  • Gratitude: In your acceptance letter or e-mail it is very essential to show the gratitude to the employer for offering you the position in the organization. In your job acceptance letter, you must write that you are happy to get the offer from the employer and are looking forward to working with them.

You should write clearly that the offered position, the mentioned salary, date of joining and the offered department is acceptable to you.
  • Closing: In every letter, there should a good closing and so is the case with the acceptance letter as well. When you give a good closing it states your enthusiasm that you have for joining the job being offered to you by the employer. If the company ask you some questions at the time of giving you the offer then it is necessary to make a closing paragraph and include the answer of all those information that the employer has asked you while offering you the position.

These three elements are very essential that must be included in the job acceptance letter. Apart from that, you should always keep your acceptance letter short and simple. It is generally observed that the hiring manager remains busy with their job and so they generally do not have time to read a long acceptance letter. So, rather than writing a long acceptance letter you should convey the message of your job acceptance in a clear and concise manner.

Once you have included all the necessary elements in your acceptance letter you should go through it very carefully to ensure that you have not committed any silly mistakes such as grammatical mistakes, punctuation errors, spelling mistakes, etc. After everything is done make sure that you are sending the acceptance letter to the person from whom you have received the job offer.
