerful! Keep yourself from burnout by fueling yourself with hormone-free proteins. Limit your fruit and go for the greens and high-glycemic carbs. Please, try and eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Then you won’t reach for those Snickers bars. Fermented foods will aid your digestion and lucky you, a pinch of salt every so often is A-okay. Another tip? Think of lots of minerals and vitamins!

g) The Fifth Chakra-Communicator. Eat for your throat-based, blue chakra and thyroid gland with lots of veggies, fruits, and lean meats, and moderate those grains. Good-bye inflammatory foods, like gluten or cow dairy, and know that you’re super sensitive to toxins and chemicals. Hello, free-range, wild-caught, organic, etc. Consider avoiding goitrogens, compounds in foods like soy and raw cabbage, and broccoli, while eating with minerals in mind. (Smoothie, anyone?)

Open Your Crown Chakra with These TPQs (NOT Affirmations!)

Welcome to the final week of our series on Transformational Power Questions (TPQs). In this video, we’re going to open your crown chakra for more bliss, deep knowing, expansive trust, connection to the Divine as well as the part of us that never dies.

Why Affirmations Can Be Bad for You

If you’ve been following this series, you can skip this section… but if you’re brand new to TPQs, read on…

You may be wondering why I’m suggesting you do TPQs instead of affirmations. Here’s why. Often, affirmations create a backlash in your inner world. They activate your subconscious mind and the voice inside of you that objects to things that aren’t currently accurate.

So one affirmation like “I’m rich” can elicit several subconscious negative responses like “No you’re not” or “have you seen your bank account balance?” and so on. Overall, it’s more negative than positive, since one affirmation creates far more negative responses.

If you want to better understand why affirmations can be counter-productive, check out this blog post.

3 Steps to Create a Transformational Power Question (TPQ)

  1. Decide what you want to change and create a traditional affirmation. For example, if you want more money, you create the affirmation, “I’m wealthy.”
  2. Put a “why” in the front of it and make it a question. “Why am I so wealthy?”
  3. Make it progressive (increasing over time). “Why am I getting wealthier every day?”

To understand in more detail how to create TPQs, check out the first video in this series (on the root chakra) here.

Crown Chakra Transformational Power Questions

This week, I’m sharing 15 different TPQs that boost your crown chakra. Watch the video above and repeat after me to improve five key crown chakra areas of your life. These are bliss, deep knowing, trust of Life, connection to the Divine, and awareness of our immortal essence.

As we go through the TPQs, please pick your favorite. Put it on several sticky notes around your personal space and read it often. You may begin to hear and see your powerful subconscious mind working for you, rather than against you. Keep repeating your TPQ until you see a positive shift in that area of your life (and you will!).

Have a deliciously Divine week Beautiful Soul!

Much love and many blessings,

How Qi (Chi) Energy Flows Through the 12 Meridian Points That Exist Within Your Body

It may seem counterintuitive, but there are many instances where science can actually hold us back from new discoveries and knowledge. Unfortunately, mainstream science is quick to discount anything which cannot be physically seen or felt, making notions like ‘energy points within the body seem like pure science fiction. But just because we can’t physically see something, does not mean it doesn’t exist. Nikola Tesla told us that “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena,  it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence,” and hundreds of scientists around the world have been taking on this task for several years. Within the next few decades, the examination of non-material science is going to skyrocket, and we all stand to benefit. What we know as science is definitely changing.

One example where non-material science could benefit the human race is healthcare, as a number of publications have revealed the importance of mind-body connections, and how our thoughts, emotions, feelings, the perception of the environment around us, and more are all connected to the health of our body and regulation of our immune system. A study published in the Journal of Acupuncture and Meridian Studies titled “The Primo Vascular System as a New Anatomical System” is one that has recognized the importance of these concepts.

