We are in a thirty-six year ascension cycle. It began 18 years before 2012 and will continue 18 years afterwards. This cycle is preparing humanity for the evolutionary change coming to all.
This change is happening everywhere on the planet and will affect the old souls first. They have been here longer and have more experience which often includes spirituality. Many are remembering why they are here on Earth at this point in time. Whether you know you are an old soul or not does not matter. What does matter is to be open in your mind and heart.
Kryon is a group of intelligence energy that has been communicating through Lee Carroll for thirty years. He provides messages for those of us that are “waking up” to a new level of consciousness. I have included below a message Kryon delivered in 2016, pertinent to any who may listen now at the end of 2018 or beginning of 2019. It may resonate or not. If it does, then be encouraged. If not, forget it and don’t worry about it.
You are known by God and there is preparation for everything that you are experiencing.
Key points from their communication.
1. You are loved and you are not doing this by yourself. What you are feeling, intuiting, knowing without understanding is for a purpose. It is not your imagination.
2. We are moving into a new kind of space. The solar system is going to places it has never been before and this will effect the sun. The magnetic field will be affected and thus affect our consciousness. It will also affect human biology. It is a fast track to higher consciousness.
3. Physics creates harmony: creating things that work in synchronicity for the New Earth. Anger is a reaction against harmony, a reaction to the light. This is especially seen in the political scene. There is the potential for transparent politics! This will be the result of the new energy coming into humanity.
4. The scenario of cause and effect has shifted regarding pure intent and affirmations. What didn’t work yesterday may work today and what didn’t work today may work tomorrow. Things are different and the reaction to what you do is different. Wipe away your bias, don’t let it block you!
5. Clear the imbalances. Consciousness is energy. Visualize what you know to be true about yourself. Free the imbalance, clear the disease.

Dear Spirit, I am part of the creative source and everything here that isn’t perfect is temporary. Dear Spirit, for my neighbor and my friend, I see perfection, like me. Dear Spirit, they see perfection in me. Dear Spirit, together as old souls, we heal one another in love. This healing can be consciousness, anxiety, any kind of imbalance, even akashic. This is a new tool! You are not doing this alone. Connect with one another and heal one another.
