Universal Vaccination Passport has been in Development Since 2018, Requires Absolute Compliance with Endless List of Vaccines

As the current pandemic rages on, people around the world are being ordered to do things for the “greater good.” Governments are requiring specific things from people in order to protect the “public health.”

Long before the current pandemic, the European Union had been in the planning stages of developing a “common vaccination card/passport.” This universal vaccination passport is also designed for the “greater good” and will be implemented as a requirement to protect the “public health.”

How might your liberty and livelihood be restricted if you do not succumb to all the vaccines required for the universal passport?

Populations around the world are currently being conditioned to socially distance themselves from one another, in the expectation that everyone they meet is a biological source of contamination — innately guilty of spreading disease. Showing no authorization of immunity, every person is to be considered a filthy vector of disease and is to be avoided at all costs. The vaccination passport will be presented as the solution to quell these disease fears. By showing electronic proof of vaccination, people will be able to “return to normal” – a term used by authorities to coerce people to believe that biologics (vaccines) are the passport to prove absolute immunization. The commercialization of social distancing will continue until all citizens can prove they have received the authorized injections.

The European Union has been working on global vaccine passport since 2018

The planning stages began in 2018 when the European Union released a survey comparing public confidence/skepticism toward vaccines. The survey, titled “2018 State of Vaccine Confidence” was presented to the European Commission. The report immediately criticized “vaccine hesitancy” and praised “vaccine confidence,” in an attempt to build public trust in the effectiveness and safety of vaccines. The report immediately blames “vaccine delays and refusals” as the sole reason why outbreaks occur, why people are dying. One of the ways these central vaccine planners can eliminate “vaccine delays and refusals” is to blame people for diseases they don’t have. The next step is to socially isolate anyone who refuses vaccines by restricting their liberties.

A “common vaccine passport” achieves these goals. This passport is blatant coercion, a violation of informed consent in medicine, an attack on personal choice, and ultimately sets the stage for segregation of healthy, unvaccinated people from society.

The central vaccine planners do not care how they ultimately coerce or manipulate people into submission. Soon after this coercive report was published, the EU commissioned a technical report titled “Designing and implementing an immunization information system” which mapped a monitoring system to ensure compliance to vaccinations. The report examined the development of a “common vaccination card/ passport for all including a comprehensive electronic immunization information system that can monitor vaccine compliance. Finally, the report sought to “overcome the legal and technical barriers impeding the interoperability of national immunization information systems.”

By the third quarter of 2019, the EU created the “Vaccination Roadmap” designed to combat “vaccine hesitancy.” During this time, social media platforms began to label any information about vaccine choice, natural immunity, vaccine risk, and vaccine injury as dangerous “misinformation.”

Global Vaccination Summit and the “call to action” to implement the vaccine passport

By September 2019, the EU and the World Health Organization held the “Global Vaccination Summit.” There, “influential” leaders announced “10 Actions towards Vaccination for All” – a coercive plan to manipulate people into vaccine compliance. To make matters worse, just a month later, Event 201 was held. Sponsored by Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Event 201 simulated a pandemic exercise focusing on a zoonotic novel coronavirus originating in bats. By November of 2019, these central vaccine planners had suggested a “call to action.”

All this planning came before the current pandemic. The people who have planned for a vaccine passport are now calling for a “certificate of immunity.”

How to Reduce Eye Strain from Digital Devices

Truth be told, we can’t live without our digital devices! How do we stay connected to family and friends? How do we know what’s going on in the world? How can we work from home? And how in the world do we get entertained? While a few decades ago everyone survived just fine without them, such a life is hardly imaginable now.

Blue light from these very devices that are making life oh so convenient is also the source of health complications. If you spend hours on end with them, you’ve probably noticed some effects. Tired and sore eyes, neck pains, headaches or blurred vision. Sound familiar? If yes, you could be suffering from a classic case of digital eye strain.

How Does Blue Light Cause Eye Strain?