The medical community, for the most part, discounts healing therapies using this type of knowledge — knowledge that was present thousands of years ago in various ancient cultures. Acupuncture, a technique that manipulates the human meridian system in order to heal the body, has worked wonders for many people, yet our science has yet to explain how it does so. This is one example of many. Despite being unable to scientifically explain how these techniques function, few could deny that traditional Eastern medicine has proven successful for many people, or that it’s been crucial for curing various diseases. It has been used for thousands of years, and one has to assume that if it didn’t work, we would have abandoned the practice by now.

According to Western medicine, no known meridian system has a physical anatomical basis. The above study offers a different perspective, however:

In the early 1960s, only one hypothesis was proposed to explain the anatomical basis of the meridians. By using different experimental approaches during the past 10 years, the number of scientific papers that report the discovery of different anatomical and physiological evidence confirming the existence of an anatomical basis for the meridian system has increased. Morphological science is greatly challenged to offer a new biomedical theory that explains the possible existence of new bodily systems such as the primo vascular system (PVS).

Researchers are calling it the Primo Vascular System, and, according to another paper published in the journal Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, “even today, the meridian system is still being investigated with well-known anatomical structures.”

This includes connective tissues called the fascia system, which is representative of the function of the meridian system being established and understood, as outlined by a study published in the journal Anatomical Record that mapped acupuncture points in serial gross anatomical sections through the human arm. It found “an 80% correspondence between the sites of acupuncture points and the location of intermuscular or intramuscular connective tissue planes in the postmortem tissue sections.” The study proposed that “the anatomical relationship of acupuncture points and meridians to connective tissue planes is relevant to acupuncture’s mechanism of action and suggests a potentially important integrative role for interstitial connective tissue.”

Korean researchers (of the first study cited above) believe the primo-vascular system is in fact the physical component of the Acupuncture Meridian System. They’ve also suggested that this system is involved in channeling the flow of energy and information relayed by biophotons (electromagnetic waves of light) and DNA. They propose that the anatomical basis for the PVS and this energy, also known as “Qi,” is “an electromagnetic wave that is involved very closely with the DNA in the PVS and that DNA “provides genetics information” and “functions as a store of information that can be obtained from the electromagnetic fields of the environment.”

They cite several studies showing that the PVS has been detected in various regions of the body:

The PVs have been found inside blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. The PVs inside lymph vessels freely flow in the lymph. The PVs and PNs flow in the third ventricle, fourth ventricle, cerebral aqueduct, and along the central canal of the spinal cord. The PVS has also been found on the arachnoid mater, cerebellum,  perineurium, and epinervium of the sciatic nerve. The PVs and PNs are present on the surfaces of the liver, stomach, small and large intestines, bladder, spleen, kidneys and omentum, abdominal cavity, the hypodermal layer of the skin, superficial fascia, fat tissue, and cancer fascia. The PVs also enter internal organ tissues.

The researchers injected a special staining dye that colored the meridians, revealing thin lines along with these acupuncture points which were not present at non-acupuncture point sites (where there are no meridians). The researchers discovered that the meridian lines are not confined to the skin, but are in fact a concrete duct system through which liquid flows. They also learned that this liquid aggregates to form stem cells.

After all of their research (as seen in the publication), the scientists concluded that PVS allows communication between living organisms and the environment and that it’s a system that spans throughout the entire body and plays a role in all biological life processes. They concluded that it receives signals in the form of electromagnetic waves from the environment, and internal signals from the body as well:

The PVS, which until now has been a missing body system, can explain many of the mysteries of life. The physical substrate for the meridian system is the missing point that can be used to combine the knowledge of ancient Chinese medicine and that of modern science into one successful unit.

It’s always interesting to look at ancient knowledge and teachings, particularly because so much has been and continues to be confirmed by modern-day science. Every day, it seems, we discover why an ancient practice works on a scientific level; every day we validate something which previous generations simply understood to be valuable. And these ‘new’ discoveries of old knowledge support the notion that many more of these supposedly antiquated or pseudoscientific practices are in fact worthwhile.

