I recently saw the documentary, “Glitch in the Matrix,” where filmmaker Rodney Ascher asks the question “are we living in a simulation?” He includes film footage of Nick Bostrom, and Philip K. Dick, as well as others intrigued by this idea. Here are some highlights from the documentary, from my perspective. Philip K. Dick and […]

According to Quantum Researcher Cynthia Sue Larson “Reality Shifts” are EVERYWHERE! Ten minutes before Hector from Chile, near Santiago actually drove to pick up his nephew who stood waiting nearby, the nephew phoned to say, “Uncle why did you just pass me on the street? I saw you and you drove by and didn’t even stop!” […]

I am glad to see an article in The Atlantic titled The Benefits of Optimism Are Real summarizing recent research studies indicating that “resilient people are good at transforming negative feelings into positive ones.” Resilient people excelled at bouncing back from stressful experiences, thanks to their emotional complexity and ability to involve a wider range […]

Is the Mandela Effect (#mandelaeffect) simply a false memory, evidence of alternate realities, or a sophisticated mechanism for brain hacking? Consciousness researcher and author of the best-selling book “Reality Shifts,” Cynthia Sue Larson, answers these questions and much more in this interview with Alexis Brooks.

Some ancient meditative practices of Tibetans and shamans going back thousands of years recognize synchronicity, and that even when we are awake, we can still experience a sense of being in a dream. This awareness includes the idea that you have access to awareness of being one with everything that is, and there is therefore […]

Robert Lanza asserts in his book Biocentrism that life and consciousness are the keys to understanding the true nature of the universe. Just how this occurs, Lanza says, has much to do with the extraordinary effects consciousness has been proven to have in the quantum realm. Since experiments conducted in quantum physics have determined that human observers influence behavior of quantum particles in such a manner that results can be shown of a decision before it is made, Lanza suggests this indicates that life itself is the deciding factor in the “Goldilock’s Universe” we find ourselves living in.

Judy explained to me that she approaches dreaming as it relates to David Bohm’s idea of representing an underlying cosmic unity, in which many facets of this totality of existence are actualized in the fragmentation, timelessness, interconnectedness and wholeness you experience in your dreams. The relationship of dreaming to quantum theory was inspired in Judy by her late partner and colleague, Montague Ullman, a world-renowned pioneer in dreamwork. Fortunately for all of us, Judy recognized deep meaning in her dreams, which she now graciously and eloquently shares in her beautiful book, Lavender: An Entwined Adventure in Science and Spirit.

This can be an amazing year for you, regardless of whether or not you made (or broke) any new year’s resolutions. At this time when the placebo effect has mysteriously doubled in efficacy over the past thirty years as people benefit from sugar pills and “sham” surgery so much that Harvard University has created an institute to study the placebo effect… it’s becoming increasingly clear that there is a powerful mind-matter connection.
