Astrology Overview for May 25-31, 2020
The week begins with the Sun and Mars still in a tense right angle through to midweek this can make us a little bit edgy, and with its tendency to blurt out things that perhaps ordinarily we would keep to ourselves. If something does seem to be going slower than we would like we also need to ward off our frustration.
Ironically, Mars forges continues to forge a positive link to Uranus through to Thursday, which suggests if we listen to our hunches, we could come up with a real gem of an idea.
Uranus also forges a Semi-Sextile to the Sun this week, and our mental agility linked to innovation can also bring results. However Mercury from Monday to Thursday is in a challenging quincunx with Jupiter, which continues to retrace its steps. So if we do feel we have a good idea, we do need to check it out carefully.
Mercury moves on Thursday into Cancer where is going to pay for an extended stay to the 5th of August. It's fair to say that this is not Mercury's favourite location. Mercury is very much about thought and talk, clarity and detail, and the watery energy of Cancer can distort reality. Furthermore its retrograde begins on the 18th June and the planet goes into shadow as early as next week. So we need to prepare ourselves for a period of sluggish communications.
Ironically the two zodiac signs that are governed by Mercury, Gemini (the Sun) and Virgo (the Moon) come into a square with a Quarter Moon on Saturday. This suggests as the week ends that we try not to overload ourselves with too many tasks. All this can create a lot of stress, so better to prioritise and to pick of the things that are really important.