There remain many phenomena for which we have no explanation. For example, a study published in the American Journal of Chinese Medicine, as seen in the US National Library of Medicine, demonstrated that a woman with special abilities was and is able to accelerate the germination of specific seeds for the purposes of developing a more robust seed stock. This is just one of many examples where extraordinary things have been observed and documented yet cannot be explained scientifically.

As with meridian points and energy systems in the body, perhaps science is calling us to be more intuitive, more trusting, and more open-minded. Perhaps a scientific explanation is not needed to confirm what people knew thousands of years ago and still benefit from today. It’s something to think about.

From The Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences

The world below comes from the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences.

“So, what is a meridian anyway? This is one of the first questions students of Chinese medicine want to understand. Simply put, a meridian is an ‘energy highway’ in the human body. Qi (chee) energy flows through this meridian or energy highway, accessing all parts of the body. Meridians can be mapped throughout the body; they flow within the body and not on the surface, meridians exist in corresponding pairs and each meridian has many acupuncture points along its path.

The term ‘meridian’ describes the overall energy distribution system of Chinese Medicine and helps us to understand how basic substances of the body (Qi, blood, and body fluids) permeate the whole body. The individual meridians themselves are often described as ‘channels’ or even ‘vessels’ which reflects the notion of carrying, holding, or transporting qi, blood, and body fluids around the body.

It is tempting to think of the meridians of the human body the same way as we think of the circulatory system, as the meridians are responsible for the distribution of the basic substances throughout the body just like the circulatory system, but here is where the similarities end. Conventional anatomy and physiology would not be able to identify these pathways in a physical sense in the way that blood vessels can be identified.

It is more useful to consider the meridian system as an energetic distribution network that in itself tends towards energetic manifestation. Meridians can be best understood as a process rather than a structure.

Practitioners of Chinese Medicine must be as knowledgeable about these meridian channels as the Western Doctor is about anatomy and physiology of the physical body. Without this thorough understanding, successful acupuncture treatments would be difficult. A practitioner of Chinese Medicine must know how and where to access the qi energy of the body to facilitate the healing process.

There are twelve main meridians, or invisible channels, throughout the body with Qi or energy flows. Each limb is traversed by six channels, three Yin channels on the inside, and three Yang channels on the outside. Each of the twelve regular channels corresponds to the five Yin organs, the six Yang organs as well as the Pericardium and San Jiao. These are organs that have no anatomical counterpart in Western medicine but also relate to processes in the body. It is also important to remember that organs should not be thought of as being identical to the physical, anatomical organs of the body.

Each meridian is a Yin Yang pair, meaning each Yin organ is paired with its corresponding Yang Organ: the Yin Lung organ, for example, corresponds with the Yang large intestine.

Qi flows in a precise manner through the twelve regular meridians or channels. First, Qi flows from the chest area along the three arm Yin channels (Lung, Pericardium, and Heart) to the hands. There they connect with the three paired arm Yang channels (Large Intestine, San Jiao, and Small Intestine) and flow upward to the head. In the head, they connect with their three corresponding legs Yang Channels (Stomach, Gall Bladder, and Bladder), and flow down the body to the feet. In the feet, they connect with their corresponding leg Yin channels (Spleen, Liver, Kidney) and flow up again to the chest to complete the cycle of Qi.

  • Arm Tai Yin channel corresponds to the Lung
  • Leg Tai Yin channel corresponds to the Spleen
  • Arm Shao Yin channel corresponds to the Heart
  • Leg Shao Yin corresponds to the Kidney
  • Arm Jue Yin corresponds to the Pericardium
  • Leg Jue Yin corresponds to the Liver
  • Arm Yang Ming corresponds to the Large Intestine
  • Leg Yang Ming corresponds to the Stomach
  • Arm Tai Yang corresponds to the Small Intestine
  • Leg Tai Yang corresponds to the Bladder
  • Arm Shao Yang corresponds to the San Jiao
  • Leg Shao Yang Channel corresponds to the Gall Bladder

The arm and leg channels of the same name are considered to ‘communicate’ with each other in Chinese medicine. Thus, problems in a given channel or organ can be treated by using various points on the communication ‘partner’. As an example: a problem with the lungs can be treated by using points on the Spleen channel as they are both Tai Yin channels.