Blue light is a High-Energy Visible light that can penetrate through the eye right to the retina.  The retina has light-sensitive cells that easily get irritated or even damaged by HEV light as in the case of macular degeneration. Blue light is everywhere as it is produced by the sun which is its major source. The other source is electronic digital devices like computers, smartphones, tablets, LED fluorescent lighting and LED flat-screen TVs.

Blue light from the sun is responsible for waking you and keeping you alert throughout the day. When you stay up at night and expose yourself to its artificial sources, it keeps you alert so you have a hard time getting sleep. Therefore, you need to find ways to decrease blue light exposure from digital devices and keep eye strain at bay.

Ways You Can Reduce Eye Strain

Use Blue Light Screen Filters

Blue light screen filters block out or absorb all or part of blue light coming from a screen.  There are two types of blue light screen filters: physical filters and software filters.

  • Physical filters- These include both screen protectors and specialized eyewear. Screen protectors are put on either smartphones or computer screens to filter out blue light. They are coated with a material that reduces the amount of blue light that passes through. They also have an anti-glare feature to save the eyes from bright light from the screens. Blue light filtering glasses work the same way as screen filters by blocking out blue light. Blue light filtering coatings are available for both prescription and non-prescription eyewear.
  • Software filters- These are applications that are either inbuilt in devices or installed that block blue light from the screen. They include applications like lux, Night Mode and Night Shift. However, filtering out blue light using applications tends to distort colours and reduce clarity.

Maintain a Good Distance from Your Devices

The intensity of blue light is more hard-hitting when you sit too close to your screen. You should keep an arm’s length away from your screen as you work. If you’re having a hard time seeing properly, enlarge your font.

Observe the 20-20-20 Rule

People often forget to blink or look away while focused on screens. As a result, your eyes get tired and dry. One way of countering this is by looking away every 20 minutes at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Remember to also blink as often as possible. Artificial tears are also a lifesaver on this front.

Adjust Brightness of Devices

The glare of bright screens and lighting is a contributing factor to eye strain. Towards evening, remember to crank down the level of brightness on your devices. Since LED lighting also emits blue light, dim those too if you can to reduce exposure.

Take Breaks

The temptation to sit and do your work from start to finish may be irresistible but take breaks every once in a while to alleviate eye strain symptoms. It is recommended that you take 10-minute breaks every hour. During the break, stretch your neck, shoulder, arms and legs to reduce muscle tension and fatigue.

Use Proper Lighting

Eye strain is often caused by excessive light coming from outside or from indoor lighting. Reduce outdoor light by closing drapes or blinds. For indoor lighting, use bulbs of a lower voltage or reduce the number of bulbs. Try to avoid having light in front, behind or overhead the computer. The light coming from the sides or floor lighting is preferable. The brightness of the screen should match the lighting around you.

Reduce Glare

A glaring screen more often than not causes you eye strain. The glare can also be from light from the screen bouncing off walls. Buy anti-glare screen filters or glasses that have anti-reflective coatings. Do away with white walls for your office and go for a darker shade that doesn’t reflect colour.

Eye strain is not the only health effect that blue light can cause you. It has also been associated with a lack of sleep which leads to a myriad of other diseases like heart disease and diabetes. The wise course of action is to consider the suggestions above and save yourself a whole lot of preventable health troubles.

The Risks vs. Benefits of Face Masks – Is There an Agenda?

There has been a shifting of positions on the use of face masks with the COVID-19 outbreak. Initially it was not recommended, then we had different signals from the U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams and representatives of the CDC, the NIH and other agencies. More recently, the policies recommending wearing face masks have become more prevalent and often mandated in public places.

