Transformation is not a to do list. It's a day by day process. The tools are gratitude, consciousness and compassion.
Imagine all you'd like to experience in your life and then let go. Operate each day with a few principles. Let love be the crown of them all.
Seeing beauty is a choice, but it is also very healing and renders peace to a troubled soul. Finding beauty when the soul is troubled is especially difficult, but not impossible. Look for beauty and you will find it.
The more you focus on the things you love each day, the more alert and ware you will become.
How many things can I see that I love that thrills me gives passion to me?
Keep asking your mind questions.
Do the thoughts on your mind liberate you or in prison you?
As the body absorbs food, so the mind absorbs the object of its attention, gives it life and being.
Below is a prayer from the Navajo to soothe in times of hardship and pain. (The Beauty Prayer was extracted from Gregg Braden's The Wisdom Codes (pp. 112-113). Hay House. Kindle Edition.)
Repeating this pray from the heart, silently or out loud can provide a shift toward greater strength. Be well my friends and walk in beauty. Julie
In beauty I walk
With beauty before me I walk
With beauty behind me I walk
With beauty above me I walk
With beauty around me I walk
It has become beauty again
It has become beauty again
It has become beauty again
It has become beauty again