In addition to the twelve regular meridians there are ‘Extraordinary Meridians’ that are not directly linked to the major organ system but have various specific functions:

1) they act as reservoirs of Qi and blood for the twelve regular channels, filling and emptying as required

2) they circulate jing or ‘essence’ around the body because they have a strong connection with the Kidneys

3) they help circulate the defensive Wei Qi over the trunk of the body and, as such, play an important role in maintaining good health

4) they provide further connections between the twelve regular channels

The meridian system of the human body is a delicate, yet the intricate web of interconnecting energy lines. If a person masters an understanding of this meridian system they will know the secrets of the flow of Qi energy in the body.”

I joined the CE team in 2010 shortly after finishing university and have been grateful for the fact that I have been able to do this ever since 🙂 There are many things happening on the planet that doesn’t resonate with me, and I wanted to do what I could to play a role in creating change. It’s been great making changes in my own life and creating awareness and I look forward to more projects that move beyond awareness and into action and implementation.

Open Your Solar Plexus Chakra with These TPQs

Video Source: chakraboosters

Welcome to week three of our series on Transformational Power Questions. In this vlog, we’re going to open your solar plexus chakra with TPQs. And that means you’re going to have more confidence, courage and can do!

Why Affirmations Can Be Bad for You

Here’s why we do TPQs. On the surface, affirmations seem utterly positive. But unfortunately, the “surface” — our conscious mind — doesn’t drive most of our behavior. Our subconscious mind does. And when our subconscious mind hears an affirmation it thinks is a bunch of baloney, it says so.

This means saying one positive affirmation can invite a deluge of negative internal comments from your subconscious mind.

Now, let me make a caveat here. If you’ve used affirmations and gotten great results, then, by all means, keep using them.

I’m only offering TPQs instead because, after years of working with my Life Coach clients, I found that the majority of people tend to doubt the affirmations they say. And those doubts create very negative comments from your subconscious mind. What starts as a simple, positive exercise becomes an unconscious stream of doubt and self-criticism. And that’s never good.

In contrast, TPQs engage your subconscious mind in a positive, productive way. If you want to learn more about how they work, check out this blog post.

Solar Plexus Chakra Transformational Power Questions

This week, I share 15 different TPQs that boost your solar plexus chakra. Watch the video above and repeat after me to improve five key solar plexus chakra areas of your life. These are: confidence, motivation, courage, mental clarity, and self-respect.

Pick your favorite TPQ and put it on several sticky notes around your personal space. Read the question every time you see it and watch your powerful subconscious mind work for you, rather than against you. The more you read your TPQ, the more change you’ll see. It’s all about actually DOING it — especially with the solar plexus chakra!

Have a confident, courageous, and self-honoring week, Beautiful Soul!

Open Your Sacral Chakra with TPQs (Not Affirmations!)

Video Source: chakraboosters

Welcome to week two of our series on Transformational Power Questions. In this vlog, I’m sharing how you can heal your sacral chakra with TPQs. Your sacral chakra is your lowest feminine chakra and it relates to your intimacy, sensuality, joy, creativity, fertility and emotions. It’s the opposite of the masculine root chakra and it allows you to surrender and go with the flow.

Why Affirmations Can Be Bad for You

So why are we doing TPQs instead of affirmations? Because often, affirmations create a backlash in your inner world. They activate your subconscious mind and the voice inside of you that objects to things that are true. So one affirmation can elicit several subconscious negative responses and create a negative, rather than positive effect.

Obviously, that’s not what we want when we set out to create positive changes in our lives.

If you want to better understand why affirmations can actually be counter-productive, check out this blog post.

Sacral Chakra Transformational Power Questions

In the video above, I share 15 different TPQs that boost your sacral chakra. Watch the video above and repeat after me to improve these five sacral chakra areas of your life: inner child/joy, intimate sex and sensuality, creativity and fertility, relationships and emotions, ease and flow.