Is there sound medical or scientific basis for the recommendations? Is much of it simply virtue signaling? Is there a legitimate rationale to do it to protect the vulnerable? And if so, at what cost to the rest of society? There are many important considerations including the risk versus the reward. So, what are the risks vs. the benefits? And would there be a partisan reason for some policy makers to push for one over the other? Because as unfortunate as it is, all decisions and policies have to be viewed from at least two lenses, politics and who stands to benefit financially?Let’s look at the two camps in the debate:

The benefit is greater than the risk—

Proponents of face masks use the following arguments:

We can prevent sick or asymptomatic infected people from infecting others by wearing masks – There may be some credible evidence to suggest this, but in doing so the infected person wearing the mask may be making their infection much worse as a result. The “wear them only in a medical setting” arguments below will prove this out. N-95 masks have been shown to block 95% of airborne particles with a median diameter >0.3 μm2, whereas standard face masks may block 50-70% of particles depending on the mask. If healthy people wear face masks, they will be protected from those that may be infected- The counterpoint in the next section will make the argument against that logic.

If you wear a mask, you are less likely to touch your nose, mouth or eyes, which is where the vast majority of infections begin- Some claim this to be true, but an argument can be made that people handle their mask frequently when adjusting them on their face and to remove them and put them on. All this touching of the mask raises the potential that viral transmission to the mask can then transfer to the nasal and oral cavities. Recent video of the Coronavirus Task Force news conferences has underscored this, as Dr Fauci and others from the task force are seen frequently fiddling with their masks in the background.

Face masks should not be worn by healthy individuals to protect themselves from acquiring respiratory infection because there is no evidence to suggest that face masks worn by healthy individuals are effective in preventing people from becoming ill.

The risk is greater than the benefit (except in a medical setting)—

Detractors from the regular use of face masks cite the following:

Face masks do not protect the wearer from transmission by others-

  • The American Medical Association just released a position paper on masks:

“Face masks should be used only by individuals who have symptoms of respiratory infection such as coughing, sneezing, or, in some cases, fever. Face masks should also be worn by healthcare workers, by individuals who are taking care of or are in close contact with people who have respiratory infections, or otherwise as directed by a doctor. Face masks should not be worn by healthy individuals to protect themselves from acquiring respiratory infection because there is no evidence to suggest that face masks worn by healthy individuals are effective in preventing people from becoming ill. Face masks should be reserved for those who need them because masks can be in short supply during periods of widespread respiratory infection.   • A recent careful examination of the literature, in which 17 of the best studies were analyzed, concluded that, “None of the studies established a conclusive relationship between mask/respirator use and protection against influenza infection.” (bin-Reza F et al. Face masks restrict the elimination of virus, recirculating the virus into the nasal/sinus and upper respiratory passages-

  • “By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.” Article by Russell Blaylock M.D., published May 14, 2020 in Technocracy News & Trends. Dr. Blaylock is a prominent retired neurosurgeon and author of health-related books. “We know that people who have the worst reactions to the coronavirus have the highest concentrations of the virus early on.   • This direct rebreathing of the virus back into the nasal passages can contribute to the migration of the virus to the brain. (1, 2) “Newer evidence suggests that in some cases the virus can enter the brain. In most instances it enters the brain by way of the olfactory nerves (smell nerves), which connect directly with the area of the brain dealing with recent memory and memory consolidation. By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.”(3)

Wearing a face can cause headaches and reduce oxygen levels- A recent study involving 159 healthcare workers aged 21 to 35 years of age found that 81% developed headaches from wearing a face mask… That is, a reduction in blood oxygenation (hypoxia) or an elevation in blood CO2 (hypercapnia). It is known that the N95 mask, if worn for hours, can reduce blood oxygenation as much as 20%And proper oxygenation of the blood is essential for energy, mental clarity, focus and emotional well-being. (Ong JJY et al. Headaches associated with personal protective equipment- A cross sectional study among frontline healthcare workers during COVID-19. Headache 2020;60(5):864-877.)

Wearing a face mask causes one to re-breath the carbon dioxide (CO2), that the lungs are attempting to expel-  This in turn reduces the immune response, negatively affects epithelial cell function (cells in the lungs and blood vessels) and lowers the amount of oxygen exchange across the alveolar membranes. “Hypercapnia, the elevation of carbon dioxide (CO2) in blood and tissues, commonly occurs in severe acute and chronic respiratory diseases, and is associated with increased risk of mortality. Recent studies have shown that hypercapnia adversely affects innate immunity, host defense, lung edema clearance and cell proliferation. Airway epithelial dysfunction is a feature of advanced lung disease….These changes in gene expression indicate the potential for hypercapnia to impact bronchial epithelial cell function in ways that may contribute to poor clinical outcomes in patients with severe acute or advanced chronic lung diseases.”

Wearing a face mask can increase your risk of infections- The last point discussed the drop of oxygen levels after wearing a mask. A drop in oxygen levels (hypoxia), is associated with an impairment in immunity.  Studies have shown that hypoxia can inhibit the type of main immune cells used to fight viral infections called the CD4+ T-lymphocyte. This occurs because the hypoxia increases the level of a compound called hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1), which inhibits T-lymphocytes and stimulates a powerful immune inhibitor cell called the T-regs. This sets the stage for contracting any infection, including COVID-19 and making the consequences of that infection much graver. In essence, your mask may very well put you at an increased risk of infections and if so, having a much worse outcome. In addition, reduced oxygenation can accelerate cancer growth. (1. Wearing face masks is a constant reminder that we should fear this invisible enemy or “monster” as some politicians have called it- There is no doubt that wearing a mask reinforces the worry and fear about COVID-19. Even being in public mask-less and seeing that most people are wearing masks leaves one with a sense of angst. Fear, worry and anxiety are powerful immune suppressing emotions. This is another factor relating to the immunosuppressive effects of face masks. This is a link to a section of a 2007 book titled, Cytokines: Stress and Immunity– Second Edition 2007. You can read Chapter 2 titled Worried to Death? Worry, and Immune Dysregulation in Health and HIV. Interestingly, HIV is a viral infection as is SARS-C0V-2 (COVID-19).

What are some government agencies saying?

On April 27, 2020, the Ventura County California Public Health Department  released a Pros and Cons one-sheet summary about face masks (link at end of this section). One thing they warn against is the general public buying and using N-95 masks, because of the shortage of PPE for medical personnel. This is very wise advice. It also cites some other limited benefits of preventing transmission, pretty well characterized by this quote:

“There is a ‘very slight protective advantage’ to wearing a medical mask as opposed to wearing nothing at all in a community setting. The risk of acquiring a viral infection is reduced by 6%. When both ill and well wear a medical mask in a household, the risk is reduced by 19%. There is more “evidence to support the use of medical masks for short periods of time by particularly vulnerable individuals when in transient high-risk situations.”

Altogether, common fabric cloth masks are not considered protective against respiratory viruses and their use should not be encouraged.

But what else does it say?

And what scientific evidence do they present that describes the effectiveness of masks and that warns against the use of face masks by the general public? Here is a good sampling… 

  • With near universal use of cloth and medical masks worn in public in Wuhan, China during the 2019-2020 flu season leading up to the COVID-19 outbreak, the outbreak spread virtually unchecked. 
  • “Available evidence shows that (cloth masks)… may even increase the risk of infection due to moisture, liquid diffusion and retention of the virus. Penetration of particles through cloth is reported to be high.” “Altogether, common fabric cloth masks are not considered protective against respiratory viruses and their use should not be encouraged.”


In total, the document presented 18 arguments and studies against the effectiveness and use of masks and 10 showing some limited benefit. After careful scrutiny of the pros and cons, I am landing squarely against the use of them other than by medical personnel in a clinical setting, or if an individual that is in close proximity of an infected person with the risk of being directly coughed or sneezed on, as in when caring for or visiting a sick person. The conclusion of the Russell Blaylock M.D. article states the following:

“It is evident from this review that there is insufficient evidence that wearing a mask of any kind can have a significant impact in preventing the spread of this virus. The fact that this virus is a relatively benign infection for the vast majority of the population and that most of the at-risk group also survive, from an infectious disease and epidemiological standpoint, by letting the virus spread through the healthier population we will reach a herd immunity level rather quickly that will end this pandemic quickly and prevent a return next winter.”

