In third-dimensional reality, we live in a dualistic world of opposite, cycles, and continuations. Our electromagnetic environment exists at the whim of galactic and universal forces continually pushing and pulling on one another. Our consciousness here on Earth allows us to rationalize, compartmentalize and scrutinize every thought we have. We are in a constant cycle, web and flow of comparisons, measurements, and patterns.
So, how do we even being to perceive a non-dualistic world? It's, of course, paradoxical in that to do so, we must not do so. Meaning that perception is a feat of the “thinking mind” and to perceive is to also judge, compare, and process into some subconscious filing cabinet. Therefore, we must pause the thinking mind, and it's easier to do than you may think (no pun intended.)
When asked a question we do not have enough information to answer, the thinking mind stops and as demonstrated in the video below, this proves that there is another way of thinking beyond using the rational mind.