Pick your favorite TPQ and put it on sticky notes. Then spread them around your personal space and read the question every time you see a sticky note. To change old ways of being, we need repetition and TPQs will shift your energy in miraculous ways when you repeat them regularly.

Have a joyful, playful, creative and sensuous week, Beautiful Soul!

Heal Your Root with TPQs Instead of Affirmations

Video Source: chakraboosters

This week we’re beginning a redux of a series I did a few years back that I wanted to make even better. We’re going to examine why affirmations can be bad for you and how to do Transformational Power Questions (TPQs) instead.

Why Affirmations Can Be Bad for You

When you say an affirmation that requires a particularly big leap of faith, your subconscious mind has a tendency to argue with it. I did a video on this a few years back that you can watch here. And I’m going to summarize and demonstrate the concept for you.

Let’s say you have almost no money in the bank and you want to be rich. So you create the affirmation, “I am rich.” If you’re like most people (especially if you have a weak solar plexus chakra), your subconscious mind will debate the affirmation. It’ll say things like, “No you’re not, you’re broke” or “Have you seen your bank statement lately?”. I could create a whole list, right?

The point is this: the subconscious mind usually generates more far more negative statements that outweigh every big affirmation. Ultimately, this means that if you have trouble fully believing your affirmations at a subconscious level, they can have a detrimental effect.

Over the years, I’ve developed a more beneficial tool — transformational power questions (TPQs). They work just like affirmations but don’t draw any resistance or push-back from your subconscious mind. In fact, they typically elicit positive support from your subconscious.

Can you feel how much less subconscious resistance that final TPQ elicits? If you have a dollar more each day, you’re getting wealthier. It’s very attainable and believable. And it asks your subconscious mind to come up with supportive reasons to answer the “why.” So it becomes an ally rather than a hindrance.

For this intro video in the series, I share 15 different TPQs that boost your root chakra. Watch the video above and repeat after me to improve these five root chakra areas of your life: money, health, safety and security, home, and organization.

Repetition will make it far more effective, so I suggest you pick your favorite TPQ and put it on sticky notes. Then spread them around your personal space and read the question every time you see a sticky note. You’ll be amazed at what a huge difference a small consistent practice can make!

Have an incredible week, Beautiful Soul!

The #1 Myth That Blocks Your Throat Chakra Self-Expression

Video Source: chakraboosters

Hello Dear One. This week we’re looking at the #1 myth that blocks your throat chakra and causes you to not express your truth.

But before we do that, you might want to check out the other myths in this chakra healing series. For your convenience, I put them all here (just click on the one you want to watch):

ROOT CHAKRA MYTH

SACRAL CHAKRA MYTH

SOLAR PLEXUS MYTH

HEART CHAKRA MYTH

THIRD EYE CHAKRA MYTH

CROWN CHAKRA MYTH

The #1 Myth That Blocks the Throat Chakra Is This:

If I share my truth, I’ll hurt others.

Take a few relaxed breaths, read that statement, and feel into yourself. How does your body react? Are you aware of a part of you that wants to censor yourself so as not to hurt others?

As a chakra teacher (and student), I’m aware that your essence, my essence — our shared human essence — is love. Because the heart chakra is the balance point in our field, it’s our natural resting place. We are love incarnate.

So it’s natural for us to not want to hurt each other.

The problem with this belief lies not in its sweet intent, but in the assumptions and misunderstandings within it.

So let’s dissect the two words that I italicized above — truth and hurt.

What do these words really mean in regard to the throat chakra?

The Meaning of Throat Truth

First, what is throat chakra “truth?”

Throat chakra truth is the deep, personal truth within each of us — expressed through the “I, me, mine.”

It’s not really my opinions about others. Because I don’t have a firsthand understanding of another’s life — only my own. So anything I express about your life is my outside-looking-in opinion about your life.

Ideally, in a healthy throat chakra world, we only share our opinions about others when they’re invited — or at the very least permitted. By “permitted,” I mean we ask if our viewpoint or opinion is wanted before we share it.