“During this time, we need to protect the at-risk population by avoiding close contact, boosting their immunity with compounds that boost cellular immunity and in general, care for them. One should not attack and insult those who have chosen not to wear a mask, as these studies suggest that is the wise choice to make.”

So, what’s the motivation behind the mask?

Given all of that information, it’s time to ask the obvious question. What would be the possible motivation for pushing the narrative about face masks and in some cases even mandatory face mask rules? And how does that motivation interface with the extended stay-at-home orders? We have “flattened the curve” to prevent the risk of overwhelming our health care system (but so did Sweden without lockdowns – a great topic for another post), so why the continued extreme social distancing and face mask mantra?

Here is a hypothesis, but in the form of two questions. It implies malintent, which I cannot prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, but just indulge me for a moment. In the end, each person must decide that for themselves. Here we go….

1. If you wanted to prevent the population from gaining herd immunity, which would further support the need and desire for a vaccine, what would be the best way to do that?
2. If you were successful at preventing people from developing natural immunity by keeping all the healthy and young low-risk people apart from one another and thus wanted to increase the chances for a second wave of the virus in a few months, how could you increase the chances of those people becoming infected and ensuring a second wave once they are released from quarantine and begin mingling?

Now match those two questions with the proper answers:

A. Suppress their immune systems with fear, loss of income, lack of exercise and sunshine and face masks whenever going away from home.
B. Keep the young and healthy people at home and sequestered from each other.

If you paired 1 with B, and 2 with A, congratulations!  Welcome to the growing number of free-thinking people that are connecting the dots.

One thing for certain is that so many people have taken the wearing of face masks and social distancing to a bizarre extreme. A few days ago, I saw one woman in the neighborhood out for a walk in the heat of the day. I commented to her that it sure was a hot time of day to be out for a walk. She looked at me with an odd look of concern on her face and said, “yeah, but at least there are no other people out now”. Other common examples are the people driving alone in their car with a face mask on and people walking through parking lots and down uncrowded sidewalks or at a park wearing face masks.

My purpose on mentioning these examples is not to be condescending or critical of individuals that are overly fearful or are unaware of the harm face masks may cause them. These individuals have been duped by a complicit media that has continued to run with the absolutely, ridiculously, outrageously inaccurate models and never adjusted their level of hype and fear mongering long after those models had been exposed for what they were—ridiculous. In the meantime, people that are living with an irrational level of fear as a result, are being harmed physically and emotionally.

The reduced oxygen levels will increase anxiety, fatigue and brain fog, decrease learning capacity due to decreased oxygen to the brain, weaken their immune systems and can lead to an increased rate and severity of all types of infections, not just COVID-19.

CDC’s recommendations for opening schools require children to wear face masks

Yet, updated CDC guidelines on May 19th, 2020 and posted on their site titled Considerations for Schools, recommends that children older than the age of 2 wear face masks. In part, it says, “Teach and reinforce use of cloth face coverings.” It then goes on to say…

And many in the government and educational system are echoing these preposterous recommendations. My opinion based on the science we just looked at is that this would be a huge mistake. Making children wear face masks has the potential to cause long-term psychological, emotional and physical damage. It promotes an excessive fear of germs (phobia) and of social interaction. The reduced oxygen levels will increase anxiety, fatigue and brain fog, decrease learning capacity due to decreased oxygen to the brain, weaken their immune systems and can lead to an increased rate and severity of all types of infections, not just COVID-19. We know that children are at very low risk of complications from COVID-19. Yet, this practice of wearing face masks could potentially increase that level of risk.

Teaching children good hygiene practices and that their immune system can help prevent and fight “germs” if they eat healthy food, exercise and practice good health habits would go a long way to empower them with positive and practical knowledge that they can learn and use throughout their lives.

Lowering stress and anxiety levels

Certain cannabis strains may have the potential to protect the body against Covid-19 infection, as revealed by researchers at the University of Lethbridge earlier this month.

After studying over 400 marijuana strains, the Canadian researchers found around a dozen of which show promise in protecting users from becoming infected with the coronavirus, a discovery that will surely cause cannabis users to rejoice.

