Learning to See Clearly

The Yoga Sutras is a book written by an ancient yoga scholar, Patanjali, (200 CE) which outlines much of the philosophy of the practice of yoga. Do You Talk To Yourself? What do You Say?

You know how you want to dance, to run, to play?  Do that more.  That is what connects you to You, to ME.  It is in the gazing at the moon and the stars.  It is in the wonder of the sunrise and the tickle of the blades of grass between your toes.  It is the course feel of the sand and the coldness of the rock.  It is rough bark of the tree and sweet fragrance of the blossom.  It is the wetness on your tongue as the snowflake lands and becomes one with you.  All of these connect you, enliven you, choose you, to dance.  It is in this dance that you feel most alive and are most aligned with truth, peace, goodness, and love.