And when we share, we do so from the “I” rather than the “you.” Watch the video above to get a better explanation of this.

Can We “Hurt” Another with Our Personal Truth?

The second thing for us to look at here is what does “hurt” mean in relation to our personal truth?

I strongly believe that when we share only our personal truth about our life and being, it’s impossible for us to hurt another.

Yes, I said IMPOSSIBLE.

I’m not saying nobody ever feels hurt. I’m saying it’s not possible for YOU to hurt another with YOUR personal truth. Because that is YOUR domain, not theirs.

In the video above, I give the example of parents who might feel that their gay adult “child” is wrong or bad for being gay.

In this case, the child is only being his or her Authentic Self.

If the parents feel hurt that their offspring is gay, then they’re the ones who are hurting themselves.

Yes, I’m saying if someone feels pain because of who you are or something you’re doing that is an authentic expression of you in your own personal life, then they (and their resistance to you) are the cause of their pain, not you.

And when you express your personal truth to someone who thinks your truth is wrong, you’re actually giving them a gift. You’re asking them to open themselves to more types of personal truth. You’re giving them a chance to practice tolerance and unconditional love.

Often, in life, we don’t express our truth not out of fear of hurting another, but of losing someone or something. We may fear that being who we really are will cause us to lose something we value like a relationship or job. But anything that would disintegrate because we’re being more true to ourselves is challenging us to be willing to let it go. A job or relationship that we feel we have to lie to be a part of is not honoring who we are. It’s stunting our spiritual growth.

In this New Age of Aquarius, we have a big opportunity. We’re being called to love others in an unconditional way that allows them to be different from us. When we can see differences through the lens of love, they unite — rather than separate — us. And that’s what we need in our world right now.

The truth wants to set us all free, but before it can, we must be brave enough to speak it.

This week your homework (should you choose to accept it) is to notice how often you “adjust” your truth. And if/when you do, why do you do it? Out of fear of “hurting” another? Or for fear of losing something? Or for some other reason?

That’s all you need to do. Nothing more is needed.

Awareness is the first step of any transformational journey.

Hopefully, as we all become more aware of the reasons we censor ourselves we’ll be able to choose whether we want to continue to do so — or not.

Thanks for being on this transformational path with, Beautiful Soul.

The #1 Myth That Blocks Your Heart Chakra

Video Source: chakraboosters

Hello Beautiful Soul. This week we’re going to look at the #1 myth that blocks your heart chakra.

The #1 Myths for the Lower Chakras

First though, if you haven’t seen the other videos in this series, they’re here:

ROOT CHAKRA MYTH

SACRAL CHAKRA MYTH

SOLAR PLEXUS MYTH

So what is the big myth that blocks your heart chakra?

I want you to guess. What kind of commonly accepted cultural beliefs do YOU think to block your heart chakra?

AND I want you to watch the video above, so I’m not going to state the belief in this post. Instead, I’m simply going to jump right to the three TRUE things that will help you bust through the myth.

It might be fun to read the three things below and then guess what the #1 myth about the heart chakra is…

