Recently a friend posted on FB the negative aspects of 5G. My immediate thought: Fear is the greatest threat to our health and well-being. But can we just ‘will’ fear away? Willing something is part of our intellect and yes, knowledge has organizing power, yet it is only part of the equation. The other half is heart, the seat of emotions, feelings, and the subconscious. The heart is the essence of our higher self. Here are some practical tips for living fearlessly.

I used to regard the ego as the enemy which was keeping us from living to our highest potential and fulfilling our purpose as it was stopping us from living with our love-based higher self in charge.
However, two key principles of manifestation are that what you resist persists, and you get what you focus on, so by ‘fighting’ the ego you are validating it’s presence and according it power over you. Learn to love it instead and you take back your power to manifest your dreams.

Scientists found that curcumin, a compound found in the root of the Indian spice, prevented new fear memories being stored in the brain. It also removed pre-existing fear memories, researchers found. Scientists hope findings will contribute to the development of treatments for psychological conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder.

We come into this world as wonderful, loving and precious beings who look at the world with eyes of love, wonder and purity. As we grow older and as we progress through life, things start to change and we begin to adopt all sorts of beliefs, fears, excuses and limitations that move us further and further away from our loving soul and lovable Self.
