If the Law of Attraction is as constant as it seems to be, then every time we fear something in our own minds, we’re literally magnetizing that thing into our life. Fear is rarely tied to this moment, and since this moment is all we really ever have, fear is almost always a product of our over-active imagination.

In the above video I show you how to do “breath of fire” and I give you a few core poses as well as a secret core tip. Nothing lights up the solar plexus like facing your fears head on. Your core chakra is all about courage and stepping into action, especially when it scares the sh&% out of you!

Can you bravely surrender? Typically, we define courage in the masculine sense. The third chakra is about self-confidence, energy, action and mental clarity. It’s also yellow, so the first rule of thumb for choosing foods that will boost your solar plexus is to go for the gold. This means you’ll want to eat all sorts of lovely yellow fruits and vegetables like bananas and plantains, lemons, grapefruit, pineapple, yellow apples, star fruit, yellow tomatoes, yellow pears, corn, yellow bell peppers, yellow carrots, yellow string beans, yellow summer squash and zucchini, and Yukon Gold potatoes.
