Astrology Overview for December 07-13, 2020
The great news as this week begins is the Sun starts an enabling link to Mars which is very energising. This peaks on Friday, and this could seem some strands in our situations speed up and gain real momentum, but ironically concurrent to this the Sun is squaring with Neptune, which has a very different dimension, one which can create confusion, muddle and inertia. Which of these two will gain prominence? Well, I think that depends most of all on ourselves as individuals. If we have a very clear plan, and are single minded enough, traction and progressed can still be achieved.
The start of the week also sees a Quarter Moon in Virgo which will T Square Neptune and the Sun. All this mutable energy is asking us to stay as clear minded as possible. What we shouldn't do is try to be too virtuous. Why? Well, if we pack in too much, we could feel resentful if it impinges on our free time or freedom. So best to under promise and over deliver.
In the latter part of the week Venus does though forge some very helpful links to Jupiter/Saturn and then Pluto. This will help us to appreciate the heartfelt links in our lives but also to be savvy around resources.
With Saturn and Jupiter inching towards their new home in Aquarius, together, from the 19th of December, we are seeing their impact developing in significance. This can see resistance to change, but also the potential for new opportunities.
That said, Mars resumes its potentially destructive angle to Pluto as the week ends, and this will be particularly potent over Christmas, and when the Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn occurs exact, on the Winter Solstice of the 21st January. Unfortunately this may see some dangerous events on the world stage, or a further surge of covid cases in some areas, but equally an even greater push back from libertarians who oppose all rules and limitations. A state of flux it certainly is, but from the wreckage something better, is possible.
