I fill my mind with high vibratory thoughts. I feel my body with appreciation.
I fill my soul with unlimited potential. I feel my heart as pure essence.
I fill my senses with beauty, I feel my eyes as love.
I fill my hopes with all the colors of the rainbow, I feel my way in the quiet, the dark, the deep, the wide expanse of no-thing.
I know who I am and I know all things beyond the images I see.
Beauty is me, beauty is you and it surrounds me and you and all of us.
All we need to do is appreciate and feel our way into it so we are filled and running over with pure love.
Love is the great equalizer. The great healer. Love is the only truth and it is always dynamic and this is why truth is fluid and flowing. It is never fixed or static. It is the pure essence of all creation.
Know yourself within and you will know pure love and be whole, entire, complete and fluid.

Julia Parsell is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor with an emphasis on the intersection of science and the sacred. She writes from experiences and transformative understandings that have led her to an authentic and peaceful life. She goes by these names: mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. As home educator of her three children, she also developed/ran cafes, and maintained various leadership roles within her community. Her greatest desire is to encourage others to live life fully.
