Can I feel the crackle of leaves fallen and know they aren’t bawling.
Can I taste the rain as it falls and absorb its goodness into every cell of my body.
Can I listen to the wind rush through the branches swaying and move as eloquently, knowing all is as it should be.
Can I smell the wood, the river, and make my heart unified with just these two.
Can I see the blue and white above me, smile and know there is no contrast, it’s all an illusion.
Can I sit beneath this small tree and just be. JRP

This was a note from my journal a few years ago. Never did I think I would look back on it, in the midst of upheaval and think, yes this is exactly it!
Expanded perspective = internal peace. Jump to the transcendent. JRP 8/22/17. Within this note is a clue on how to raise one’s frequency. It is all about intention and perspective. The relationship with creative energies and nature determines your experiences. It is the ultimate example of reaping and sowing. Carry your water bucket, plant your corn, wait and reap the harvest. Effort is necessary. How hard it feels depends on the amount of resistance. It doesn’t have to be a game of tug of war with yourself. Lighten up and love, love, love yourself and others.

Everyone has had experiences at some time that created negative emotions like anger, resentment, blame, shame, and guilt. If you haven’t, then you’re not human LOL!
When you are unable to forgive somebody it’s because you are holding resentment, other negative feelings, and negative energy about that situation and about the people involved in it and this creates resistance and negative energy within you. It can cause limiting beliefs, self-judgment, and judgment of others, which is not conducive to positive manifestation. It can even cause dis-ease.
