At Harvard University, researchers found that yoga can positively change your cellular metabolic functions and improve things like nutrient absorption and the prevention of chronic diseases. Additionally, the Calgary study found that practicing yoga can also extend your life. #yoga

The Broga website explains that “Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout.” It also proclaims that it’s a place where “it’s OK if you can’t touch your toes.”
