Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) is the most commonly diagnosed psychiatric disorder among children and teenagers. Those who have it typically feel a desire to move from one thing to the next and have trouble focusing. Often, the controversial drug, Ritalin, is prescribed to counter the symptoms and allow those with ADHD to focus and follow through.

Diagnoses of ADHD have risen alarmingly in the U.S. in the last decade.

In this video, the guys at ASAP Science explain what the ADHD brain does and how it may be an evolutionary advantage for those who have it.