The treatment works by limiting the number of virus receptors in which Covid-19 attaches to, such as those in the lungs, intestines, and mouth. “If they can reduce the number of receptors, there’s much less chance of getting infected,” said lead researcher Dr. Igor Kovalchuk.

“[As] a number of them have reduced the number of these (virus) receptors by 73 per cent, the chance of it getting in is much lower.” – Dr. Kovalchuk, Biological Scientist

Scientists still have not found a proper balance between tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) content when used for this purpose, but they generally favor CBD, in part because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

“It will take a long time to find what the active ingredient is — there may be many … [but] we focus more on the higher CBD because people can take higher doses and not be impaired.” – Dr. Kovalchuk

Cannabis-based products may soon be used in conjunction with other promising therapies like Intravenous Vitamin C and Hydroxychloroquine for treating and preventing coronavirus.

Referring to cannabis, Kovalchuk states, “it would be cheaper for people and have a lot fewer side-effects,” says Kovalchuk, but there haven’t yet been any clinical trials, only research into the effect of cannabis compounds on ‘artificial human 3D tissue models,’ which sets up a significant hurdle for the research.

However, scientists in Israel have also started clinical trials to research the potential impact that CBD has on repairing Covid-19 damaged cells. “Our work could have a huge influence — there aren’t many drugs that have the potential of reducing infection by 70 to 80 percent,” said Dr. Kovalchuk.

“Researchers were able to identify 13 CBD extracts that are able to change ACE2 levels, an enzyme previously linked to COVID-19 infection. The data also suggested that some strains were also able to control serine protease TMPRSS2, which is another protein necessary for COVID-19 to enter host cells and spread throughout the body.” ~The Source

2. Place leaves in a large saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

3.Using a strainer, separate the tea from the leaves. Discard the leaves, and serve the beverage hot. Add honey if needed.

Aside from nettle tea, nettle leaves can also be added to other dishes. Here are some recipes you can try to introduce nettle into your diet.

Creamy and Hearty Nettle Soup


100 grams (7.05 Tablespoons) raw butter

1 large leek or 2 medium-sized leeks, chopped

4 cups nettle tops, chopped

450 grams (about 1 pound) of organic potatoes, sliced

1 liter (33.8 ounces) homemade chicken stock

Salt and freshly ground pepper

150 ml (5.07 ounces) unpasteurized cream


1. Heat the butter until foaming. Add the chopped leeks and nettle tops. Cook until they look glossy.

2. Add the potatoes, and then mix in chicken stock.

3. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.

4. Sieve or liquidize the soup. Return to heat and season to taste. Add the cream.

5. Serve hot.

Earth Shake Smoothie


1 cup fresh nettle (tightly packed)

1 cup kale (tightly packed)

1 large banana


2 cups coconut water

1/2 avocado

1/4 mint (tightly packed)


1. Boil the nettle leaves for two minutes, stirring constantly. Reserve the water, which can be used as nettle tea.

2. Add nettle leaves, kale, banana, apple, coconut water, and avocado to a blender. Blend on high until desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Nettle Oil May Also Be Beneficial for You

Aside from the tinctures and extracts available in the market, another product that you may benefit from is nettle oil. Due to the highly nutrient-dense leaves of the nettle plant, it comes as no surprise that some, if not most, of nettle’s components, are passed onto its essential oil.

In a 2012 study, nettle oil was extracted from the aerial parts of the plant and subsequently hydrodistilled. The oil itself was found to contain almost 92 percent of the compounds found in the plant.23

The presence of the compounds in nettle essential oil may explain its efficiency in alleviating certain conditions. In a 2011 animal study, nettle oil was found to be beneficial for colitis due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However, more studies are needed to back up this claim.24

If you’re planning on getting your own bottle of nettle oil, you’ll find that most of what is available is nettle-infused oils. These are usually produced by distilling nettle leaves in a carrier oil. You can find these in numerous health food stores and online stores. Vitamin D Identified as the “Survival Nutrient” Against COVID-19… Could Cut Mortality Rate in HALF, Say Researchers

For three months, we’ve been urging our readers to pursue sensible nutritional strategies to boost immune function and protect against infections. Now a study carried out by Northwestern University has found that higher vitamin D levels result in lower mortality rates from covid-19 infections.

