This week sees two dazzling Cazimi’s featuring Venus and Mars where the Sun exactly connects in unison with another planet, and amplifies the qualities of of its characteristics. What makes this week’s Cazimi’s much more complex, however, is that they are both opposite the expansive Jupiter in Cancer. Mars opposite Jupiter in particular, can be a tricky influence, where force or aggressive language can be used to dominate someone else who has a different ethos, viewpoint or philosophy.
And yet taken in isolation, if we have a clear idea of what we want to achieve, particularly in the material world – Capricorn, we can have added drive – Mars – but also charm – Venus – to get what we need. However, the Sun’s opposition to Jupiter suggests, particularly if we are property hunting, rental or purchase, that we do have realistic expectations in terms of our ambitions and affordability, and also factor in what would happen if our personal circumstances changed. The same with a job. If the package is attractive, do we feel comfortable with who our future co-workers are going to be?
The Quarter Moon in Libra on Saturday suggests that we may also encounter someone towards the week’s end, where no amount of diplomacy on our part will offset their desire to get what they want. Then again at work, a difficult boss or colleague could test our patience.