3 Things That Will Help You Debunk the #1 Heart Chakra Myth

  1. PRACTICE SELF-LOVE – You can’t give something you don’t have. So it’s essential that you focus on filling up your own love cup if you want to give love freely and unconditionally. Think about it. If you want to give others orange juice, you have to HAVE some orange juice to give them. When we don’t give genuine unconditional love to ourselves first, we’re typically too needy or depleted to give it to anyone else. Fill your love cup up yourself and serve others from the overflow.
  2. STRENGTHEN YOUR SOLAR PLEXUS AND THROAT CHAKRAS – Chakra balancing is a literal term. What it means is that in order to balance your chakras, they need to be of relatively the same strength. Of course, they are always fluctuating to some degree, but I’m talking about their overall “set” points here. And they need to be somewhat the same. Since the lower chakras are pulsating polarities, people erroneously think that toning down neighboring chakras will make a chakra stronger. Nope. It might make it relatively stronger, but then theirs no balance, so it’s not sustainable. For instance, the solar plexus is all about taking care of self first. If you putting everyone before yourself, you supposedly “strengthen” the heart chakra. But the truth is, your self-care (solar plexus) and care of others (heart) need to be in somewhat of the same proportion for them to last. If I only take care of others, I’ll be depleted — and probably bitter too. The chakras need to expand together. So self-love is not the opposite of loving others, but the gateway to genuinely loving others.
  3. Compassion CAN Say “NO” – Most of us confuse being compassionate with being enmeshed. We tend to toggle between two extremes. On the one hand, we feel deep compassion for another but can’t say “no” to them. And on the other hand, we can say “no” to them, but can’t feel compassion at the same time. True compassion and the healthy boundary of saying “no” are not opposites. They’re healthy partners. And when you can practice them together, you are the embodiment of a courageous type of love that can change the world. Check out the example of this I give in the video above.

If you’ve read this far without watching the video, do you have an idea of what you think the #1 myth of the heart chakra is?

Okay, it’s time to tell you…

The #1 myth that blocks your heart is: Being “nice” opens your heart chakra.

Nope. Not true.

Watch the video above to see why. And then, if you feel inspired, commit to at least one of the three things I outlined above. It’ll help you break through the false idea that aiming to be nice (rather than just naturally and effortlessly expressing true compassion) will open your heart chakra.

Have a week full of love, Beautiful Soul.

Let’s Tap to Harmonize Opposing Chakra Energies

Video Source: chakraboosters

This week, after doing a sweet ceremony under the relational Libra Full Moon, I felt compelled to create an EFT video. The loving energy of the Venus Star Point inspired me to stop the long-standing battle between our chakras — especially the lower, most-embodied ones.

How Your “Neighboring” Chakras Conflict

Feel into these contradictions…

Your root chakra wants stability, simplicity, and a plan, while your sacral chakra wants to change, complexity, and spontaneity!

Your solar plexus chakra wants to take control and be active, direct, and independent. And your sacral chakra wants to surrender, be passive, emotional, and responsive.

Your heart chakra wants to focus on acceptance, harmony, and connecting with others. And your solar plexus chakra wants to point out the differences, make its own mark and be the lone wolf.

You get the point.

Your chakras are literally a vertical conflict zone moving through the center of your body. And that can create cacophonous dissidence — or integrated power.

EFT Harmonizes and Integrates Your Chakras

I want harmony and empowerment. That’s why I created the tapping video above (for me as much as you — haha).

It invites your masculine (contractive, externally-oriented) chakras and feminine (expansive, inwardly-oriented) chakras to be on the same team.

Do it now and experience more internal integration.

Have a beautiful week!

Heal Your Crown Chakra Inner Child (with Meditation)

Bravo Beautiful Soul, you’ve arrived at the final video for this series! It’s time for you to meet and support your Crown Chakra Inner Child.

Hopefully, you’ve seen the other videos. If not, I recommend you watch one a day for a week and go through the whole series. You’ll feel more connected to all the different, younger parts of yourself from age 1 to 7.

ROOT CHAKRA INNER CHILD

SACRAL CHAKRA INNER CHILD

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA INNER CHILD

HEART CHAKRA INNER CHILD

THROAT CHAKRA INNER CHILD

THIRD EYE INNER CHILD

Your Spiritual/Chakra Development

In each of your first seven years of life, you experience a different, basic human need. And each need relates to a different chakra. In the first year, it’s the root chakra need for safety. In the second year, it’s your sacral chakra need for variety and play. In your third year, it’s your need to be significant (to be seen and to learn autonomy), and so on.

You can learn about your specific needs by clicking on the links for each chakra above.

When all of your chakra needs get met, your chakras are usually strong and open. But if any of these basic needs don’t get met, there’s a good chance that the related chakra is weak or closed down.

I describe our human energetic developmental process in great detail in my book, Your Roadmap to Life Mastery: Discover the 7-Year Cycles That Shape Your Life.