Vitamin D deficiency, according to the study, was significantly linked to the development of severe symptoms and complications leading to death.

The study, published in medRxiv, is entitled, “The Possible Role of Vitamin D in Suppressing Cytokine Storm and Associated Mortality in COVID-19 Patients.”

The study used data from coronavirus patients across multiple nations, including the UK, the USA, China, France, Italy and South Korea. Those patients who had the lowest vitamin D levels had the highest risk of complications such as the “cytokine storm” immune reaction that leads to rapid death.

“[W]e saw a significant correlation with vitamin D deficiency,” says study author Vadim Backman.

The research paper concludes, “Our finding suggests that Vit. D may reduce COVID-19 severity by suppressing cytokine storm in COVID-19 patients.”

The paper is careful to note that vitamin D should not be considered a kind of miracle cure for covid-19 and that more research needs to be conducted to further explore the relationship.

The paper was also covered by StudyFinds.org, which explains:

All of the data used for this study was publicly available, and an in-depth analysis revealed a correlation between vitamin D levels and cytokine storm (a form of hyper-inflammation due to an overactive immune system). A relationship between vitamin D and mortality rates among COVID-19 patients was noted as well.

So, the research team believe vitamin D is helpful against COVID-19 because it simultaneously boosts our existing immune systems while also preventing new immune responses from going over board.

“Our analysis shows that it might be as high as cutting the mortality rate in half,” Backman says. “It will not prevent a patient from contracting the virus, but it may reduce complications and prevent death in those who are infected.”

However, it is clear that vitamin D deficiency is harmful, and it can be easily addressed with appropriate supplementation. This might be another key to helping protect vulnerable populations, such as African-American and elderly patients, who have a prevalence of vitamin D deficiency.

Why is no government leader recommending vitamin D or zinc?

With research like this clearly showing a drastic reduction in mortality from a simple, low-cost and very safe supplement that’s widely available right now, it begs the question: Why isn’t anyone in government recommending nutrition as a way to protect public health while we attempt to reopen the economy?

Even worse, why are governors restricting people from going to the beach where they generate vitamin D for free as they are absorbing healing sunlight? That’s the beauty of vitamin D: Your body makes it at no charge, but not if you’re locked down in your own home, which seems to be part of the big plan to cause mass suffering and death.

President Trump is pushing hard for 300 million doses of a vaccine by the end of the year, but he completely fails to mention vitamin D and zinc. These solutions could be saving lives right now, and they don’t need months (or years) or testing, since they have a long track record of safe, effective use (and are incredibly affordable).

The real answer, of course, is that Big Pharma doesn’t want people to stay healthy with nutrition. They’d rather see people sick and suffering, waiting for a vaccine or another high-priced prescription drug that barely even works (like remdesivir, which saves no lives at all).

And since the drug companies run the White House, the media, Big Tech and medical schools, there’s virtually no one in any position of power that’s willing to risk the ire of the drug companies by recommending safe, simple, low-cost nutritional supplements that might make drugs and vaccines obsolete.

The Big Pharma scheme, you see, demands that the American people stay locked down until there’s a vaccine, at which time the entire US economy will be shattered and beyond repair.

This is why I’ve called for the government to manufacture and give away key supplements that may help prevent coronavirus infections. For a fraction of the price of the multi-trillion-dollar bailouts that have already been paid, the federal government could provide free vitamin D, zinc and vitamin C for the entire population.

Health care costs would plummet across the board, and Big Pharma would lose hundreds of billions of dollars as fewer people are diagnosed with a long list of diseases and chronic conditions that are prevented through nutrition. And that’s exactly why any plan to keep America healthy will be halted by those in power. A healthy nation doesn’t need Big Pharma, and Big Pharma provides the re-election campaign money that keeps corrupt lawmakers in power. Whether you feel the need for speed or enjoy cruising along with your buddies, here are ten tips to ensure you arrive safely at your destination.

