One way to restore our inner balance is to meditate.
Meditation has numerous positive effects on our mind – it reduces anxiety, stress and allows us to be more accepting of the present. You don’t need to learn any complicated techniques. All you need to do is to find some quiet place, sit down and focus on your breathing. It may seem simple; it is not.