Your 7-Year Old’s Basic Need

In the video above, we’re healing your seven-year-old crown chakra, inner child. This is the part of you that needs to be connected to the Divine (or God or any other name you want to give all-that-is).

Seven is the age when children start to learn how to reason on a higher level. It’s a sort of rite of passage into deeper, more independent thought. If you want an earful, ask a seven-year-old if god exists.

This seventh year is a natural follow-up from the sixth year when a child is open to intuition, imagination, and other realms.

Often at this age, though, a child is being raised in an environment where their religious beliefs have already been decided for them. And in many cases, they’ve been attending church — or at least Sunday school — since they were old enough to walk.

It’s hard for a young child to know what his or her authentic relationship with God is. But where the family already has a tacit agreement of what that relationship is, it’s even harder.

Your Relationship with the Divine

What was your relationship with the Divine when you were seven years old? Where did you tell what to believe? Was it a prerequisite in your family to believe (or not believe) in a particular God? Was spirituality a part of your family life? These are just a few of the questions I explore in the video above.

At 10:34 in the video above, I guide you through a powerful meditation that’ll reconnect you with your Crown Chakra Inner Child. Give yourself the gift of taking the time to do it. You may be very surprised what comes up!

Both of our two highest needs — for the third eye and crown chakras — are related to spirit and therefore don’t seem like true “needs.” But in this temporal world, having a connection to the unlimited side of ourselves may be the biggest need of all.

Certainly, we humans have poured a whole lot of time, love, and money into creating temples and churches for millennia. This seems to demonstrate that while spirituality doesn’t relate much to our mere physical survival, it’s still an incredibly powerful human need and driver.

May you strengthen your bond with (God) Consciousness this week, Beautiful Soul, and remember that you’re Divine!

Heal Your Third Eye Inner Child (with Powerful Meditation)

Hello Beautiful Soul, we’re up to the 6th video in this series now, so that means it’s time for you to meet and support your Third Eye Inner Child.

Have you seen the other videos for this series? If not, you can watch them here.

Healing Videos For:

ROOT CHAKRA INNER CHILD

SACRAL CHAKRA INNER CHILD

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA INNER CHILD

HEART CHAKRA INNER CHILD

THROAT CHAKRA INNER CHILD

Your Spiritual/Chakra Development

Energy comes before matter. So your biological development is actually driven by the energetic cycles that shape your life. And these cycles are related to your chakras.

In each of the first seven years of your life, you energetically develop the foundation of each of your chakras. Age 1 is the root, age 2 is sacral, age 3 is solar plexus, and so on.

And in each of your first seven years of life, you experience a different, basic human need. When these needs get met, your chakras have a set-point that’s open and strong. But if any of these basic chakra needs don’t get met, that particular chakra tends to be weaker (more closed down).

I describe this energetic developmental process in more detail in my book, Your Roadmap to Life Mastery: Discover the 7-Year Cycles That Shape Your Life.

Your 6-Year Old’s Basic Need

In the video above, we’re healing your six-year-old third eye chakra, inner child. This is the part of you that needs to be connected to your intuition, imagination, psychic abilities, and Higher Self.

Typically at age six, we have a very fertile imagination. We feel open to all possibilities, including other realms. And we have an innate sense of what we know from a deep intuitional place.

If for some reason, when you were six, your imagination, beliefs, and intuition were disregarded, mocked, or seen as unnatural, you may have separated from the part of you that’s connected to your higher knowing.

In the video above, there’s a powerful meditation that will reconnect you with your third eye inner child (at 10:11). But please watch the intro because there’s important foundational information there.

Being in touch with your intuition, Higher Self and inner knowing might not seem like a basic need, but it is. Because it’s your true navigation device. You have all the answers you need for life within you. You’re your own best guru and your third eye inner child is the gateway to a deeper understanding of your full, spiritual Self.

So take a few minutes to watch the video and connect with your inner little one. It’ll reset your spiritual foundation and gives you a new world of possibilities.

May you trust your Self more than ever this week, Beautiful Soul!