Drive Defensively

As a rider, the onus is always on you to drive defensively. It’s true that many motorcycle accidents are the fault of drivers failing to yield to riders. However, while an accident may be their fault, you stand to lose a lot more as a rider than they do while protected in their car or truck.

Drive defensively and predict what a driver might do. Trust your gut and be ready to react. Don’t assume that a driver can see you. While they have a legal obligation to be looking for you, it doesn’t mean that they are conscientious.

Consider a Motorcycle Crash Bar

A motorcycle crash bar is an added measure of protection while on the road. This metal bar is designed to prevent your bike from falling over completely in the event of a motor vehicle accident. While this add-on won’t prevent an accident, it can put safety measures in place that reduce injuries when a bike gets knocked over.

Always Wear the Right Gear

As you aren’t protected by the frame of a car or truck, you need to be extra vigilant in checking your bike before riding. Ensure that the signals are working and the tires are functional. Check for any fluid leaks and ensure the mirrors are positioned, and the brakes are working well.

Remove Distractions

There are a lot of fantastic inventions that make riding more enjoyable—if that’s possible. Things like speakers and intercom systems are great for listening to music or chatting with your passenger while you ride. However, these can also be distracting. Be smart when riding and remove distractions as needed.

Avoid Blindspots

Try to avoid staying out of another vehicle’s blindspot as you pass. If a blindspot can hide a car, it will definitely hide you. When passing, move as quickly as possible and keep your eyes ahead to predict if there’s the potential for the vehicle to suddenly change lanes.

Stand Out

Make your bike and your gear stand out. Add reflective strips and bright colors, so that people can see you in the rain or the dark.

Take it Slow After Winter

Working With Your Hands Does Wonders for Your Brain

Using our hands may actually be key to maintaining a healthy mood, and the lack of this type of activity may contribute to feelings of irritability, apathy, and depression.

When we use our hands on a task that doesn’t demand much cognitively, it gives the mind a chance to relax and rest. Knowledge workers constantly use their brain and it rarely catches a break.

There is a huge sense of relief and pleasure from doing something with our hands that doesn’t require us to think much about anything. It’s magnificent. When the brain is “offline,” it gives it a chance to work on problems behind the scenes.

Dr. Herbert Benson wrote about this phenomenon (and strategy) in his book, The Breakout Principle. When we engage in a repetitive task, completely taking our minds off whatever problem or issue we have been struggling with, the solution will often magically appear.

Working productively with our hands is profoundly pleasurable. There is something primal about this. We are made to be active and have actively used our hands as part of our daily survival for thousands of years. With the advent of so much technology, many of us move through our days with minimal physical effort. We push a button instead of scrubbing dishes or laundry. Overall, we get the far less physical activity that would be optimal for our bodies and minds.

Kelly Lambert wrote about this in her book, Lifting Depression: A Neuroscientist’s Hands-On Approach to Activating Your Brain’s Healing Power:

“What revs up the crucial effort-driven rewards circuit–the fuel, if you will–is generated by doing certain types of physical activities, especially ones that involve your hands. It’s important that these actions produce a result you can see, feel, and touch, such as knitting a sweater or tending a garden. Such actions and their associated thoughts, plans and ultimate results change the physiology and chemical makeup of the effort-driven rewards circuit, activating it in an energized way. I call the emotional sense of well-being that results in effort-driven rewards.”

She also links a lack of hands-on physical activity to the onset of depression, perhaps contributing to the unusually high rates of mood disorders that we see in today’s world:

“Effort-driven rewards and other real-world interactive experiences generate much more intense and pervasive reactions in your brain than the neurochemical alterations produced by a single pill. The result? You begin to feel more control over your environment and more connected to the world around you. This reduces stress and anxiety and, most important, builds resilience against the onset of depression.”

Wonderful, isn’t it?
