In this article, you will be presented with 3 different ways to determine if something your read or hear is true or false: asking your heart, muscle testing, and the Trivium.
The Intuitive Heart
In 2014, the Institute of Heartmath published a landmark white paper titled “The Intuitive Heart: Accessing Inner Guidance To Raise Our Consciousness Baseline.” You can download the 18-page e-booklet HERE, which includes the following topics:
- The three types of intuition, including non-local intuition
- How the heart and emotions govern intuition
- Establishing a new baseline to increase intuitive access
- Heart-rhythm coherence
- Freeze Frame® Technique – 5 steps for increasing intuition
- Benefits of intuition
How to Access the Intuition of Your Heart
- Close your eyes and focus your attention in the area of your heart-center in the middle of your chest.
- Touch that area with your palm or several fingers, which helps to focus your attention there.
- Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart-center, and start breathing a little slower and deeper than usual. Suggestion: Inhale 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds (or whatever rhythm is comfortable)
- In your mind’s eye, revisit a time in your life when you felt love, joy, gratitude, or compassion for someone or something. As you continue to breathe in and out of your heart center, feel in your heart the feeling that you felt at that time. This triggers the optimal signal from the heart to the brain called heart coherence of 1hz, which is the doorway to deep states of intuition.
- Ask your heart a short question by addressing your heart directly. For example, start your question with the words “My heart…” or “Wise heart…” or “My dear heart…” For example, “My dear heart, is the earth about to enter a cooling phase?”
- Your heart knows and will answer with a feeling or a Yes/No answer that you will sense.

How to Use Muscle Testing To Determine if Something is True or False
With muscle testing you can pose questions to the body and the body will answer answer by either staying strong if true or going weak if false. Here’s a video that shows five ways to muscle test yourself:
And here’s another video with a bit more detail on muscle testing and more examples:
The Trivium Method of Truth Discovery
This short video with Mark Passio provides an analytical way of truth discovery using the Trivium Method:
In this much longer video, Mark provides a much greater amount of detail about the Trivium:
