This journey to high consciousness, a higher state of being is not complex. It is a birthright and available to all. Below are some simple claims to make today. These will allow you to grow, as well as experience peace, joy, and love along the way. As you become these states you then exude them to others around you. It is catchy and within these practices/habits are the seeds that will transform our world.
Leave Fear Behind
Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I live with my highest good in mind and for those I come in contact. I leave judgement at the door and allow space for differing perspectives. I realize that my soul education is faceted like a prism and my awareness reflects that light. Thus differing perspectives don’t phase me. I embrace them with curiosity.
Trust Your Heart
I am inherently good. I know this deep within. I resist any programming that tells me otherwise and cling to the truth of my heart. My heart knows all things as my intellect only knows some things. My heart is pure and desires to live in joy and contentment.
Go with the Flow
I live in the moment. The past does not define me. I move my mind and body in synchronicity. The beat of my heart and the rhythm of my breath teach me to be in alignment.
Realize Your Body is Just a Vehicle
I celebrate my senses. I embrace emotions. I know my body is the HUB > Houses Ur Being. Thus my senses and emotions allow me to experience life as a human. This is beautiful. I witness these emotions and sensations allowing them to pass and also become my teacher.
Touch the Earth and Expand Your Soul
Along with this human ability is the opportunity to connect. When I touch the Earth I send and receive energy from all living matter. This energy serves to empower me and in turn sends power back for others. This power is for the good of all.
You are an amazing human being, my friend. Believe it and live well
